Chapter 354 - Yagas

Chapter 354: Yagas

Before Carla could even understand what had happened, suddenly an intense pressure out of nowhere appeared, and a being shrouded in white light, appeared in front of her.

"Welcome to Panagea, adventurer!" The introduction Angel welcomed Carla to the world of Panagea.

Carla had her mouth and eyes wide open in shock as she witnessed an Angel in front of her.

Even though she had learned everything there had to know about Panagea from the duo of friends, she still couldn't control herself, seeing a living angel, an unseen race for the majority of the people.

The Angels were one of the strongest groups in the Multiverse as they were related to the third strongest race of the Multiverse, Yaksha.

They were also very beautiful at the same time, as there was no race that came even close to the Yaksha race in terms of appearances.

Carla was in so much shock that she didn't even hear what the Angel had said.

The Angel didn't care for her lack of response, as the system had created an emotionless Angel for the introduction.

Suddenly, both the shocked Carla and the Angel disappeared from where they were standing a moment earlier.

Time flew by.

"May you be victorious, adventurer!" The Angel emotionlessly wished luck to Carla for gaining one of the ten Emperor's inheritance and then killing the Vritrasura.

Carla, who had left with a shocked face, didn't have such expression after seeing the history and races of Panagea. She had a thought engraved in her mind that what she saw was nothing to feel shocked out of it was only normal.

Since it felt normal, Carla didn't think much about the scenes, only remembering that the inheritances of the ten Emperors were waiting for her. If she succeeded in gaining any of the ten inheritances, revenge against her enemies would be nothing more than a child play to her.

Carla also noticed that she wasn't in her disguise here, but instead, she had her actual appearance with a single eye.

"Hey, move away," Suddenly, a rude voice sounded and broke Carla out of her thoughts.

Carla, with a confused expression, turned around to look at the source, only to notice a strange being glaring at her and gesturing to her to move away from the road.

The person glaring at Carla wasn't a human but a race Carla had never seen or read about.

The person stood like a human, but he wasn't a human in any sense.

The person had dark red skin from top to bottom, with a single horn in the shape of a drill, right between the eyebrows. He had two eyes, without any pupil, and only sclera in red color. There was no nose but a mouth, both the ears of the person.

He had four arms, with four fingers in each hand, and a square bump on the top of all four hands. Below his waist, he had three legs similar to a wolf.

Just from looking, the person can be seen as a ferocious creature.

If Aakesh were to be here, he would've found the race of the creature and would have looked at Carla with a hint of pity.

The creature belonged to a race called, Yagas. It was a race situated in the second and third dimensions, most primarily the Sacred dimension.

Yagas were one of the most arrogant, selfish, shameless, angry, and provocative races of the Multiverse. The race had every characteristic considered to be an evil race, but they still weren't one, as the thing they lacked was cruelty.

They only looked cruel from their appearances, but the fight will always be the last resort for the majority of the members of the race.

Yagas were quite a famous race in the second and third dimensions, due to their arrogance. There was also an incident related to them that one of the families of Yagas had told a Deva to get out when the Deva was traveling across the dimensions to pass his time.

The incident didn't make them that famous, but instead, the reactions from the other race members did.

After the incident in the third dimension, many people had thought that the leader of the race would apologize to the Deva, and may even banish them out of their race. But nothing of that sort happened. Instead, the leader rewarded the family for not letting go of their pride(they termed their arrogance as pride) even when a Deva talked to them.

"Didn't I have privileges?" Carla thought in confusion, unaware that the privileges adventurers had didn't work for Yagas.

They didn't even respect the ten Emperors in Panagea so adventurers couldn't expect respect from them.

Out of the countless towns made for adventurers, there was only a single town where Yagas lived. Even Dragons had three starting high-level towns.

"Looks like you want me to beat you down," The Yagas, seeing the adventurer not moving away, despite the road being wide enough for tens of Yagas like him to easily pass.

A wry smile appeared on Carla's face, seeing the anger, and she moved right away, not daring to test whether the being would beat her down or not.

"Hmph," The Yagas didn't forget to scoff at Carla when he passed her.

Carla ignored it and instead looked around her to search where she was. Except for the unknown language she spoke right now, she had no knowledge about where Carla was and how she was going to grow stronger.

Carla was just looking around her when suddenly something caught her eye, and her face turned red.

Not far from her, a person one-fourth the size of the person that told her to move away was making obscene gestures toward her. Soon, several of the beings the same size as the first one joined him in provoking and mocking her.

Carla, who stayed calm despite becoming alone, couldn't help but get angry, seeing the gestures toward her.

She knew she had no strength right now and was equivalent to an ordinary person, forgot about it, and took a step forward as she wanted nothing more than beating these creatures and turning their dark red skin into blue and black.

These were the kids of Yagas race that were mocking her and were making obscene gestures at her.. They laughed from time to time, seeing the reaction of the adventurer.
