Chapter 10: (1/10)

Name:Twin Soul Author:Zskyph
“Kain Almos?” Admon Pashar asked after seeing the old woman transformed into Kain.

Kain smirked as he said, “Admon, glad to see you again.”

“I thought you were a Conjurer Mage? I have never heard any Conjurer Mage could transform into someone else. Aren’t you supposed to be in Ganarion city?”

“Enough talk. I lured you here for a massacre and it will be delivered.”

“I see… you made my warriors exhausted by dragging us from our old camps so we can get kills easier. I don’t understand why you have done all that since I have always treated you with respect since the first day I saw you.”

Kain didn’t waste any more time speaking with Admon. Kain activated [Infused Blood] to tap into his Blood Ring then casted [Demonic Hordes] four times to create four small one-dimension portals connected to Toria Continents from Hell Realm. Each small portal can transport up to a hundred low-tier demons at once. But because of Kain’s current level in the Master-tier, he was able to transport mid-tier demons. The mid-tier demon’s strength can be on par with an eighth-tier warrior. Kain smiled to see three hundred forty two (342) mid-tier demons walking through the portals before it closed.

Low-tier demon = Seventh-tier warrior

Mid-tier demon = Eighth-tier warrior

High-tier demon = Ninth-tier warrior

Demon General = Tenth-tier warrior

Elite Demon = Saint-tier warrior and can cast up to all Legend-tier of magic spells.

Demon Lord = Saint-tier warrior and had the ability to create unique magic spells.

A Captain whispered into Admon’s ear, “Lieutenant Colonel, based on my observation of those demons’ armors, they have to be mid-tier. We can’t win this fight. Please withdraw half of the troops while I hold them for you to escape.”

Admon shook his head and said, “We won’t be able to escape, look to the rear.”

The Captain looked to the rear area and saw a big dark red color floating ball.

“From what I have learned, that floating ball was created by a magic spell named [Blood Iron Spikes]. It's a Blood Magic spell. If we attempted to run away, that floating ball would shoot out numerous iron spikes and kill plenty of our men. I rather stay and fight for a chance of survival together then run away and waste the lives of our men to that floating ball.”

“Lieutenant Colonel, let's survive together then.”

“Brave warriors of the Seventh Battalion, Kain Almos is a Blood Mage. We will execute him just like we have done with the other Blood Mage two years ago. Justice will always win!” Admon shouted.

Nine hundred fifty eight (958) warriors of Seventh Battalion drew out their swords and shouted back, “Justice will always win!”

Kain laughed out loud and shouted back, “Justice is set by the strong. The weak deserve no justice! My hungry demons, eat all you want!”

The battle went on for nearly thirty minutes. The result ended horribly for the Seventh Battalion. All of them were massacred and only Admon managed to be the last one standing but he was being surrounded by seventy-eight (78) mid-tier demons. Admon had minor injuries all over his body but no doubt that he will die soon.

Admon begged, “Sir Kain, I knew this day would come when I killed the Blood Mage. I have a favor to ask, please don’t harm my family.”

“I won’t harm them but will kill them. Don’t blame me, but blame yourself for killing my savior, Menas Danamark.”

“I’m a soldier of Nalas Kingdom. I was just doing my job, my family had nothing to do with this. I don’t mind losing my life, please don’t kill my family.”

“F**k your job! Menas would have gotten away together with the three years old Twin Soul girl if it wasn’t for your stupid ass. You led your Battalion to kill Menas for fame and glory. This fame and glory will cost your family their lives as well.”

“I didn’t kill the Twin Soul girl. I couldn’t do it. I lied to everyone saying that I did but I sent her to one of my safe houses.”

“Do you think I would believe such bullshit? There were a thousand warriors who witnessed you have killed them both.”

“Yes, I killed the Blood Mage but I didn’t kill the girl. She got away and I caught up to her then sent her into the safe house that I have built underground.”

“What about the body of the girl that you claimed you killed?”

“I told everyone that I killed and buried the girl in the wood. Everyone was more worried about the Blood Mage than the three years old girl.”

“Are you telling me that no one questioned you about why you would bury the Twin Soul girl? And no one went to look for her body?”

“As I have said, everyone was more worried about the grown-up adult Blood Mage than a three years old girl. I can take you to the safe house where I kept her at. I know you won’t spare my life, but please… Please don’t kill my wife and son.”

Kain agreed to not kill Admon’s family if he was telling the truth. Kain disbanded the Demon Hordes to banished all demons back to Hell Realm. Kain kept his guard on by commanding the floating red ball to follow behind Admon. If Admon dared to play any kind of trick, he would die in an instant. Admon led Kain to the wooded area fourteen miles to the South of Ganarion city. They entered a small safehouse built underground. Kain continued to keep his guard up just in case there was an ambush.

“Uncle Admon!” An excited girl’s voice called out to Admon. Kain looked carefully and noticed the girl was approximately six years old. It had been more than two years. Kain was not surprised to see the girl appeared to be six years old, not five years old. The girl had a toy in her left hand. Kain recognized that toy because he saw Admon bought it at Mathyr city where he claimed he bought it for his niece.

“Ariana.” Admon smiled as he saw her.

“Ariana?” Kain remembered when he killed his daughter inside the illusion world. His daughter’s first name was also Ariana.

Ariana saw Kain, she immediately hid behind a chair notwithstanding Kain already saw her. Admon said, “Ariana, you don’t have to hide from his man. He is here to save you. Just like you, he was born with the Twin Soul.”

Kain walked toward Ariana and said, “Ariana, my name is Kain Bersk. I will bring you back to our kind where you will be protected. What is your last name?”

“Kain Bersk? Almos was not his real last name. If you're going to have a fake identity, why didn’t you fake your first name as well?” Admon thought to himself.

Ariana was still afraid but she managed to speak out of her last name, “Bellet. My name is Ariana Bellet.”

“Very well, Ariana Bellet. Give me your hand.” Kain reached his hand out and patiently waited for Ariana to grab it.
