Chapter 126 - Cap 114: The Hunt for Oppais Begins

A new day had arrived in Konoha and Kurama was leaving the village with a casted Jiraiya who could only move in a wheelchair...

Now you must be wondering why Jiraiya was cast and in a wheelchair, and the reason is simple. He tried to spy on the intimate moment between Kurama, Kushina and Mikoto, only to be paralyzed by a security seal that the matriarch Uzumaki had put around their room, ending up in a small torture session against the ''poor'' Sannin.

"I'm still surprised you're alive after all that," said Kurama as he continued to move Jiraiya. " Now answer me why I should take you with me?"

"Hmph! Hmph! (Because the odds are greater with me by your side)" - Jiraiya muttered.

"I am sure you are wrong," Kurama replied calmly. "I am not psychic and I know she hates you for some stupid reason"

". . ." - Jiraiya just kept silent while crying tears of blood.

"Well? Where do we go first?" - Kurama asked calmly.

"Hmph! (North)" - answered the wounded Sannin.

"Ok... Thank you for being so specific," replied Kurama as he rolled his eyes.

A day later, Kurama was walking around the city alone because Jiraiya was already healthy enough to move around on his own.

He was wearing a different outfit, a golden yukata, and was not wearing his Konoha forehead guard so that he could go unnoticed.

"I'm still impressed by the fact that that idiot recovers so easily..." - the redheaded man muttered - "Now... if I were a 50-year-old woman who was an alcoholic and had money problems because of gambling... where would I be? The casinos... Dah..."

Kurama without a second thought walked to the nearest casino and calmly entered.

What he observed didn't impress him in the least. Hundreds of men were gambling and laughing as they took the waist of a barely dressed woman with one hand and with the other they were drinking without control.

"Hello, handsome" - said a lady in her thirties with a big smile - "Aren't you too young to be in this kind of place?"

"Aren't you too beautiful to be in this kind of place?" - replied the redhead with a smile - "And for your information, I'm much older than I look... let's just say my clan is known for its longevity"

"An enviable quality, if I may say so," smiled the woman, "Do you want me to be your guide?"

"It will be a p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e," Kurama nodded as he held out her hand.

The woman froze for a few seconds but still nodded and took his hand, only to have Kurama feel it shaking when it happened. He frowned inwardly because this was strange coming from a hostess, more so when he felt the growing hatred within the woman.

"Is something wrong?" - the woman asked with a slightly forced smile.

"No... I was just curious where I could find the boss of this place," Kurama said calmly. " I have something important to talk with him"

"The Boss is usually on the third floor and only goes out when the situation is bad for his earnings, such as someone who cheats or earns a lot without losing anything," the woman said calmly.

"Okay... I guess I'll have to break the place up a bit," Kurama muttered with a big smile as he looked at his hands.

30 minutes later, Kurama was next to the woman carrying a large number of sacks of money.

". . ." - the woman could only open her mouth in surprise at how quickly everything had changed.

"Not bad..." - nodded Kurama as his smile grew much bigger when he noticed a group of men in suits walking in his direction - "Yes?"

"Our boss wants to talk with you" - said one of the men.

"I want to talk to your boss too," smiled the redhead as he followed them, but not before looking at the girl - "Thanks for your help, here"

The woman was surprised when the ginger man threw a small bag of a few thousand Ryo at her.

"See you later," said Kurama as he left.

The woman frowned as she looked at the bag while a feeling of irritation was born within her - "Calm down... you did nothing shameful to win this..."

"It's amazing that a man as young as you has caused so much trouble in my business" - said a fat man sitting next to two beautiful women - "But I feel that more than anything it was intentional... so I'm going to ask you... what do you want with me?"

"Let's say I'm looking for someone I'm sure you know quite well" - said Kurama seriously as he handed over a photo that Shikaku had passed to him.

"Senju Tsunade..." - said the man as he frowned - "Yes, I know her quite well... she owes me at least half of what you got today... What do you want to know about her?"

"Her possible current location," Kurama answered calmly.

"Hmm... I may have an idea of where she might be... but I don't think I have to tell you... don't you think?" - said the man as he gave him a little smile.

"Right... you don't have to..." - Kurama nodded as he disappeared and reappeared in front of the man with a sadistic smile. The owner of the casino felt as if death was looking straight into his eyes but he calmed down when he noticed that he had returned to his original place - "Although you should cooperate... you will get more out of it..."

". . ." - the casino owner sighed ruefully as he wiped his sweat - "Well... I'll tell you where she is... but I want to make a deal with you."

"Speak," Kurama nodded calmly.

"I want you to pay me everything she owes me," the man said gravely.

"Don't worry, Konoha will pay Tsunade's debt... I recommend that you tell this to the other casino owners that she owes..." - said Kurama calmly - "In fact, I'm going to pay you right now with the money I won... the rest you can consider as payment for the information you will give me"

The owner of the casino smiled weakly as he saw that he hadn't made a profit but at least he was still alive, although from an objective point of view, the money that the redheaded man in front of him had won wasn't his money anymore, so he did make a profit.

"Ok..." - sighed the man wearily - "Do you know about the Tanzaku Quarters?"

"I've heard of that place as I walked here... it's supposed to be the city of gambling" - said Kurama as he stroked his chin.

"Exactly, Tanzaku is the most famous place to spend money," said the man in the suit. "There you can do anything you want as long as you have the money... gambling, women, guardians, everything is possible in that wonderful place free of rules"

"Sounds like a place she'd probably be," said Kurama with a smile. "Thanks for the information"

"Whatever, just don't come to my casino anymore," said the man in irritation. "Seriously, from today, you're banned from this place..."

"Relax, I don't plan to come back" - said Kurama calmly while shrugging his shoulders - "I only came because this place is the most likely to have information about my target"

"If it's not too much trouble... I'd like to know what you're trying to find her for" - said the man - "She caused me great distress so I'd like to know her fate"

"She is being called home again," said Kurama calmly.

"I see..." - Nodded the man - "Ok, thanks for satisfying my curiosity"

"I see that it went well" - said the woman who had accompanied him for half an hour when she noticed that Kurama was returning without a scratch.

"Yes... I got what I wanted," the redheaded man nodded, though he frowned inside when he noticed a dark aura coming from the woman.

"I know it's a bit sudden... but I'd like to ask you out," smiled the woman.

"I have no problem," said Kurama, but inside he was beginning to be curious about this woman who was not honest.

"We met at 8 o'clock at the entrance of the casino" - said the woman as she left, just to change her smile into a scowl.

"Let's see what you're up to... kunoichi-san..." - the redheaded man smiled as he looked at the woman. He had managed to feel a slight chakra flicker as he spoke, demonstrating that she was wearing a Henge and was about to be deactivated, possibly for lack of chakra.

"Hello, Gaki!" - said Jiraiya as he was accompanied by two women - "How did it go?"

The boy's eyebrow contracted slightly as he looked at the Sannin's perverted smile - "Not as well as you, I see..."

"Etto... Kurama?" - said Jiraiya in terror.

"What did we say, Jiraiya?" - said Kurama seriously.

"That I would try to get information in the northern zone while you were doing it in the south" - answered the Sannin with fear.

"Then... why don't you answer me what you are doing with these beautiful ladies?" - said Kurama coldly as the women gave him a flirtatious look on hearing his compliment.

"Gathering important information?" - Jiraiya replied, only to have his cries of pain echo through the city after a few seconds.
