Chapter 566 - The Perfect Time

Name:The Genius' First Love Author:Zijay
"Wolfe," Xhemin who just heard Wolfe's voice felt like a big thorn was being pulled from her heart. She worried greatly for him and many negative thoughts ran through her when he went missing. What if their enemy had figured things about him and they took him away? What if he ran into some accidents? What if she'll lose him?

"Imma I am fine," Wolfe assured her, his eyes still fixed on Darryl. The doctor told him earlier that it was Darryl who found him on the bridge. Right then he was his saviour and his adoration for him only got bigger. "I'm sorry. I should not have left the hospital,"

"Just don't do it again my love," Xhemint told, her arms still wrapped all around the boy. She called Darryl earlier but for some reasons the call didn't go through. However, Clay was able to get a hold of L'Empire and they gave them the hospital's address where Wolfe was brought.

"Thank you President D," Instead of answering his mother with a promise, Wolfe found himself thanking Darryl who at the moment was  only watching him and his Imma.

When Xhemin heard the mention of the Lagdameo heir, the hair at the back of her spine stood up. She felt his cold stares and she closed her eyes, so desperately praying Darryl had not figured out anything. It would be hard to explain everything to him then but no matter how he will curse her for what she has done, she had all the reasons for it. She herself knew what the culprit from six years ago can do, and when they learned of the truth they will surely not hesitate to finish everything they have missed.

Xhemin hesitantly turned to look at Darryl as she wiped her tears away. She was avoiding him, obvious from the fact that she had not been answering his calls. However, he was the one who saved Wolfe and for that she should be thankful.

"Thank you," Xhemin expressed her gratitude but when their eyes met, Xhemin had seen her worst fears right through her estranged husband's eyes.

"Why?" Darryl's voice was heavy as it contained all the pain he carried on him. His face was desperate for answers, begging Xhemin for her reasons.

Xhemin was silenced for minutes. Darryl's heavy heart went through her and she knew by then he had found the truth. The truth that she tried so much to hide from him. She didn't intend to hide this from him, she was just waiting for the culprit to be found. However before it happened, he managed to dig all the secrets open, now seeking for her explanation.

Instead of answering him, Xhemin looked down at Wolfe and tapped his head, hoping she'd find strength in his eyes. " President D and I have something to talk about. Wait for Imma here okay? Your dada and Willow will be here soon,"

Wolfe nodded his head, not aware of the tension the two a.d.u.l.ts have. He watched as both of them left the room but just a minute after they left, the door swung open again and Willow emerged from the door. Her dada was behind her and they both sighed with relief when they saw him.

Willow could not help but cry again at the sight of Wolfe. "Wooooolfe! Hu hu hu" She jumped to his bed immediately and gave the boy a tight big hug. "How could you leave me like that?"

"I'm sorry," Wolfe himself felt like crying. However with the sight of his dada on the door, he chose not to.

Ziggy wanted to hold his son too but by the way he was comforting his sister, he knew he should give them both the space to breathe and comfort each other for a moment. It was obvious from Wolfe's face that he was already aware of the severity of the inconvenience he caused his family and Ziggy didn't want to trouble him with his. His son needed to comfort his sister then, perhaps later he can talk to him when they finally are done with each other.

Ziggy left and closed the door behind, giving the two children some privacy to talk. He stayed behind the door, just listening to Willow's cries that have not subsided yet even when minuest have already passed. She was so frustrated at Wolfe's disappearance knowing that he could have probably followed her example. She was the one who always escapes before, too many times. She even went too far by flying to this country without her dada's permission.  By then at Wolfe's escape, she herself could have realized it was thoroughly wrong and frustrating to leave without permissions.

"Doctor Montreal," Just so suddenly, a doctor was about to enter Wolfe's room and stopped at the door when he recognized who Ziggy was. Ziggy only nodded to acknowledge his call.

"Hello. I am Doctor Guanzon, I'm Wolfe's doctor," he introduced himself and extended his hand which Ziggy of course accepted. "May I talk to you for a second,"

"Yes of course," Ziggy was aware whatever he had to say was something involving Wolfe and so he accommodated him.

"This way please," he invited him to his office which was only a few doors away. Ziggy followed him without hesitation.

Darryl brought Xhemin to another room which was empty. He locked the door immediately as soon as she stepped in, making sure no one could interrupt them. They needed this conversation very much. However, as much as he craved for the truth, for some reasons, he was also afraid of it. He was stuck on the door for minutes, wanting to punch it hard to let go of the frustration and anger he felt, yet he couldn't do it in front of his wife.

"Darryl," Xhemin finally called him seeing how he refused to start the conversation. They both were unwilling to do it, but it was time.

"Xhemin," He turned to look at her, his hazel eyes dug into her wanting to vent out yet he was trying, trying real hard not to say hurtful things until he heard all her explanations, "Tell me. Tell me milady I'm wrong and that you did not do this to me,"

"Tell me please," He repeated so desperately.
