65 The worst way to die

After Natsu's Great Tokyo Dungeon became Lvl 2, and he finished Augmenting it, the Dungeon went through it's another period of boom.

With the adventurers growing stronger by the day, despite Natsu's Dungeon having special fire-type monsters, it wasn't impossible for the adventurers to clear.

Due to this, the adventurers discovered the greatness of the Last Save Portal, which further increases the Great Tokyo Dungeon's popularity.

Not having to defeat all the monsters on the first floor, and then enter the second floor while feeling completely tired, it was exactly what all the adventurers wanted.

This was because, other than higher XP, killing Orcs always gave resulted in them obtaining drops.

Not to mention how much better the drops from Fire Orcs would be, and the new monsters which were only present in the Great Tokyo Dungeon, Direwolf!

And, the rare only once spotted Fire Direwolf!

The Orcs dropped a special armour which greatly increased the defence of the adventurers.

As for the Fire Orcs, the armour they dropped also came with a bonus to stats, and a special fire attribute that inflicted harm on those who attacked them!

Due to this, the adventurers who were filled with greed began challenging the second floor on Natsu's Dungeon in hopes of defeating a Direwolf, and if possible kill that rare Fire Direwolf which was spotted many times, but never killed.

Unfortunately, regardless of how many adventurers banded together, the Direwolfs due to travelling in packs easily killed them all without leaving a single survivor behind.

Thus, the adventurers stopped going deeper inside the second floor, and only fought against the Orcs which travelled alone.

Other than this, there was another reason which made the Dungeon's popularity skyrocket.

The appearance of the third floor!

There was one particular adventurer by the name of Sora, who from the beginning invested all the stats he obtained in Agility.

While the others went along with whatever they considered to be a balanced growth, Sora however only focussed on increased his speed.

And to make up for his deficit of strength, Sora exchanged everything he obtained for the rarely dropped Fire Orc Slayer, a short knife which possessed the special skill pierce.

With this skill, as long as Sora managed to hit something, even though his strength was very low, the dagger-like weapon would still inflict a lot of damage.

Using this speed, Sora spent a total of eight days inside the second floor of the Great Tokyo Dungeon, and while hiding from the Direwolfs and Orcs, he reached the end of the floor and found a tunnel which had stairs inside it.

It looked exactly like the one he saw on the first floor. The same one which allowed him to enter the second floor.

Does that mean... A third floor?!!

With such thoughts, Sora'a excitement reached the peak and he totally forgot about his quest to find the fire Direwolf.

Turning on the video recording function, and the live stream function in the DH System by using the title 'Great Tokyo Dungeon's Third Floor first exploration', Sora first checked to make sure that there were no Direwolfs or Orcs close by, and sprinted to the stairs.

Watching as the number of viewers for his live streamer increasing by the second, Sora unconsciously slowed his pace and spoke all sorts of crap.

This was so that he would be able to increase the number of viewers when he steps inside the third floor, and obtain more gifts when he unveils what type of monsters there were in the third floor.

With such intentions, Sora finally entered the third floor when his viewers had reached close to eight million.

What happened next was quite predictable.

Due to Natsu having used the Terrain of Darkness, since the moment Sora entered the third floor, he was not able to see a single thing.

Not even his own hands!

Luckily, he had flashlight inside his inventory.

Taking it out and turning it in, Sora managed to appease the viewers who were claiming him to be a scammer.

Showing the classic Dungeon walls and floor which was hidden behind the darkness, Sora claimed that the third floor would obviously be special since it belonged the Greatest Dungeon Master of Earth.

Walking very slowly, since even the high power flashlight couldn't let him see further than three feet, Sora gulped his fear and continued moving due to seeing his viewers increasing at an even faster speed, and the points which were continuously flowing in because of the gifts he was receiving.

It was then that a sound which made Sora and all the viewers tremble appeared.

The sound felt like something was nimbly dragging its body against the Dungeon floor.

Turning in the direction, all Sora managed to see was a tail before it behind the rocks.

Getting ready to leave at any second, Sora daringly out one step forward when his spine tingled with the fear of death, while the viewers all felt their skin itching.

"Sssssss... "

Freezing from fear Sora had just turned around, when before his eyes could even register what they say something clamped around his neck.

Desperately trying to move, Sora used the Fire Orc Killer and tried to slice the snake which was biting him.

But, the snake evaded the attack and stopped biting him. After which it once again blended in the dark.

"Haa... Haaa... "

Panting heavily, Sora was about to get to his feet and run away when he once again heard the sound of a snake slithering.

No!

Not a snake. But snakes!

"Sssssss.... "

"Sssssss.... "

"Sssssss.... "

The next moment Sora who found himself unable to move finally saw the face of the snake which had poisoned him, followed by which, it and its friends' fangs sunk into his body and ripped Sora apart, while not even leaving his bones behind.

Watching all of this many of the viewers sent a 'Rip' message, while one of them claimed that Sora had died in the worst way possible.

By obtaining so many points from their gifts, and dying without being able to spend any.
