"You owe me," he mouthed back.

"Where is my little hunny bun?" Their father's voice reverberated as he made his way up the stairs.

"Not back!" Itsumi shouted.

"Not back?" He stopped, then turned back and headed downstairs for the kitchen.

"Yes dad."

"And why is that?"

Itsumi jumped when she heard her father's voice from behind her.

"Don't scare me like that dad. I do not know though."

"And no one thought to call her? Why didn't the driver pick her up?"

"We got busy with cooking and forgot, sorry dad," Itachi apologized.

"She is obviously with Sasuke-kun. Those two have become inseparable since they met."

"That's not entirely true Itsumi dear."

"I am right mother. Well it's a good thing though, she has someone who makes her happy."

"Or perhaps they are having their study?" Itachi asked.

"Nope, I informed Father Tanaka of a feast we would be having. I bet he would bring her home," Mrs Ishida concluded, moving to the refrigerator to get something.

"Well I would go ask the driver why she wasn't brought back home," Mr Ishida said and left the two ladies to continue their cooking.

"Let me call her cell and find out where she is."

Itachi left the kitchen as well and made his way to the living room where he left his cell phone earlier.

He picked it up and dialed his sister's number.

RING!!

------------

~Latte Coffee Shop~

The coffee shop didn't have much customers, as it newly opened but their coffee tasted special none the same.

"The coffee is nice," Sakiko complimented.

"You see, I told you so." Akamine Yuki said, her voice elated for being right.

Sakiko gave her a small smile as her eyes watched people passing by through the glass.

"Leave it to Akamine to always be happy," she thought.

Later on, Sakiko and Akamine made small talks about class and their courses as they sipped their coffee.

RING!!

"Oh sorry."

RING!

Her phone vibrated the table as it kept on ringing. She dropped her coffee and picked up her cell.

"Itachi." She mentally noted. "Sorry I have to take this call."

"Sure, go on."

She smiled at her and answered it. "Hello!"

"Where are you? Why didn't you come home since?"

"I am at a coffee shop. I came with a friend to grab a cup of coffee."

"Coffee shop! You do have a friend? I thought you'd be with Sasuke by now, seeing as you both became practically inseparable."

"Itachi, its not like that. I told you before, I am happy being friends with him."

"Anyway, dad's asking after you, make sure to come home on time, he wasn't happy not meeting his little hunny bun."

"Yes, I would soon be on my way."

"Okay, sorry to ruin your date."

"It is not a... "

Beep!!

She stopped talking at the sound of the beep and looked at her phone. A small smile crept up on her lips as she felt her heart warm at hid call.

Her brother could be something else at times.

"Now that is a genuine smile," Akamine blurted out.

"What?!" Sakiko asked, confused.

"It's nothing. Ignore what I said. You consider me your friend?"

"Yes, anything wrong with that?"

"Nope, it's just that, not many people would so easily."

"I don't know know, you seem nice."

"And suspicious," she said in her head.

"Thanks. Who was that if I may ask?"

"My elder brother," she replied and took a mouthful of her coffee.

"Ohh!"

"Turns out dad wants me home," she said after swallowing down all her remaining coffee. "I should head out now. Thanks for the treat. It was fun."

"My pleasure. Glad I could share this with you."

Akamine gave a slight nod as she raised her cup of coffee at Sakiko.

"Bye."

"See you at school," she said with a wave and flashed her usual smile at Sakiko as she left.

~Ishida's Residence~

"I'm home!" Sakiko announced as she walked in through the door.

"Sakiko dear, welcome home."

"Mum, good afternoon."

She walked up to her mother who was by the kitchen doorway and let her use her hand to pat her head like she normally did.

"Sakiko! Welcome home sis," Itsumi greeted and continued dishing the food into various plates.

"Thanks sis. Where is dad and Itachi?"

"Upstairs in their respective rooms," Mrs Ishida answered.

The smell of the mouth watering food filled the kitchen, Sakiko sniffed and her face lit up in a smile.

"What's cooking?" She couldn't help but ask.

"Everyone's favorite."

"You are kidding me right?" She asked and made her way pass her mum into the kitchen.

Mrs Ishida grabbed her hand and pulled her daughter out of the kitchen.

"Nope, go wash up and come down for dinner."

"Mum... " she made a puppy face but her mother closed her eyes and stood at the centre of the door way, blocking the entrance into the kitchen.

"Not working Sakiko, go get changed."

She looked up at the owner of the voice. Her face brimmed with joy as she saw him.

"Itachi!"
