5 Nightmare

YVE'S POV

"NO!!!! I'M SORRY, I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN!!"

"It's too late for that. Vincent is into you and will not even give me a second look. You were suppose to be our match maker!! You really can't control yourself. You are a SLUT!" and with that she slapped my left cheek.

"I am very sorry. I just can't help it. I didn't plan for it to happen."

"SHUT UP, YOUNG LADY! You don't have a sense of gratitude. We treated you like one of us. You should end up your relationship with Vincent!"

"But, mo....."

I woke up from the nightmare. It was a glimpse of my past, the past that I didn't want to remember. I never realized that I cried while sleeping until I felt the wetness on my face. I also noticed that the place where I am is not familiar to me. It is definitely not the sleeping lounge.

WHERE AM I?!

I think I should call for help. I touched my pockets only to realize that I left my smartphone inside my bag on my desk. I look at my surroundings while studying the ambiance. I decided to walk around the room and looked anxiously at the door upon hearing the door unlocking.

Who is coming? What do they want from me?

As I confirm that the door is finally unlocked, I ran towards the bed and decided to act asleep. I need to know the truth behind all of this.

"Doctor, here she is. She was shouting while asleep earlier and I can't seem to wake her up." One of the people said. This voice sounds familiar to me.

What else did this person hear?

"Well, she can be having a nightmare. Nothing more." The other person replied.

"Well, we can't verify it now because she looked fine to me."

"Yes, it looks like it. But just to make sure, I can also conduct the basic routinely examinations now."

"Yes, doc. That will be fine, go ahead."

After that conversation, the doctor took my temperature, blood pressure and felt my pulse. This doesn't seem like a kidnapping. In a kidnapping, no kidnapper will make sure that the victim is perfectly fine. Who is this person? What does he want from me? And why does his face sound so familiar? I think I need to continue this act to find out.

"Overall, she is doing okay. Her vital signs are normal."

"That's good. But do you have any idea what might cause a nightmare?"

"Well, it can be triggered by many things like stress, or real past experiences or even our fears."

"Can it be cured?"

"Well, counselling is the only solution for that."

"Okay, doc. Thank you very much for coming.

With that I heard the door opened and closed immediately but I decided not to wake up.

"Hello, Ed, can you do me a favor?"

"Can you find out what happened to my Yvory?"

"Everything. From the time she left me up until now."
