Yang Chen had arrived at his company building. He had already dropped off Jane at her new place and had given her a memory chip containing the data of how he wanted his game designed. All he needed to do was wait patiently for her and await good results.

Once he entered his office, he saw Hannya in her secretary mode standing beside his desk.

Hannya smiled as she saw Yang Chen walk in.

"Good morning, Master."

Yang Chen sat at his desk seat, "Morning."

Hannya then poured tea in a cup for him. She had to be very attentive toward her Master, whatever it may be.

Yang Chen took a sip and started to tell her his plan for the game.

"Hannya, we'll be altering the steps for the game we'll be releasing."

Hannya became serious and got ready to write what needed to be on a clipboard.

Yang Chen explained that his friend Jane would be left in charge to make the game. He also needed Hannya to hire voice actors for dialogue that would suit the roles of the characters perfectly.

Yang Chen already had the story in place. He may have used a couple of references of works from his past life but he didn't care. This was the reason he chose to go through the gaming industry in the first place. He had learned that this world was parallel to the world in his past life with many differences.

"What about the soundtrack for the game?" Hannya asked as she had a list of current things she had to do, in order, to not disappoint her Master.

Yang Chen was in a little bind. He could personally play musical instruments but he didn't want to do this for...certain reasons. And he didn't know how to sing.

Yang Chen didn't want to half-ass this part of the game so he began to think.

'Who can I get to do the musical bit of the game?'

An image suddenly popped up in his head. He remembered someone that can fit this role perfectly.

"I'll ask someone personally. So you don't have to worry about it." Yang Chen said with a smile.

He had two viable options but one was more intriguing to him than the other.

Hannya nodded and wrote more side notes to not mess anything up.

Apart from the details of the game, the Virtual Reality headset was the easiest thing to do. He would just make one copy with the image that was similar to the one in his previous world and would have his team mass produce it, just like the super-soldier serum.

"That would be all for our game product so what about the other thing." Yang Chen asked.

"Yes." Hannya's eyes went cold and started explaining.

"The Yamata Sect Leader will be going in for the sneak attack soon, maybe in a day or two. I will inform him of your whereabouts at that time and he will have a woman that is seeking revenge; disguise herself as your previous lover and draw you in. They have also gotten help from the Blue Storm organization after you killed their subordinates back in the Vairocana Dharma Body heist. Along with Takamagahara, they will try to catch you off guard and use an extremely deadly poison to weaken you, before Blue Storm high tier killers, and the Yamata Sect leader goes in for the kill."

In Japan, two underground organizations had a lot of power. They were the Yamata Sect and Takamagahara. They weren't allies or anything and tried to stay away from each other's side but they both had a common enemy. Which was Yang Chen.

Worry passed through Hannya eyes.

"Master, please be careful. This poison was made from radioactive elements and other deadly poisons combined, designed especially for you. The Blue Storm organization has been working on this for years after they found out ordinary poisons don't work on you."

Yang Chen patted her head, "Don't worry. Even if I were to consume hundreds of these poisons, I would still be unharmed."

A blush appeared on Hannya's face. She then slowly nodded.

"Just message me the time the operation will start and I'll take it from there."

Hannya's worry started to ease so she slightly bowed her head.

"Understood, Master."

Yang Chen was left alone and was soon going to start on some paperwork when he received an email on his computer. He wouldn't normally check them and would leave it to Hannya if it was work-related. But this was a message toward Hades.

Yang Chen opened the email and received an invitation from someone he knew. Well, from someone that the predecessor of this body knew.

It was from one of the 12 gods of Olympus, Aphrodite.

Aphrodite had invited Hades to join her at a private bar, later this evening. She had some serious information she had to disclose to him.

Yang Chen was a bit surprised by her invitation and her message since he didn't know the reason for it. But if this was some serious information then he should accept her invitation.

So, Yang Chen accepted and would meet her later at a bar.

Yang Chen then started doing some paperwork.

-----

Evening.

Yang Chen got off his car and entered the place.

It was a small classy looking bar. The interior was modern with glass tables and comfy leather seats that were dressed white. There was cyan-blue dim lighting that overlayed the whole place. It related to those bars that were overseas, back in the United States. With a mix of eastern cultures, it was a fancy place.

Yang Chen only saw one person inside the whole bar and it was the bartender wiping the tables where you ordered drinks.

'It looks like I'm a little early.' Yang Chen thought before sitting at the white leather stool.

"What would you like to have, Sir?" The bartender smiled at him.

The bartender was a middle-aged woman that had her hair in a ponytail.

"Just a glass of whiskey." Yang Chen said something random.

He wasn't here to drink so it didn't matter what he got.

The bartender, still smiling, nodded and grabbed a bottle before pouring him his drink in a glass cup.

'Why the f.u.c.k did I get this?!'

Yang Chen was never really a drinker in his past life so it was a normal reaction. He just remembered liquor drinks from the memories of the previous Yang Chen so he went off that.

The bartender placed her hand over her mouth as she stifled a giggle.

Yang Chen didn't care about her reaction and just continued waiting for Aphrodite.

And shortly after, a few minutes went by before Aphrodite entered the bar.

Aphrodite was a 26-year-old blonde woman. She had her blonde hair dr.a.p.ed to the side so you can see her beautiful white skin. She was also wearing a long white coat.

Aphrodite removed her coat and place it on the coat rack. What was revealed, was a stunning red dress that showed off her amazing curves. She also had matching high heels that complimented her outfit.

Aphrodite then walked over toward Yang Chen and sat next to him.

"Can I buy you a drink, handsome man?" Aphrodite asked in a sultry voice.

Yang Chen didn't want to play games, "Why have you asked me to come, Aphrodite?"

Aphrodite pouted and crossed her arms, "You're no fun! And here, I wanted to get you drunk and bring you back to my place."

Not hearing a response, Aphrodite asked the bartender to bring her a glass of red wine.

Aphrodite took a sip, "Heard you've gotten married."

"That's right." Yang Chen replied.

Aphrodite scoffed, "When did you stop treating women as mere playthings and decided to settle down?"

Yang Chen shrugged, "What can I say, people, change."

Yang Chen meant that in a literal sense, but how can Aphrodite know what he was talking about?

Aphrodite stared at him. Ever since she's walked in, not once has she caught him checking her out. She knew how beautiful she was and knew this sc.u.m of a man, enjoyed playing with women endlessly. So, when did that change?

Aphrodite strafed her long hair as she was a bit tired today.

"I just recently left a movie premiere, I'm starring in, so I was a bit late."

Her fake name was Christine Steward, the hottest actress of Hollywood today. She has won many global awards with her acting and singing skills alone. Who in this world didn't know or wasn't a fan of this woman.

Yang Chen couldn't help and call it a coincidence as he was remembering this woman earlier today.

That's right, Christine was one of the two people that he wanted to ask to be a part of his game, music-related. But she wasn't his first choice. It was actually someone entirely else. It was mainly because this person owed him a favor or so he thought.

"How did you know I was in Japan?" Yang Chen asked curiously.

Aphrodite showed a teasing smile, "That's a secret."

Aphrodite dropped her act as she saw Yang Chen not showing any reactions she was hoping for.

Her face became serious as she started explaining why she asked him to come here.

"Hades, the rest of us are going to get together and discuss a problem we've encountered recently. I want you to come and join us."

"And, what does this have to do with me?" Yang Chen asked in an uncaring way.

Visible worry could be seen in Aphrodite's eyes.

"Please, Yang Chen..."

Yang Chen looked at her for a couple of seconds.

"Fine, I'll go. If...you do something for me."

Aphrodite sighed in relief. She then released a seductive smile.

"And, what is it? I'll try my best to...satisfy your need."

Yang Chen ignored the way she phrased that.

"I recently bought a company and I'm planning on releasing a game. I want to use your popularity to advertise it."

'What's up with this man?! Can't he show a normal reaction?' Aphrodite thought sourly.

Aphrodite smiled bitterly, "Fine, I will promote your game."

Yang Chen smiled, "Great, thanks." He then looked at the bartender who had heard the whole conversion.

"Don't worry, she's one of my people," Aphrodite said from the side.

The bartender showed a gentle smile and continued to clean glass cups.

Yang Chen nodded before he got up, "I'll be going, now. Can't keep my women waiting."

Aphrodite squinted her eyes, "I thought you changed your ways."

Yang Chen showed a teasing smile, "When did I say that?"

Aphrodite froze. He was right, he never said he changed. He just said, people change.

Yang Chen chuckled and walked out of the bar.

Aphrodite watched as this shameless man left the bar. Even if this bar was practically hers, Yang Chen just left without paying the bill. He had left her to pay for his drink.

Aphrodite twirled her wine glass as she said in a slightly jealous tone.

"Dummy..."
