Chapter 192 - Stuck In A Lover's Embrace

Dante woke up the next morning and felt something soft in his hands. He gave it a squeeze.

"Ahn~"

His eyes snapped open at the sound of the suggestive moan. He looked down and saw that I was on top of him wearing only a loose nightgown. His hand was on my bare thigh and his other hand was wrapped around me. His face turned dark.

"What..."

I rubbed my eyes and looked up at him with puppy dog eyes, "You can't remember? You dragged me in bed and had your way with me." I sighed dramatically, "I am no longer a chaste maiden... What will my parents say?"

He blinked as he watched my overdramatic acting. He spoke plainly, "If that's true, then we can do it again."

I froze then turned to him with a frown, "You brute."

He smirked, "Was that a no?"

I smacked his chest, "It was a no! A no! What kind of immoral things are you thinking about so early in the morning?!"

He looked at his hand still placed on my thigh. He looked like he seemed to enjoy the sensation. He glanced back at me, "Did you also put my hand on your thigh?"

I looked away from his eyes, "No... You did that."

He gave another squeeze.

"Ahn~" I quickly covered my mouth from which a pleasurable moan had escaped.

He smirked at me, "You seem to enjoy that."

My face turned dark, "Get off of me."

After I kicked Dante off the bed, I sat up and stretched. I glanced outside then turned back to him, "So what is for breakfast?"

"..."

Dante ignored my question and stared at my shoulder. I followed his sight and realized he was staring at my skin that was revealed curtesy of the loose nightgown. I hurried to cover it up, "Ah... Do you dislike scars? I suppose it isn't that great to look at."

"...That's not it."

I glanced up at him and he quickly turned around. I raised an eyebrow and looked to his ears. Sure enough, the tips were turning red. A sly smile spread across my lips as I stared at his back. I jumped up silently and embraced him from behind. I could feel him tense up from my sudden embrace.

"Fufu. I got you."

"..."

I pressed my chest to his back. I teased him some more, "Hey Dante. You've seen my shoulder. Don't you think you should also let me see yours?"

"..."

Even though Dante didn't speak, I could see the tips of his ears turning more and more red. I giggled at his reaction. I blew on his ear playfully as my hands touched his muscles greedily.

His voice was cold, "If you don't stop, I won't be able to hold back."

I paused. What does that mean?! Does that mean he would... Ahh! I can't even think about it! I pulled away blushing from the thought of Dante not being able to hold himself back. He is so strong I would probably be destroyed.

While I was occupied with this naughty thought, Dante suddenly spun around and embraced me tightly. He bent down and firmly pressed his lips against mine. Startled by his sudden onslaught of kisses, I only could stand there as he pulled me closer to him. I closed my eyes and wrapped my arms around his neck. When he pulled away, we were both left breathless.

He nuzzled his head into my neck. I heard him whisper, "I am glad you are alright..."

I stroked his hair, "I'm fine, but don't you dare do something like that again." When I heard he didn't respond, I added, "I am being serious Dante."

"I know..."

"You promised you would never leave me." I added in a firm tone.

Dante kissed my neck, "I won't."

The kiss sent a shiver down my spine and I cleared my throat in embarrassment. He continued to kiss my neck gently. I forced myself to speak while trying not to moan from the sensation, "I-I am curious. How long was I gone?"

"Hmm... Two weeks..." I felt him start to kiss my skin more passionately.

"Do -ahh- Do my parents know?" My eyes fluttered closed as I tried to focus on something other than the pleasurable sensation.

Dante seemed to be ignoring me as he continued to kiss my neck. Then he moved to my exposed shoulder and began to tenderly kiss my skin. My legs went soft and I would have collapsed if it had not been for Dante holding onto me.

Finally, he spoke. "They know..."

"..."

"WHAT?! THEY KNOW?!" I shouted.

Dante pulled away and looked at me. He nodded, "Yes."

"How did they find out?"

"Bertram panicked."

Of course it was Bertram.

I sighed and held my forehead in exasperation, "So I assume that means everyone knows?"

"Yes."

"The King and Queen also?"

He nodded, "They offered a huge reward to anyone who can help find you."

I smiled deviously, "Excellent. Then you can cash in on that reward and give me half."

"..."

I noticed Dante staring at me expressionlessly. I raised an eyebrow, "What?"

"Money grubber."

"Oi."

Before I could whine, a high pitched growl came from my stomach. I froze with a blank expression. I cleared my throat and spoke calmly, "So... Breakfast?"

He smirked at me, "There is no food here, so we will have to go into town to buy some."

"Great!" I paused, "Wait... I don't have any money on me... What about you?"

"..." He felt his pockets then shook his head.

I sighed, "Wonderful..."

Just then, a rooster crowed in the distance. A mischievous smile appeared on my face, "I think our breakfast just found us."

We snuck over to the neighbors farm and I entered the hen house slowly. I reached in and grabbed a few eggs. I chuckled, "Hah... Got it." The chickens eyes shot open and turned red as they glared at me. I gulped, "F*ck."

Dante stood outside waiting and watched as I ran out of the hen house with dozen chickens chasing after me. I screamed as they tried to peck my feet and attacked me. I ran and hid behind Dante. The chickens were no match for him....

We returned and Dante began to prepare the unlucky chicken for breakfast. I hummed happily as I watched him cook. It is just like we are playing house. I blushed suddenly. No. Isn't this exactly like being married?! Does this mean our future will look just like it does in this moment? Somehow that doesn't seem so bad...

Dante watched as I giggled in excitement and blushed as I held my face. He didn't know what I was thinking about, but he seemed to enjoy watching me. He reached out to pinch my waist.

"BAHAHA!" I jumped and burst into laughter from the sudden tickling sensation. I covered my mouth in a panic.

"..." Dante looked at me as if he had discovered something incredibly useful.

I frowned at him, "Don't even think about it."

Dante finished cooking and we sat down at the table. Before we could eat it, Dante pulled me over to sit on his lap. My face twitched in embarrassment after he insisted on feeding me. I grabbed a fork and stabbed it into the food. I shoved it in his mouth.

I smirked at him, "You need food as well."

He licked his lips after the bite, looking quite charming. Then he leaned forward and placed his lips on mine. I froze as I felt his tongue trace along my lips. He pulled away and gave me a bewitching smile, "Thanks for the meal."

"I didn't say you could eat me."

"You had a piece of chicken on your mouth."

"Liar."

After we finished our egg and chicken breakfast, I looked at him. "So how are we getting home?"

"..."

My face twitched, "Please tell me we won't have to walk."

Dante shrugged, "It's either that or we send a letter and wait a while."

"I can't wait that long..." I sighed and then thought about something, "How did you even get here?"

"I stole a horse."

"..."

I don't get paid enough for this.

I shrugged, "I guess we will have to use the stolen horse to get back then. Where is it?"

"No idea."

I guess that means we will have to start walking.

Before leaving, I went back to the room to change. I paused as I saw something in the mirror. I went up to it and froze.

That bastard left hickeys on my skin!!! How will I manage to hide all of these?!

I mumbled to myself in irritation as I began to get dressed. I had to wear the dress I had found in the dresser. It was a bit too big, so I had to tie it tighter with a piece of cloth. We departed back for home hand in hand. As we walked I groaned and whined from the physical exercise. Eventually, Dante picked me up and carried me on his back.

"Why don't you carry a sword? Didn't I train you for a reason?" His voice seemed a bit disappointed.

I sighed, "I haven't found a sword I like yet."

"..."

"Umm... Also, wouldn't I look a bit too scary if I carry around a sword all the time?"

"I carry around a sword at all times."

"Exactly."

"..."

Noticing him look ahead, I began to poke his cheek, "I'm not completely defenseless. I have a knife." I muttered to myself, "Although that's a bit useless when facing a gun..."

Dante added, "That man managed to get away."

"Ah.. Yeah. We will have to track him down. Who knows if he will try to kidnap me again."

"Did you recognize him?"

"No. But he had to be from the Sanki kingdom. Don't you think he looks a lot like Simon and-" I stopped myself from finishing my sentence.

Dante glanced at me from the corner of his eye, "Simon and who else?"

I looked away guiltily, "No one..."

Dante seems to be unaware of just how similar he is to Simon. They both have tan skin and darker hair. Not to mention they are both sadistic and a bit scary. Although it's just speculation, I think Dante's mother may be related to the Sanki kingdom somehow. However, I can't tell Dante that I think that right now. I need to wait until I am absolutely sure. Dante went to ask again, but before he could, a shrill cry rang out.

"SERRRI!" I looked over and saw Millie running towards me.

Where the hell did she come from!? Also, why the hell is she covered in blood?!

Dante put me down and Millie ran into me, nearly knocking me over. She held me tightly, "I have been so worried!!! Where have you been?!"

I blinked in confusion, "Uh... I've been kidnapped. Wait, Millie. Why are you here?"

She pulled away and looked at me with an innocent expression, "I followed Dante."

Dante: "..."

Judging by his reaction I guess that means he had no idea she followed him. I glanced at her dress and frowned. "Millie... Why is there blood on your dress?"

"Oh, that?"

"Yes that."

"Oh..." She looked away bashfully, "I may have... Killed someone."

I wanted to smack my forehead, "No sh*t. Who?"

She shrugged, "Not sure. I followed Dante to an old house and this man came running out. I noticed he had a stab wound and I may have gotten a little too excited. By the time I stopped ripping out his organs, the inside of the house was abandoned and there were only two dead bodies inside."

I can't tell if Millie is getting crazier by the day or if she's getting better.

I turned to Dante and forced myself to smile, "At least we won't have to worry about tracking him down anymore."
