Book 3: Chapter 5 (5/8)

Name:Twin Soul Author:Zskyph
Twenty minutes later. Noe arrived at the Meeting Hall. As soon as Noe saw Arthur, he laughed out loud, and said, “Arthur! I’m glad to see you came back.”

Arthur stood up, slightly bowed toward Noe, and said, “Your Grace, my apology for worrying you.”

After sitting down next to Gwenn, Noe said, “Ay, what’s important is you have made it back. I heard you have news to report. I’m all ears for it.”

Arthur raised both of his hands and chanted for something. Approximately ten seconds later, a tiny planet appeared in front of him. Noe and Gwenn didn’t know it was a tiny planet and they curiously looked into that planet while Arthur was explaining, “I'm sure Adela told you about a black hole that tried to suck her into it. The black hole that was sucking Adela in was not trying to kill her but was trying to transport her to another planet. I saved Adela thinking it would cost me my life but that black hole ended up transporting me to Byham Continents, the planet of the Demi-Humans. There, I saw a Magical Dungeon with difficulty rated eight and went inside thinking I will raid it for some awards. I later found out that Magical Dungeon was a Timeless Dungeon that has ten stages instead of five stages like regular Magical Dungeons. I have completed the ten stages and successfully raided that Timeless Dungeon that was why it took me so long to come back to this planet.”

Noe and Gwenn repeatedly looked at each other then turned to look at Arthur. Needless to say, both Gween and Noe were so happy to hear Arthur say he had successfully raided a Timeless Dungeon.

Noe said, “Congratulations, Arthur! Do you know how rare it was for anyone to encounter a Timeless Dungeon in the lower realms? In Toria Continents, beside me, Kain Bersk, and you, no one else from this planet has ever encountered a Timeless Dungeon.”

Arthur turned toward Gwenn and surprisingly asked, “Holy Mage, not even you have encountered a Timeless Dungeon?”

Gwenn shook her head, smiled, and said, “I have never encountered such a wonderful Magical Dungeon. Nonetheless, I have successfully raided the Magical Dungeon with difficulty rated ten by myself and received great rewards as well. Even so, I’m sure the rewards you received inside the Timeless Dungeon will be much better.”

Arthur pointed toward the tiny planet that was flying in front of him and said, “Holy Mage, Lord Clerico, this is my planet.”

Gwenn naively asked, “What do you mean that it is your planet?”

“Holy Mage, Lord Clerico, I am the Creator of this planet. If compared to Toria Continents, it is roughly one percent big right now. But listen to this carefully. The human races, animals, magical beasts, magical creatures, sea, mountains, trees, and everything inside that planet were all of my creation. I gave all civilizations there the knowledge of the magic system that we have in Toria Continents. I also taught them how to train in warrior arts. Every minute in Toria Continents is equal to a year inside this planet. Yup, it is the same timeframe as inside the Timeless Dungeon. As the Creator of this planet, I can select any powerful beings in there and create Conjuration Magic spells to conjure them in battle. The bad thing was, rarely anyone born inside my planet possesses an Elemental Soul. That was why I have more warriors instead of magic casters. Most of the magic casters who were born there have died before they could reach Saint-tiers to live forever. Despite that small problem, the stronger I get in training my Creation Magic, the bigger my planet can become. Therefore, my planet can contain more civilizations, magic creatures, and magical beasts.”

Noe thought to himself, “As a Conjurer Mage, Arthur was supposed to be able to upgrade his Conjurer Soul to Necromancer Soul. Where does this Creation Magic come from? I have never heard of such magic in all magic systems available in the lower realms.”

Despite Gwenn having her mouth widely opened in astonishment, Noe calmly asked Arthur, “Creation Magic? Arthur, would you explain it better? How did you obtain knowledge of such magic?”

Arthur respectfully answered, “Your Grace, I have upgraded my Conjurer Soul to Ethereal Soul. That was how I gained knowledge and access to use Creation Magic.”'

Just a simple answer from Arthur helped Noe to understand everything. Noe thought to himself, "I was never given a choice to upgrade my Conjurer Soul to Ethereal Soul. Creating your own planet sounds powerful but I rather have the Necromancer Soul because it grants me an almost endless and massively large mana pool."

Noe nodded his head and said, “Creation Magic sounded very powerful. Arthur, congratulations on unlocking such great magic. Do you remember Kain Almos?”

Arthur wanted to talk about his Creation Magic more but when hearing Noe asked him about Kain made him stop wanting to brag about himself. Arthur remembered how Kain sacrificed himself to save the Student Mages of Nosh inside that Magical Forest and appeared to be very sad as he seemed to almost cry.

After twenty seconds of silence, Arthur sadly said, “How can I forget such a great person? If it wasn’t for him...”

Noe wanted to see Arthur's reaction but didn't expect to see Arthur almost cry hearing Kain's name again.

Noe laughed and said, “You don’t have to feel bad about that anymore. Remember earlier when I mentioned a guy named Kain Bersk also went through the Timeless Dungeon?”

“Yes. Wait, Kain Bersk? Kain Almos? Did you mean...?”

Noe then summarized to let Arthur know that Kain Almos was actually Kain Bersk and he was a Blood Mage that went undercover in the Mages Academy of Nosh. Noe then told Arthur about how powerful Kain had become and how he had taken over the Dryardian Empire in less than a day of his return, forcing the Demi-Humans to serve him while freeing all the human slaves in that empire.

Arthur was happy to know Kain was still alive, but disappointed knowing Kain deceived him about his true identity. Arthur was even more disappointed thinking that Kain had become an enemy of the Mages Council which means one day he will have to kill Kain. Noe then told Arthur about the little fight he had with Kain and how he allowed Kain to continued to live for now hoping Kain would create massive chaos in Toria Continents because it will be much more fun to kill and convert Kain into one of his minions after Kain completed terrorizing this planet to its core. Arthur was pleased to hear that. Because that meant Arthur could still have a chance to visit Kain before they became enemies.

Seeing how excited Noe was when he talked about Kain and gained knowledge of how powerful Noe truly was. Arthur shook his head thinking that his return to Toria Continents wouldn’t change anything at all. Despite already reaching level 100 in magical power, becoming an Eleventh Stage Dark Knight, and unlocking the Creation Magic, Arthur felt like he was still a side character when compared to Noe Clerico and Kain Bersk.

After Noe finished talking about Kain, Arthur asked, “Holy Mage, Lord Clerico, may I travel to the Dryardian Empire to visit Kain one last time before officially declaring him as my enemy?”
