Chapter 315 - 315 Alario's Return

Leo opened the door for Scarlet and led her to the living room and saw that tension between Kitty and Ketan. He stepped to the side and waited to see what would happen. 

Scarlet didn't mind the silence but as soon as she saw Alario, she ran towards him and pounced into his arms. "I missed you so much." While she was in his embrace she started crying and pounding his chest.

"I'm back, sorry that it took so long for my return. Who knew that it would take so long to come back to you." He stumbled when she pounced on him and he fell over but protected in the fall. "I missed you so much. Thank you for waiting for me."

Scarlet held on to his shirt and bawled her eyes out. "I hate you but at the same time I love you. Do not ever go away for that long again. I can not handle not knowing what was going to happen or when I would feel your spirit depart from this world. Thank you, Leo and Kitty." She didn't look at them, and kept her head buried in his embrace. 

"I promised to help Alario leave and I am glad that I was finally able to do so. I think this is all the supernaturals that we are close to that we need to discuss this with." Leo glanced towards the kitchen and saw Kitty nod her head to indicate to go and get them. He walked away and went to the Kitchen. "I know that you guys are busy cooking at this time but come with me to the living room. There is something that we need to discuss." Leo said this and went back to Kitty.

Carlos sighs and puts down what he was doing and went to the living room with Nathan following him. "You wanted to see us as well Kitty?" 

"Carlos you can not stay away from your kitchen for even a day before you start to panic but yes I wanted to talk to everyone that is here. You must have felt a shift in the elements. There is an old saying that when the one that can take in the essence is born, then they will become a higher being. Not just any goddess of god but one that will rule overall. There is a time when the powers will be needed and when the individual has fixed what is wrong they may either perish or sleep. I am the one that takes the essence. I knew about this the words whispered to me when I was five. I asked my mother about it so long ago. That is one of the reasons I went to Cedric and Yuki. My powers at five were intense and I got sick so easily. It was when I said those words that Yuki understood what I was saying. I don't plan on perishing but I may need to sleep. I have already set up a place. Ketan is an element bearer and will be tasked with guarding me. Something that you guys need to know. You do not know if more supernaturals will come here right away but they will track me down soon. I have placed a special barrier over the house. I did not think that it would make that much of a difference but it helped block the supernaturals from finding Yuki and Cedric. I know that they are the other two bearers and since I can drink the essence I am the one from what the words spoke of." Kitty leaned her head on Leo's shoulders. 

"What Kitsune is trying to say is that she will have a hard time going outside. The supernaturals will seek her out but they will also seek me out. A royal pain in the ass but that is how things go. I did not ask for this but it is what happened. I have control over the fire element supernaturals." Ketan held out his hand a small fire flame appeared.

"I am technically the water bearer." Kitty held out her hand and a small bubble of water appeared. She held out the other hand and a small ancient-looking tree appeared. "I have to pass the water element over to someone who stays on this plain and that will follow my ways. I can not just give it to anyone. Leo can not take the element as my body is shifting and his will shift and produce life essence while I will need water and only the water bearer will be the one that can provide that to me. The water element has to be someone that is already of that element. Ketan and Sylvie are both fire. Carlos and Cindy, you are from the Earth element. Nathan, you are from the fire element as well and that comes as a bit of a surprise to me. I did not think that would be the case. Alario, Stella, and Scarlet are from the wind element. The only two that are from the water element are Charlette and Luke. This is a strange thing? A werewolf is normally of the earth element but because he was brought up by a human it changes the composition." Kitty looked at Luke and smiled.

"What will happen if he decides to take on the element?" Leo looked at Kitty and saw that she was smiling.

"He will become like Ketan and he will not be able to die just like how Ketan, Yuki, and Cedric are. I am going to shift and I will not be able to pass on or when the mission is over I will cease to exist. I will not allow that to happen to me. So, Luke, I will give you time to think about this. To live forever is a curse. Some people would think of it as a blessing but when you will not be able to die it is a curse. You will suffer greatly if you decide to do this. I want you to take a few days to think about it. If you decide to do this I will have to trace a special set of runes on your arms and back. It will hurt a lot. I will not lie about that. Those that are born with the essence already inside of them do not need to worry about it but those that get the bearer mark deal with a heavy burden." Kitty looked at Luke and then at Leo. "You will not be able to stop him if he decides to go through with this Erebus. He is old enough now to make a choice."
