Chapter 310 - 310 Motherly Instincts

~Only when it was necessary. Ketan you should mind your own business. You do not see me getting into your personal business, do you? I will tell you, do not dig into my personal life. I would rather kill you than tell you what I have done but if you can sense it then you need to help him when I am unable to stay with him. The essences that were given to me were something that I was not expecting. I am stronger yet at the same time, I am weaker. If you say anything I will take my vengeance on you.~ Kitty who had just woken up had messaged Ketan. She got up and went downstairs. ~The only reason I am awake is because of the motherly instincts that woke me up.~ She reached the bottom of the stairs and went to the living room. She walked to Luke and smiled. "I will take Charlette and feed her now. She is hungry." Kitty sat down next to Luke. 

Luke looked at Kitty and saw that she looked as she normally would. He handed Charlette over to Kitty. He got up and looked at Kitty. "You have changed this time and it is very noticeable. Are you okay?"

"Luke your observation skills are remarkable. I will go over everything when everyone comes home as it does not just concern only one of us but every single one of us." She held Charlette and sat down on the couch. 

Cindy got up and placed a blanket on Kitty, "if you say you will tell us later, I will trust that you hold to your word. I know that it is not easy for you." 

Stella came from the kitchen and was holding a bottle and saw that Kitty was home. "You came back at the right point in time. I will place this in the fridge. I am glad to see that you are doing alright." She turned around and placed the bottle into the fridge.

Kitty finished feeding Charlette and burped her. "My little Sunshine, you are already starting to grow up. You are a bundle of sweetness." 

Charlette flailed her arms and legs at Kitty's words. She made a loud happy squeal. 

Tiana walked up to Kitty and placed her head on Kitty's knee. "Mommy are you okay? Tiana is worried that you are not doing well. Tiana loves you, Mommy." 

Kitty patted Tiana's head, "I will be okay. I know that this is a lot to take in and you are still a little girl. I had a lot to deal with. I should be able to stay home now. I finished all that I had to do for now. I do have to go to Daddy's workplace at some time though."

"Tiana will help out with her little sister. She is so small and adorable." She yawned and closed her eyes falling asleep on Kitty and the couch. 

"You can leave her. I will rest here on the couch. I do not have to rest in the bedroom. I want to do what I can and in order to do that I have to stick close by." Kitty waved her hand away so that Cindy would leave the girl to rest. 

"If she is not going to cause you any issues then I will leave her." Cindy backed away and then sat back down. 

Luke took Charlette from Kitty, "I will hold on to her for you until Stella comes back. I think that you will need help."

Stella came back and walked up to Luke. "I will take her for you. I do not know what exactly happened but the shift was strong. Did they decide to come out of hiding?" 

Leo asked Ketan, "If I ever die I want you to keep protecting Kitty. I do not have an extended life like the rest of you. I get the feeling that Kitty is not going to die." 

"Stop with that speech. I will not promise something that I will not be able to keep. I promise to help her but the future is something that can not be regulated. I can not know if I will die and if I promise to protect and I die how would I be able to keep that promise. I am not indestructible. Every supernatural has a weakness. Some are more crafty and are harder to find. I know that you know what I am saying." Ketan picked up Brielle and carried her back to the house. 

Leo followed behind him, "sorry, I did not think about that. I get the feeling that there are a lot of secrets that I do not understand."

"That is because there are too many things that are happening all at once. I still need to provide that essence to Kitty on Friday. Will you watch it?" Ketan opened the door and took her up to her room. He laid her down and brushed some hair from her forehead and then got out and left the room. "I may be an evil being to some people but I more than just that. There is a lot of components to every being in the world, some are more easy to read and others."

"I do not know, it will depend on how Kitty feels. I do not want to overstep my boundaries. I know that Brielle has to be there so that you have another blood source. I feel that if I go I will just be a burden." Leo touched Ketan's shoulder and the two went from the beach to Leo's office. He walked to Asurlon's desk and looked at the computer. "Hmmmm, the two places seem possible. We can send a recon team to the houses. I will talk to Kitty and see when she wants to come here as the Advocate." 

Alario stirred from his nap and looked at Ketan and froze for a moment.

"It is good to see you again Alario. I know that we go off on the wrong foot but I hope that we can move past all of that?" Ketan looked at the necromancer.
