Chapter 298 - 298 Connection

~It depends on how they get in contact with the chemical. I would be upset if the two of them get covered but I do believe that it will be safe for them. I will stay at home and go through the motions but those two will need to get back to the summer house. I will bring some clothes for them once they are done showering and I will tell them once it is all off of them. I will use my magic so I will not really be there.~ Kitty slipped into a tracksuit and then went downstairs. She walked and saw Luke asleep on the couch with both girls within his reach. She gently took Charlette from Luke and walked away to the chair across from them. 

Charlette kicked and flailed in Kitty's arms. She was quiet as if knowing that there were some people that were sleeping. She smacked her lips and started hunting for food. 

Cindy grabbed the blanket and laid it over Kitty while smiling, "You look a little stressed, is everything okay with Leo and the gang?" She touched Kitty's head and waited to hear her answer. 

Kitty helped Charlette eat before she answered Cindy, "they found the chemical and Leo is being cautious by evacuating the supernaturals. This means that Will and Brielle will have to finish the rest of the house or at least where the chemical is potentially. I can guide them through water but I will not be able to be there in person. I will have to connect to someone that is not of my people nor my element but also not within arms reach... F.u.c.k me." 

Cindy patted Kitty's shoulder, "I will prepare the bath for you. I remember what you need in the water. So I will take care of that portion."

Charlette finished eating and flailed under the cover. 

Kitty took Charlette out and burped her, "thank you, Cindy. I will connect with Brielle. I think she will be easier and I can get Ketan to prepare her." She laid Charlette in her lap, "My little Sunshine, I am so happy that you have joined us in the world of the living. I will forever love and protect you." She brought her face down and kissed Charlette on the forehead. ~Ketan, I need you to prepare Brielle to have me connect with her. She is not one of us but you are slowly opening her up for our world.~

Leo made it to the room and looked at the two, "I am glad that you two are getting along so well." 

Brielle smiled and moved away from Ketan, only Ketan grabbed her arm and shook his head. 

"You heard what she requested. I need to drink her blood in order to make it easier for Kitty to connect to Brielle." Ketan pulled her back into his embrace.

Leo smiled, "I heard the request and if that is the easiest way I have no complaints but I will watch and monitor the situation." He leaned against the wall. In his frustration, he could not hold his transformation and he went back to the natural fox state. 

Brielle blushed deeply and saw that Leo was not joking around. "Leo you are…" 

Ketan used Leo's transformation to distract her and bit her neck. ~Kitty, I am now drinking Brielle's blood.~  He slowly savored her blood and his body shivered from the taste. 

Kitty felt the connection and quickly connected Brielle to the conversation. ~Brielle, can you hear me?~

Brielle smiled, "How do I reply?"

"All you need to do is think the thought and she will hear it. Think of it as a telepathic message." Leo watched Ketan and then closed his eyes. 

Ketan stopped drinking her blood and licked the spot that he bit. He watched as the spot healed, then he backed off. "I take it that we need to leave the house."

~Yes, that is right we need to leave and Kitty is going to help the ones that are left in the house after we leave.~ Leo looked at the two of them in the room and tried his best to not think about the past and told himself that this was not the same as what had happened before.

~Test, test? Is this working?~ Brielle had heard Leo and was shocked and waited to hear back from Kitty.

~That was perfect Brielle. You will get used to this one day. I am glad that Ketan was willing to let us connect not that it would've stopped me later on. It's not like Ketan can stop me from doing as I please but I really did not want to use those methods to get what I wanted. Oh well, that is besides the point. I am connected now. I was worried that it would be harder. I can connect with anyone that is next to me but over a distance I need to have a steady connection with them. Brielle I will ask you to go and help Will with that room. I can picture what it looks like and I will help purify you after you shower. I request that you give everything that you have to Ketan.~ Kitty sat back up and smiled at Charlette that cooed in her lap. Luke stirred and felt the absence of Charlette and was about to jump but saw Kitty from his peripheral. "I was scared that Charlette fell from my lap but it must have been close to feeding time. Sorry for the inconvenience, Mother." 

"There is no issue Luke." Kitty got up and passed Charlette back to Luke, "I will need complete silence or at the very least, I will need to be not disturbed. I am going to do a spell, it is not dangerous but it will take all my concentration." 

"Okay, I will leave you to do what you need to do." Luke took Charlette, and looked back at Kitty. 

~I will do as you suggest. Is there anything imparticular I must do. I will give Ketan my bag.~ Brielle placed her bag in Ketan's hands.
