Name:The Genius' First Love Author:Zijay
Collet's plan took off with quite a good result. In fact, after such an interview Xhemin had some challenges the days after because people started appearing in front of LGC, rallying and protesting about bullying. Collet's interview went viral and many big names in the entertainment industry gave their support and of course, their fans and supporters followed their example. Knowing how her sister was receiving bad feedback, Collet was pleased.

Surprisingly the interview didn't hurt Darryl's reputation that much as many people from the lower class adored him. Xhemin, however, doesn't have such people behind her and although the whole Hampshire would probably support her, they, however, didn't know yet that Ava Leigh, the one being bashed nationwide was the Little Miss Dugmoch. However, in the business industry who were all composed of the class A socialites, it seemed like nothing had happened and business continued as usual. They were all aware of the truth and they simply didn't care about what the low class thinks.

One afternoon, Xhemin was on the phone with Ziggy as the latter told him that the protesters started showing up also in the subdivision's entrance where the Golden Villa sits. Good thing, that estate's security was very tight and so the protestors could not even set one foot in the Golden's Villa's gate. Xhemin however, unknown to most, does not live anymore in the Golden Villa as she was living in Darryl's apartment and so Ziggy advised her not to come to the Golden Villa for the meantime and just hang-out with the children on their other properties.

As for Darryl, he was on a business trip for a week now so he wasn't aware of what was happening and of course, none of his sisters bothered to tell him, afraid of how his reaction would turn out. Xhemin and he hadn't seen each other since CEO Martin's funeral but she was aware he was to come home that day so she was already expecting their meeting. Like how Darryl's sisters were feeling, she too doesn't know how to tell Darryl about the scandal Collet fired out. She might just pretend she didn't know or she didn't care about it that much for that was the truth. To be pissed off by Collet was the last thing she would waste her time on. Previously she did want to help her for a few good reasons but with how she acted up and had a wonderful time ruining her image in front of the national tv, she lost interest anymore. If there was only one thing she cared about anything related to Collet at the moment, it was the truth behind those strange bank accounts.

Suddenly her phone rang again at almost the same time that she heard a car's engine parked nearby. Darryl was probably home but she chose to pick her phone up instead of checking out.

"I sent you some files," Clay's tone was so serious that Xhemin knew something had happened.

"What files?" Xhemin asked trying to remember if she ever instructed Clay to do some research for her.

"The one for Collet's bank accounts," He sighed. He was aware from some of his sources that Darryl was home already so he sent the files right then. He had read it all earlier but waited for Xhemin's husband to come home. He just thought it would be safe if someone was there with her when she read those. "I think it would be better Miss Leigh if you read these files with your husband,"

Xhemin put the phone down and immediately ran to their bedroom to check the email from her laptop since her phone's battery was about to die. She saw Darryl dressing up but ignored him and opened her laptop in bed. In just a few minutes she was running through the files one by one and her expression dimmed.

Six years ago

Collet was supposed to be in London. She was supposed to be there watching Darryl as he stepped into being the President of the L Empire. It was what she wanted for him and she wanted to be there as he stepped into the pinnacle of success. But here she was, crying herself to death in one of the local hotels in Hampshire. She thought that after months of being away on the island, Darryl finally realized his faults and came back then everything would fall into places once more especially their supposed relationship. She hoped then that as the Lagdameo heir was back, her place as his future wife was all back together.

But she was wrong. She came personally, traveled from London to settle things out with Xhemin only to find out that the latter was pregnant.

How could that bitch be pregnant?

She was all shaking in anger. Collet knew that if Darryl or anyone from L Empire knew about her pregnancy, her dreams of becoming Darryl's wife in the future will surely be threatened. She knew she needed to do something to fight for what was supposed to be hers yet she didn't know what to do.

She was confused.

Anxious.

Heartbroken.

She certainly cannot do anything anymore.

Should she just accept the fact that she and Darryl can never be together anymore?

If there was only a way to get rid of that woman.

"Get rid of that woman," She whispered to herself.

"Get rid of that woman for good," She repeated after a while with thorough determination this time. "Wasn't that I was here for? To make sure things will be taken care of?"

Without wasting more time, Collet pulled her phone and searched through her contacts. When she had finally found what she was looking for, she called the number immediately.

"Hi, I'm sure you are in the South," She spoke through the line, "I heard of it. They said your team was called in the South,"

The person from the other line answered. It was a man.

"Can we meet then?" Collet asked.
