99 A Home for Yinxin

Jayde joined Isha on the bench. After she sat down Isha asked about her mission to Telia. Isha listened incredulously to the chain of events recounted by Jayde.

When Jayde got to the part of where she had contracted Yinxin, Isha jumped up excitedly.

"You actually contracted a silver dragon?"

"Yeah, that is what I kinda wanted to talk to you about. You once said that my contracted pets could stay here in the artifact, so how do I do this?"

"You will need to purchase the upgrade for it, but Jayde a silver dragon is going to require a lot of space, so you will need to upgrade this space," counseled Isha.

"Alrighty then," Jayde said, standing up to return to the main hall with Isha tagging along.

Walking over to the wall where the trading screen was located Jayde said, "Activate Trading System."

The trading screen immediately opened. Jayde was bowled over when she saw her points on the top of the screen. After she had purchased the herb garden she had only 10 points left, now the screen read 25,130 points.

Seeing the look on Jayde's face, Isha laughed.

"Well you did tell me to sell all the herbs in the garden shed, and any of the herbs that were harvested."

"You earned over 12,300 points selling all those herbs?" Jayde asked in quiet amazement.

"Hmm" Isha nodded in confirmation.

"Well, I can't take full credit for it, there were hundreds of herbs stored in the garden shed," he admitted.

"But still, amazing job," Jayde said, giving Isha two thumbs up in approval.

With the number of points, she had now accumulated Jayde was confident that she would be able to release Yinxin from her pet space.

Navigating to the dimension upgrade section, Jayde had a look through the long list of upgrades available for the upgrade to allow pets into the Protoss Divine artifact.

Coming across an upgrade called {Dimension Space Contractual Pet Access — 1,000 points} Jayde confirmed with Isha that the listed item was the correct one she needed to purchase. After receiving Isha confirmation Jayde immediately tapped on the item to purchase.

When the system asked Jayde to confirm her purchase, she immediately tapped on accept.

"Well now that you have purchased the upgrade, you will be able to release your contract pets here, but you still need to provide them with an area," Isha said.

Nodding to confirm that she understood, Jayde then tapped on {Area Upgrades}. A submenu then opened up on the screen listing numerous options. The options ranged from the size of the area to different types of terrain to even added features like lakes, waterfalls, and rivers.

Amazed at the features available Jayde decided to first check out what different size areas she could purchase.

A hundred hectares was 1,000 points, which surprised Jayde as she thought that considering the prices on the system, this seemed really cheap. Wondering if something might be up with this, she asked Isha why the prices were so cheap.

"That is just the price for the land, but it barren. You will still need to purchase terrain and other objects" Isha explained.

So I was right, Jayde thought. She knew that the prices had been too cheap.

"You should activate the holographic display unit, which will help you design your area prior to purchasing anything," advised Isha.

Seeing Jayde frowning in confusion, Isha pointed to a new button just under Jayde points, that she hadn't seen earlier.

{3D Modelling Mode}

Interesting, Jayde thought, before tapping on the button. Seeing nothing change on the screen, Jayde was a bit confused. Feeling Isha tapping on her shoulder, she looked up at Isha only to see him pointing to something behind him.

Turning about Jayde saw a 3D holographic image hovering in the middle of the room. Currently, the holographic image only showed the building of the Pavilion as well as the courtyard. Next to the holographic images was a menu displaying all the items that Jayde could purchase.

"Using this modeling mode, you can design exactly what you want, moving things around until you are satisfied," Isha pointed to an area above the menu "here you will be able to see the total costs of your upgrades."

Grinning Jayde thought this is going to be so much fun.

Jayde opened up the side menu and tapped on the size, then hectares. When the system asked how many hectares she keyed in 500.

The model in front of her immediately changed, the area around the Pavilion expanded, showing abarren rock surface, with the Pavilion sitting in the middle.

Looking at the image shown, Jayde wasn't happy with the Pavilion in the center, wondering if she could change the position she asked Isha.

"You just have to move the land into whatever position you want," he answered.

Happy with Isha answer. Jayde began to design her space.

Moving the Pavilion to the edge of the area, she then consulted with Reiko and Yinxin to find out what they wanted. It was going to their space as well and Jayde wanted them to have some say in the design of it.

Yinxin was thunderstruck at the power of this Protoss artifact, she had heard about divine artifacts before and knew they were powerful, but this was beyond anything she could have imagined.

With Reiko and Yinxin contributing, the three of them had a ball playing around with the 3D modeling station. They tried out numerous different designs and features, finally settling on a small mountainous area with a large cave for Yinxin and a forest with a deep clear lake for Reiko and Jayde. Jayde added a small house with a garden for herself near the lake.

When Jayde added a farm plot to grow some vegetables and fruit, she was surprised to find out that in addition to points it also cost Aura Stones. When she queried this with Isha, he explained that food grown in the artifact contained spiritual energy, which is why the cost included aura stones.

The system even allowed Jayde to added beasts, fish, birds and insects. It was like playing at being a god Jayde thought, as she designed the small world for her and her pets.

The trio had been designing their own space for a couple of hours before they were all satisfied. Jayde even added basic furniture to her house, and purchased the library as well as a storage room and added those room to her house, by the time they were finished the total cost of the upgrade was 20,250 points plus 25 Aura Stones.

After confirming with Reiko and Yinxin that they were happy, Jayde went ahead and made the purchase.

After the system received her confirmation. The system informed Jayde that her upgrade would be ready in 48 hours. Surprised that it was going to take time, as up until now every time she purchased anything it had been immediately available, Jayde turn look at Isha.

Laughing at Jayde disappointed look Isha said "What did you expect? It takes time to create a world."

Since Jayde still had 4,880 points left, she decided to look at upgrading the herb garden, with the number of points that Isha had earned, she was determined to grow her point making business. While the 500 hectares that she had just purchased would be sufficient for Yinxin and the wyrmlings, it really wasn't enough space for them to fly and feel free, especially when the wyrmlings grew bigger.

After seeing that upgrading the herb garden to level two would cost 1,500 points Jayde went ahead and purchased it. After purchasing the level two grade, the system screen refreshed and Jayde noticed that the level three herb garden upgrade would cost her 3,000 points.

What the hell, Jayde thought, might as well go for broke, and she purchased the level three upgrade as well, which only left her with 380 points.

After purchasing the upgrade, Jayde walked through the half-moon archway to see her new upgraded herb garden.
