Chapter 382 - 382 Mock Wedding Plans (3)

"Evil, that is what you are, do you think that she will be happy that you are planning all this behind her back?" Ketan smiled and stood back up.

"I know that she will be happy and that is why I am still doing this. I know that everyone is on my side and slowly everything is coming together." Leo smiled and looked at the wall in Rex's office. 

Kitty saw Luke texting and smiled, "did you make a friend that is not family, Luke?" 

"No, it is just father checking in on the young ones. He is such a worrywart he did the same thing when I was young and still a little boy. I can not blame him for being worried about his daughters. They are precious beyond belief." Luke closed his phone and looked at Kitty smiling. 

Kitty started giggling. "That sounds just like Leo. Such a worrywart. Oh, if we are doing a wedding should we order a cake? There is a cafe that is in town and I love the way that they make their cakes." 

"Oh my god. I forgot all about the cake! Yes, please order a cake that is something that has to be included in the commercial as well. Speaking about the commercial I have not gone over the details on what the commercial is for." Liz got super pumped and waited for Kitty to make the cake call. 

Giggling Kitty picked up the phone and called Nettie and Tibias. 

"A lovely rainy afternoon to you this is Tobias speaking how may I help you?" Tobias changed the greeting but was happy. 

"Tobias, it's Katherine. I was wondering if it would be possible to order a cake?" She smiled and thought about all the things that could go on the cake. 

"Kitty! Of course, you can! What is that occasion and when would you need it for?" Tobias pulls out a pen and waits for the details. 

"It is for a wedding commercial that we are shooting at Leo's house," Kitty giggles.

Nettie came out of the kitchen and held out her hand until the phone was passed to her. "Kitty, design that cake as you would want it and send me the picture. I do not care if I have to close the shop to get it done. I will make it perfect as if it is for your own big day." 

"Nettie you and Tobias are such big help. Thank you for agreeing. I will sketch it out. Oh, while I am on the phone with you can you both come over on Friday? I do not mind paying for cutting into your time." Kitty smiles and waits.

"Girl, you know that I would drop everything and come over. You do not need to worry about us. I will bring Kyra. She is recovering well and I think it will be okay for the two to meet now. She's still like a young girl but her help in the kitchen has been amazing." Nettie smiled as the girl came out and held up a cake on a plate. 

Tobias took the cake and patted her head. "You did a great job. Do you want to talk to your saviour?" 

Kyra nodded her head vigorously and held out her hands. Once she had the phone she whispered into the phone. "Thank you for saving me. My voice is still pretty quiet."

"Kyra, sweetie. You are very welcome. Thank you for helping out Nettie and Tobias. I know that you are still recovering but if you have any questions or concerns you can ask me."

"Thank you, I do want to ask… is Myron really okay?" Kyra looked down blushing.

"He is. He would not be able to hear you on the phone as you are very quiet and I know that is because of what happened but would you like me to relay anything to him?" Kitty stood up and walked to the kitchen. She waved Nathan and watched him walk up. 

"Please tell him that I miss him and that I look forward to seeing him on Friday." She handed the phone back to Nettie and took off back to the Kitchen.

Kitty giggled, "Nathan, Kyra wanted me to pass you a message. She said that she misses you and looks forward to seeing you on Friday. Just so you know I would've handed you the phone but her voice is very soft you might not have been able to hear it." 

Nathan hugged Kitty and started crying. "Thank goodness, she remembered me. I was scared that it would take longer but if she said that then I am happy. I will tell her my reply when I see her on Friday." He stopped hugging Kitty and wiped his eyes. 

"I am happy for the two of you." Kitty patted his shoulder. 

Luke came in and walked up to Nathan and gave him a hug. "You are a lucky man. Your girl has regained consciousness." Luke grabbed a sparkling apple juice and pulled the cork out and poured it into champagne flutes. He carried the drinks into the dining room but left two in the kitchen with the bottle. 

Kitty took a glass before Luke disappeared. "Congratulations, Nathan. She will be coming on Friday. So you can give her a hug." She clicked glasses with Nathan and drank the juice. She poured more in the champagne flute and went to the table. 

Cindy looked at Kitty and smiled. "Another happy ending?" 

"Yes, Cindy it will be." Kitty looked at her phone and saw that the call had ended. "I am going to be drawing a draft for the cake and Nettie will make a cake based on that. Do you know what the wedding dress will look like or does it matter?" 

"I think that any design you come up with will be perfect. So just show me when you are down sketching." Liz said this and stood up. "To a great commercial and to reunions."

Kitty and the others held up their glass and drank the juice. "Thank you for being here today and thanks for a great time."
