Drey was scratching his head because they ended up going to their honeymoon destination with an entourage of loyal companions; his father, Dice, and Dice's nanny.

Dice was making a fuss and cry hard when they were about to leave. He had not cared anymore about the little brother or sister that they used as an excuse to coax him. He was just clutching tightly onto his mom and dad whenever they were about to leave the front door.

Senior Russo, who was a fool for his grandson, couldn't take it anymore. So he suggested to book last minute flight tickets for him, Dice and his nanny. He cleared all of his schedules and volunteered to take care of Dice there.

Senior Russo cackled when he noticed Drey's crumpled face, so he said, "Don't worry, I will play with Dice a lot and bring him to places he would enjoy, so you and your wife could focus on each other. Don't mind us at all!" Senior Russo said as he took Dice from Cielo to carry him in his arms.

"Dice, let's go somewhere very nice with Grandpa. Kiss mom and dad bye-bye for now." he continued and winked at the couple. "Yay Yay," Dice exclaimed excitedly and gave his mom and dad a big smooch on their cheeks.

"Just make sure you work hard on my future granddaughter!" teased Senior Russo as he followed his personal butler from the resort to escort him to the villa that was located on the opposite side.

Cielo laughed and grabbed Drey's hand to follow their personal butler to their villa. The two  of them were so excited as they marveled over the sight of aquamarine waters bathed in azure skies before them.

"Do you think this is okay?" Cielo suddenly murmured. She actually wanted to postpone this vacation until after Keira and Zach was found.

But, her father-in-law, upon knowing the couple's plan for a honeymoon, insisted they have their honeymoon now and had his assistant book them the flight and accommodation, saying it was his gift to them.

Senior Russo stressed that they could not do anything regarding the search operation for Zach and Keira anyway. Moreover, it would not be good to act like they were already mourning for their friends when there was still hope that they were still alive.

"I know what you mean. But dad is right. Let's just enjoy our time together here and focus on ourselves now," Drey reassured her. He, too, was worried about Zach and Keira, but he would like to focus on his wife this time.Find authorized novels in Webnovel, faster updates, better experience,Please click www.novelhall.com for visiting.

Senior Russo had booked the most exclusive resort for them, which was well known as a luxurious private hideaway where guests were treated like royalty.

"Ohh, this is so nice!" Cielo gawked in wonder as she saw a private swimming pool in their villa that had access to a private stretch of lagoon below through a slide. But the thing that amazed her the most was the retractable roof in the master bedroom. It slid back at one touch of a button so that they could just lie in bed and stargaze.

Meanwhile, Drey immediately dismissed their butler as he enjoyed the astonished look on his wife's face as she lay down on the bed and looked up at the blue sky.

He joined her on the bed and hugged her tightly before he whispered in her ear, "I love you."

Cielo froze at his words. 'Did I just hear it, right?' Cielo thought. Her mind was still busy digesting Drey's words, as she was totally caught off guard. She felt her heart would soon blast from thumping hard. But at the same time, she also felt like she was floating on the cloud.

Drey's stomach clenched at Cielo's sudden silence. He was nervous. He actually wanted to tell her a bit later and had made some preparations for it, but when he saw his wife's beautiful face and cute reaction when she was genuinely astounded about everything in this resort, he could not help but blurt it out.

'Did she hear me?' he mused, and was startled when Cielo suddenly turned to face him and cupped his face as she asked, "What did you say?"

Drey wanted to laugh because there was no gentleness in her touch right now. She was firmly cupping his face like she was threatening him, in case what she heard was wrong. Drey felt if he said something wrong now, his head would surely be snapped.

He smiled at her and gently caressed Cielo's cheek. He removed one of her hands from his face and led it to touch his heart. "Can you feel how fast my heart is beating right now? I'm so nervous right now, but if you want me to say it over and over again, I will. Because I'm confident of my feelings for you. Cielo, I love you."

Drey stared into Cielo's eyes that were now welling up with tears. He then repeated, "I love you. I love you, my wife..."

Cielo did not expect his declaration of love to be this soon. But Drey's voice and eyes were full of sincerity that Cielo did not want to blink her eyes and miss every single moment of it.

Who needed preparation? Surprise? Romantic dinner and candles? For her, this was more than enough. Hearing the lovely words, 'I love you' wholeheartedly, from the man who accepted her, from the man whom she learned to love along the process, was the sweetest thing she had ever experienced in her life, second only to having Dice.

The feeling she was having at that moment was extremely overwhelming. She had fallen in love with Drey as well, but she still weighed out if she should confess or wait for him to love her back first. But now the waiting time was over. And she was intoxicated with joy.

Cielo inhaled and exhaled loudly as tears continued to fall from her eyes. She smiled at Drey and said loud and clear, "I love you too, Drey Russo! I love you, my dear husband..."

Drey no longer wasted any moment and pulled Cielo in for a passionate kiss. He would work hard on this honeymoon vacation and would not let Cielo rest except when she needed to go to the restroom, eat, and sleep.
