Chapter 211 - Cap 197: Other Alliance

"I hope this is worth the effort, Kakashi" - said Kurama while squinting - "You are wasting my time with my children"

"Look, Tousan, I'm Hiruzen Jiji!" - exclaimed Naruto, who was wearing the Hokage's hat - "Anbu! I want you to bring Ero Sennin to sign his new book for me!"

"And I am Tsunade Kaasan!" - exclaimed Izumi as she kept two oranges in her Kimono and wore them as if they were b.r.e.a.s.t padding.

"I am... I don't know..." - Ryu said in confusion as he imitated his brothers, only he did not change much. He was only wearing a cape over himself.

"Hmm... You look like Kankuro" - said Kurama while his lips trembled slightly - "If you had a painted face you would be the same"

". . ." - Ryu quickly took off his cape because he didn't want to paint his face.

"Okay, I think it's time for you to speak up before your office is destroyed, and I'm not talking about me" - said Kurama as he watched the children start to make a mess.

"Aren't you going to tell them to stop?" - Kakashi asked as he frowned.

"Why should I?" - Kurama asked innocently. "Now talk before Naruto paints your office orange.

"Can I do it?!" - exclaimed Naruto with emotion.

"No!" - the Hokage exclaimed as he shook his head.

"Boo~!" - Naruto only responded by sticking his tongue out in annoyance.

"Okay, talk before I go buy the painting," said Kurama as he crossed his arms.

"Ok, you win" - sighed Kakashi with annoyance - "You could at least show me some respect, I'm the Hokage da... heck..."

"As the ambassador of Uzu no Kuni, as well as the leader of the Uzumaki clan, I have the same political power as you, so I'll give you my respect when Jiraiya is no longer a pervert" - snorted the redhead - "Now talk... I'm starting to lose my patience"

"A letter came for you from Kumo," said Kakashi as he handed him the letter with a scowl. "Now go, I have to keep working"

"You called me just for this?" - asked Kurama as his eyebrow trembled slightly - "I hope it's worth it because if not, then you'll have no choice but to come in orange reflective clothing"

". . ." - Kakashi trembled when he heard this but quickly calmed down and threw a scroll at him - "Okay, I summoned you for this too"

". . ." - Kurama took the scroll and opened it without a second thought, only to frown on the contents - "Is this serious?"

"Do you think I would joke about something like this?" - Kakashi asked seriously.

"If what this scroll says is true, then things will begin to become much more problematic..." - Kurama muttered as he shook his head, "How true is this?"

"99.9%," replied the Hokage. "Tell me, are you interested?"

"I would be lying if I said no, but I am not sure I will accept this mission," replied Kurama as he left the scroll on Kakashi's table. The goal was simple, to go to Oni no Kuni (The Land of Demons) and help the Daimyo there complete the sealing ritual of a beast that has been imprisoned there - "If I remember correctly, that bastard is a pain in the a.s.s to drive, not because he is strong, but because he is elusive. Every time my brothers or I got close, he'd run away like the vile sc.u.m he is."

"Then the job is easy for you," Kakashi said calmly.

"It is," the redhead nodded, "though I don't think that's why you gave me the scroll"

"Didn't you read the last part of the scroll?" - Kakashi asked in surprise.

"Just reading the contents of the mission made me understand what it was all about," Kurama replied calmly as he took the scroll again and read the end, only to notice that the scroll was addressed to his name - "Huh? How?"

"I do not know either but I suppose it has to do with the rumor that the Daimyo and Hime Miko of Oni no Kuni can see the future," the Hokage replied.

Kurama frowned again as he pondered the pros and cons of going to Oni no Kuni.

"The truth is, I would like you to go to annihilate that monster for another reason," Kakashi said seriously.

"Ho~?" - Kurama gave him a curious look because he did not expect Kakashi to ask him to go kill that thing.

"The truth is more to prevent Akatsuki from attempting anything with that monster, after all, it is already troublesome that we have to face their group, a beast that can bring about the end of the world as that thing begins to wreak havoc while we fight a crucial battle"

"Hmm... you're right..." - muttered the redhead but was surprised to hear the sound of something breaking so he looked back, only to see the children standing around a broken painting.

"Oops~?" - Naruto only looked at his father with embarrassment as his brothers hid behind him as they saw that they might be in trouble.

". . ." - Kakashi's eyebrow trembled slightly but he said nothing since Kurama had told him something like this might happen - "Anyway, what do you say?"

"Hmm... I think I will send a Moku Bunshin because I don't think it is a good idea for me to make the trip personally, not when Akatsuki is looking for my brothers" - the redheaded man answered seriously.

"I understand, I have no problem," Kakashi nodded. He knew that the Moku Bunshin was the perfect clones, that they were not only resilient but that they possessed all the positive qualities of the Kage Bunshin and with the massive chakra of Kurama there was no problem with the duration of them, as well as the number of jutsus they could use.

"I suppose that would be all," said Kurama calmly, "I will send a Moku Bunshin immediately to do the mission while I go home to read the letter and leave the children with their mothers"

Kakashi only saw the redhead create a wooden clone that jumped out the window, and then created two more clones so that he could take all the children with him.

"See you later Kakashi" - said Kurama as he disappeared in a red flash next to the children.

"I have to learn that Jutsu," Kakashi muttered as he shook his head in denial because there were things he could not do even with his Sharingan.

* * * * *

After leaving the children with their mothers and being surprised to see so many girls blushing with his presence, he walked to his office in the mansion to read his letter.

"Let's see what they need in Kumo," whispered the redheaded man as he opened the letter carefully, only frowning at how refined it looked - ". . ."

He would not deny it, he was sure that things would be problematic after he read the letter, so after a few seconds of thought, he took it carefully to read its contents, only to be silent as he read further.

The content was not harmful or anything like that, but rather the opposite as it was an alliance with Kumo so that we could forget the past and move forward into the future together, although there was one detail.

"Okay, these leaders are not original at all," Kurama muttered as he shook his head as he read that this was another alliance through marriage - "Although I have to admit that this is the quickest way to get an alliance... more seeing who the chosen ones are..."

Kurama shook his head when he saw three familiar names on the letter.

"Although it's not much of a surprise seeing how Mabui is, as well as what happened to Samui..." - The redheaded man murmured seriously - "What is surprising is that A-dono has included Yugito knowing that she is a Jinchuriki... I suppose it is a way of showing how serious he is and at the same time giving security to the most vulnerable to capture of the Jinchurikis since Choumei is elusive"

Kurama left the letter on the table and began to think. Sincerely, the alliance was not bad for Uzu since with this he would have 4 of the 5 great villages on his side, as well as Nadeshiko and to a lesser extent Iwa with Kurotsuchi as a guest in his mansion, not to mention that his relationship with Kumo's girls was not bad, especially with Yugito who was the one with his younger sister inside her - "What a bad choice of words even though it is true..."

Kurama shook his head to push away those strange thoughts and focus on the letter again - "I will think about it more so that I can answer, even though they can't be worse than Mei..."

The redheaded man slowly put the box in one of his desk drawers and walked to the window, only to close his eyes for a few seconds and disappear in a red flash towards Uzu.

When he opened his eyes, he saw how the once-devastated village was now beginning to show signs of being revived by the constant work of his clones.

"Kurama-sama?!" - said a man from the Fuma clan in surprise as he saw the redhead appear in a red flash - "You are the real Kurama-sama?!"

"I am," Kurama nodded as he looked around.

"I'm-I'm going to call the others right away!" - exclaimed the shinobi as he ran to the others to announce the arrival of the leader of this village.
