Chapter 601 - The Scum Is Inhibited

A bright light can be seen in the sky like a giant star, making the surroundings look as if it was the day. The second elimination period is now here. "Shifu!" Fei Yinzi called amidst the silence.

"We wanted to give some of our points to Sun Yan, Fei Luo and Sun Ri, to keep them in the competition." Fei Yinzi answered.

"Why?" Cheng Sheng asked. "Aren't you fellow competitors?" he said.

"We are all friends first before we became competitors." Fei Yinzi calmly answered. "Making friends with others is better than competing against each other. More importantly – " he said as he raised his head. " – the goal of the competition isn't to make enemies out of each other, but to make friends. Solidarity is the key so that hostility shouldn't breed." He explained.

Well said! The others thought and gave Fei Yinzi a like. Meanwhile, the audience loudly clapped, praising the contestants for having such a good sportsmanship! Sun Yu heaved a sigh of relief, and he also feel emotional.

"Reason accepted." Zheng Yi answered. "It was also stipulated that you can give your points to your fellow participants." he added.

Everyone sighed in relief.

"Then, participant Fei Yinzi, to whom do you want to give some of your points?" Zheng Yi asked.

But, they all saw that Fei Yinzi's points in the leaderboard was deducted while Fei Luo's points increased.

Sun Ri's tears fell and she ran to hug Cui Xiao and cried. Sun Yan felt his chest became warm as she watched his younger sister. Fortunately, Sun Ri gained friends in this competition.

"Elder Zheng…" Chen Wu spoke and was about to step forward to give some of his points to Sun Yan when Wu Lian stopped him. He looked at Wu Lian.

Wu Lian's expression didn't change as he walked past the bewildered Chen Wu. "Elder Zheng. Elder Cheng." He called. "I want to give one-hundred and eight points to Sun Yan." He said.

"You sure?" it was Cheng Sheng who spoke. "You will fall to the second place and will be replaced by Chen Wu in the first place." He said.

Wu Lian nodded without hesitation. "Yes. I am sure." He answered.

Cheng Sheng shrugged as he transferred Wu Lian's points to Sun Yan's points. With this, Sun Yan, Fei Luo and Sun Ri were saved from being eliminated in this round. Cheng Sheng and Zheng Yi then left, letting the participants resume sleeping.

"Wu Lian. Chen Wu. Er Zi. Cui Xiao." Sun Yan called as he, Fei Luo, Xi Bing and Fei Huo approached them. "We will remember this favor for our entire life. Thank you very much." He said and gave them a bow. 

Before, they looked inhibited as they all stick to their sect's rules.. Now, they learned the hard way how to be flexible, so they definitely won't repeat the same mistake again.
