In the quiet Pierre Village, the scorching summer sun shone fiercely.

Fabien drooped his head and leaned against the door of his clinic, bored. He munched on melon seeds as he looked at the villagers passing by.

Pierre Village was located in a remote ravine. There weren’t many people in the village, only about a hundred households.

Because of the collapse of the mine, most of the women in the village had become widows.

This was the famous widow village.

Fabien’s eyes were fixed on the young woman walking past him. His eyes lit up at the sight of her curvaceous body swaying as she walked.

This young woman was called Yvonne Westbrook. Her husband had also been crushed to death in the mine accident, leaving behind a child who was still in primary school. Although she was already in her thirties this year, her tight skin and charming face did not match her age, especially her voluptuous figure which made Fabien drool.

Yvonne also noticed Fabien’s fiery gaze and spat at him lightly.

“What are you looking at, kid?”

Fabien did not care. He continued to stare unscrupulously at Yvonne’s alluring body.

“I’m not looking at anything. Why, Mrs. Yvonne, are you going to pick up your child?”

Yvonne ignored Fabien. She turned her head and sashayed away.

Fabien did not pay much attention to it. He continued to stare at the village women who were passing by the door.

The sun was setting, and the number of people passing by was gradually decreasing. Fabien stood at the door and stared for a while. There were no more beauties to see anymore, so he returned to the clinic.

This clinic was given to him by his father before his father had passed away and it was not big. There was a counter in front for him to see patients, a small bed at the back for him to hang the IV drip, and a two-meter tall medicine cabinet in the middle.

Fabien leaned against the counter and pulled out a book of miscellaneous stories from the drawer before flipping through it in boredom. Usually, when there were no patients, he would read the few novels he had in the drawer to pass the time.

Before he could even flip through a few pages, the clinic door was pushed open with a creak.

Upon hearing the sound, Fabien raised his head and saw a slender figure standing at the entrance of the clinic. It was Lincoln Young’s childhood friend, Howard Zeller’s wife, Mary Larson.

Mary was very beautiful. She had a rosy oval face, fair skin, a slender waist, and a curvy body. The villagers considered her the prettiest woman in the nearby villages. When Howard married her, many people in the village were envious and Fabien was one of them.

Unfortunately, Howard also died in the mine accident.

Seeing that it was Mary, Fabien quickly came out from the back and invited her inside. He held her slender hand and said earnestly,

“Hello, Mrs. Mary. Come, come in quickly. What’s wrong? Are you not feeling well?”

Fabien usually took good care of Mary. Ever since Howard was crushed to death in the mine, leaving her and their daughter behind, Fabien had been helping both of them financially.

“Erm, I… I…”, Mary was a little embarrassed when Fabien held her hand and gently pulled her hand away. She lowered her head and looked a little restrained, as her face flushed a little.

Fabien thought that Mary’s shy expression was because her life was difficult and she was too embarrassed to ask for money, so he said seriously.

“Mary, if you have any difficult problems, just tell me. If there’s anything I can help with, just say it. When Howard was alive, he was my brother. Now that he’s gone, it’s my responsibility to take good care of both you and your daughter.”

Mary was also a little touched when she saw Fabien’s serious expression. She pursed her lips and was silent for a long while before saying in a low voice.

“Fabien, it’s that… I don’t… I don’t have any milk.”

Although Mary spoke, her voice was too soft and Fabien couldn’t hear her clearly. He simply sat beside Mary and leaned against her, his head leaning near her mouth.

“What? Speak louder, I didn’t hear you clearly.”

As Fabien leaned against her, she could feel a hot and manly aura exuding from his body, Mary’s heart palpitated. Her face reddened as she subconsciously shifted before speaking shyly and anxiously.

“Erm… erm… I suddenly can’t squeeze out any milk!”

After Mary said that, she lowered her head even lower and her flush spread from her face to her ears.

Fabien finally understood what she meant. He was also a little embarrassed as he looked at Mary who was lowering her head and not saying a word.

“Eh, it’s alright, don’t be anxious. I’ll give you a massage to stimulate your milk and the problem would be solved,” Fabien patted Mary’s small hand and comforted her.

As he spoke, he pulled her into the inner room and helped her lie down on the small bed. Then, he went back to the main room and locked the clinic door from the inside.

Mary heard the sound of the door being locked from the inner room and was a little flustered.

“Come back tomorrow, I’ll give you another massage and you should be fine.”

Mary blushed and put on her clothes before shyly asking, “Thank you, Fabien. How much does it cost?”

“What are you talking about? Howard is my brother. How can I ask for money from my brother’s wife?” Fabien waved his hand with a straight face, indicating that Mary did not need to pay him at all.

Seeing that Fabien was adamant about not accepting the money, Mary bowed her head and thanked him again. Then, she strutted out of the clinic.

Mary did not walk too far before she turned around and glanced at Fabien’s clinic. Thinking that she would have to come back for another massage tomorrow, she blushed again!

At night, Fabien closed the clinic door and returned to the back room. He fetched a bucket of water from the well and went to the bathroom, humming a song as he prepared to take a shower.

The bathroom was simply built with red bricks. Fabien took off his clothes but just as he was about to hang the simple jade pendant that he was wearing on the clothes rack, his feet slipped as he lost his balance and fell heavily onto the ground. The jade in his hand also smashed onto the ground and instantly shattered.

“My jade!”

Fabien squatted in the bathroom nakedly, holding the jade that had already broken into pieces. His heart ached so much that he was trembling. This jade was left behind by his grandfather and had always been treated as his family heirloom. Fabien was even thinking of passing it down to his future generation, but who knew that it would be shattered by him just like that.

Just as Fabien was holding the jade and was in despair, he suddenly felt that something was amiss. He felt a chill in his palm and after taking a closer look, he realized that fluid was flowing out from the shattered jade into his palm!

By the time Fabien reacted, all the fluid in the jade had flowed into his body. The jade had also turned completely white and was reduced to fine powder.

Fabien was looking at the changes in his hands in surprise when he suddenly felt his body slowly heating up. A lot of memories and knowledge were forced into his mind and finally, a few golden words appeared in his mind: “Divine Farming Technique”.

When those words appeared in his mind, Fabien finally could not withstand the sudden amount of knowledge and lost consciousness..
