Chapter 116 - The Legends Meet (Part III)

"Hello there, Naruto-kun." Kabuto greeted the blonde, calmly fixing his glasses with a finger.

"Shizune-chan, help him. I can't move." Jiraya pleaded.

Shizune shot out three poisoned needles from her mouth, which Kabuto caught between his fingers with no troubles whatsoever and threw over his arm. "Two of you against me? I won't even break a sweat..."

"Huhuhu, I see your foolishness is becoming greater with age, Toad. Thank you for putting yourself in front of me in this state." Making sure his student had the situation under control, Orochimaru turned towards his weakened teammates.

"Fuck you. I still have enough strength to knock you down a peg, Snake."

"I have my doubts about that. I was always the best out of the three of us - while the two of you grown senile, I trained and evolved my body. I'm stronger than ever. Before I kill the two of you, I must ask - seeing Kana-chan is not here, I guess my trap worked?"

"Hey, Jiraiya, you called?" the summon named Gamakichi greeted him.

"Ugh-" Naruto's body slid across the ground, next to the Sannin.

"You okay, Naruto?"

"... Yeah," the blonde ġrȯȧnėd, standing back up on his feet, "I never felt better ~ttebayo. <Kuchiyose no Jutsu>!"

"Woah~" Jirayia exclaimed in astonishment, feeling his body being lifted up by Naruto's summon.

'Eh? Where is Orochimaru?' The Toad Sannin noticed that his life-long rival was nowhere to be found. Having a long experience of combat against him, Jiraiya took a decision that saved his life, "<Hari Jizō> [Needle Jizō]!" his white hair instantly enveloped his body, turning into sharp needles. A blink of an eye later, Orochimaru dropped on Jiraiya's position, attempting to impale his fangs into the Toad's neck.

'Damnit!' Jiraiya cursed.

"Just give up, Naruto-kun." Kabuto yawned, standing above the unconscious Shizune. "What do you think about a deal? If you stand aside and let me end Tsunade, I won't kill you. You can believe me. See, I left that black-haired woman alive." he offered, pointing at Tsunade's subordinate.

Naruto touched the necklace currently hanging in front of his ċhėst and took a glance at the woman trembling behind him. "A future Hokage never gives up, four-eyes ȧsshole!" Naruto smirked.

"You chose death?... So be it." Kabuto flickered in front of Naruto, his hand brightened up in chakra.

The moment the punch reached him, Kabuto felt several of his bones breaking. It sent him rolling on the ground, 'I'm still alive?' he pondered, slowly healing himself, 'Tsunade must be still heavily weakened, otherwise her serious punch would smear me across the nation.'

"No! You won't be the third one!" she resolved herself to put all she had to save the boy, "Don't die! I forbid you!" The legendary medic's palms flashed in a bright green glow, attempting to restart the heart.

In an instant, Tsunade felt a very heavy and ominous chakra sipping through Naruto's veins, "The Kyūbi?!" she took a step back in fright. "No, it's helping to resuscitate Naruto. I never heard of a Bijū helping his jailer before, but I won't abandon this chance!" she returned to work.

After ten seconds that felt like hours, Tsunade heard a silent beat of the boy's heart. This pure sound was like a shower of cold water, completely washing off all of her worries.

"Nonetheless, you just lost your only way of breaking that seal, hehehe." Tsunade laughed, spitting the blood from her mouth around.

"After some thought, I decided on another approach. You wouldn't know, but I have your grandmother's and that boy's mother's corpses held safely in one of my dungeons. I just need to resurrect them to gain powerful tools to do my bidding." Orochimaru laughed, ŀɨċkɨnġ his lips, "In the end, you became redundant. Goodbye, Tsunade-chan." He swung the sword across the busty woman's body sending a fountain of blood into the air.

The trio hit the ground at the same time, summoning their most powerful helpers. Each of these creatures was similar in size to the closeby mountains.

Jiraiya stood upon the massive head of a dull rusty red colored toad, around his eyes, on his lips and ċhėst are brighter red markings. The chief toad wore a large blue vest, carried a massive blade at his hip, and smoked an enormous pipe.

Tsunade stood upon the head of a slug predominantly white in color with three blue streaks that run vertically down the middle and side of its body from its head and tapering off at its tail. Its optical tentacles had a slight tint of grey to them and also had two sensory tentacles on either side of its mouth.

Orochimaru's snake was the biggest of the three, the long and powerful purple body had black string intervals running across its body.

"Gamabunta." the snake hissed, "A toad's jerky is always appreciated as a side dish."

"Just when I wanted a new snake-skin wallet." the toad slowly pulled the blade from his hip.

"Katsuyu, we will aid Jiraiya." Tsunade called out.

"As you wish, Tsunade-sama. <Zesshi Nensan> [Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid]" projectiles of yellow goo shot from the slug's mouth.

Despite its size, Manda dodged beneath the acid and rapidly constricted around Tsunade's summon. Opening the enormous, fanged mouth, the snake tried to swallow the slug whole. Gamabunta joined in on the action, blocking the reptile with his blade put between its fangs.

Manda clamped down on the blade, attempting to wrestle control of it from the toad, all of it, while his enormous body continued to constrict tighter and tighter around the slug.

"Tsunade-hime, get back! Gamabunta, on my mark!" the white-haired Sannin called out the shots.

"You heard him, Katsuyu. Scatter!"

"Yes!" the female's voice answered her. The slug instantly fragmented into hundreds of smaller copies that run away from the snake.

"<Fūton: Gamayu Endan> [Wind Release: Toad Oil Bullet]!" The steady stream of wind from Jiraiya dispersed the toad's oil all around the snake's body.

"*HISS*!!"

Gamabunta took a long whiff of his pipe, "BURN!" pulling it away from his mouth, he swiped the tube towards the snake, letting the fridge-sized hot embers fly towards Manda.

Jiraiya watched Gamabunta's enormous sword getting thrown towards the sky. The battlefield was instantly shrouded in the mist - the moment it fell, he noticed a ball of water protecting Manda and Orochimaru.

"Huhuhu. You won't get rid of me that easily. With those eyes, I'm omniscient." Orochimaru chuckled when Manda stopped spewing enormous amounts of water.

"Have you got any plans, Jiraiya?"

"I think I will have to call for two great toad sages to fight Orochimaru head-on."

"Dodge it, Manda!" Orochimaru alerted his summon.

"Tch... I will get you either way!" Tsunade charged at Orochimaru, but all of her punches were met with a relaxed and effortless dodge.

"You can't defeat me, Tsunade-chan. None of you can." Orochimaru bragged, yawning off her endeavors to hit him.

"Stop dodging, you son of a bitch!" She shouted at him.

"As you wish." Orochimaru's mouth opened, exposing his sword once again. Ducking under Tsunade's strike, he swiped at her exposed underarm, cutting it clean off. Continuing on, he kicked Tsunade in her stomach, sending her flying down Manda's head.

"Tsunade?!"

"Uhh. I'm alright, you fool. It will leave a mark, but I can regenerate it!" Tsunade stood back up, being lifted by a part of Katsuyu's main body.

"Fuck!" Jiraiya turned back to Orochimaru, "If not by me, Kana-chan will get you, bastard."

"Huhuhu-hahaha!"
