179 Fate And Destiny

Ryu arrived just in time when everyone was packing up.

Arya actually wanted to introduce him to the staff and crew but he refused. He wanted to support Arya's career because he saw how excited she was while she practiced her lines with him.

But he wanted her wife to be acknowledged for her hard work and capabilities and not get herself labelled as a Ken and let the media drag her down because she had a Ken in her name.

They will judge her for getting the role because of her connection with the Kens.

He wanted to keep their marriage under folds until the drama airs and the people saw how talented his wife was.

So he waited inside the car instead and called Arya.

After waiting for a little while, he saw Arya smiling widely walking excitedly towards his car.

Seeing her smile like that, wearing a bright casual dress, a little above her knees made his day already regardless how tired he was.

She looked so stunning that he wanted to sweep her on her feet at that moment, lock her in his embrace and kiss her passionately.

He grinned at his own thoughts and wanted to hug his brother Shawn suddenly for doing all he did so he could meet and have someone like his wife. The love of his life…

He should be grateful for this gift from his older brother.

Funny, but if you come to think of it, everything was connected like it was meant to be. For the first time, he had believed in the words like 'fate and destiny'.

"Hello love," Arya greeted him lovingly as soon as she entered the car.

Ryu quickly pulled her into his embrace and kissed her passionately leaving Arya breathless.

"I will kidnap you this time Mrs. Ken," he whispered in his hoarse voice in between kisses.

He would like to take Arya to a wonderful date for tonight…

Ryu brought Arya to an Opera House to watch a play.

He wanted to spend some quality time with Arya and also provide her inspiration for her work, what better way he could find out!

As soon as they entered the hall, they were greeted by the staff and a personal waiter dresses in red coat buttoned up to neck and red trousers.

He was assigned for them, who would cater to their needs and would be responsible for all their orders for the night.

"I hope you'll like this show. They say it's good…" Ryu whispered to Arya as they entered their private window of the Opera House.

"Oh I love it…" Arya gasped in wonder because it was the first time she entered an opera house and the thrill of a spectacular show coupled with the grandeur of being spoiled by luxurious hospitality in a stunning private window made her heart burst in excitement.

There were bottles of wine and champagne and a selection of delicious savoury and indulgent dessert canapés.

Ryu dismissed the waiter as soon as the curtain was up.

Arya was completely engrossed in the play.

It was based on one of her favourite movies that she had watched a number of times before, 'The Phantom of the Opera'.

She was highly focused on the play and the music and the characters while Ryu was completely focused on her instead of watching the play.

He was watching and staring at her lovingly. He hadn't imagined Arya would so much enjoy this show…

Her expressions changed with the sense tempo and seeing her changing expressions, Ryu wanted to eat her up, take her then and there and cool down his burning desires… she looked just too adorable with her expressions while watching the play.

"Wow! Its really so so beautiful…" Arya murmured admiring how well the actors were playing their roles live.

Then she thought doing a play like this was harder compared to acting in a drama or movie. She really admired those live performances.

She felt Ryu's breath on her ear. "You're more beautiful than any of those actors or those characters my love... you are so beautiful that my heart never stops beating irregularly whenever you are with me."

Arya chuckled and said, "Love, are you a becoming a poet now?"

"I am not a poet per se but since I have seen you o' beautiful… I have gained the art of poetry"

Ryu murmured these few lines in her ears... melting Arya's heart and making her heart beat faster…

She turned around to meet his gaze with bright eyes, bent and kept her lips on his and their lips remained locked for a long time.

Ryu reluctantly let go of her lips and the moment she sat straight he missed the warmth she gave him.

He just wanted to lock Arya in his embrace and he then sat there the rest whole time with her cuddled in his arms.

"Do you really like this story so much to be such engrossed in it while watching? I don't know why women like this story." Ryu suddenly asked.

"Hmm, the performance in the live show by all the artists is spectacular so I liked watching the show very much. Even the movie based on it…was a really good one," Arya answered simply.

She heard Ryu sighed. She chuckled and asked, "Why? You don't like it?"

"I just don't like the idea of a love triangle like that." He murmured as he tightened his hug to Arya.

He almost had lost her once and he wouldn't let anything or anyone bring them apart anymore.

Arya kissed Ryu and whispered, "Love triangles only happen if one of the couple involved would let it happen. If the partners are not committed enough to each other and get swayed easily, others can easily try to break their relationship… but as for me and you… we are both so devoted and care for the other that there is no space for anyone to enter our lives and distort our relationship."

Then she looked at Ryu intently and added, "I Love you beyond bounds and my love for you is not for the sake of money or power, similarly your love for me is not because you wanted my body ad satisfy your physical needs but our love is deep rooted in our hearts… we both love and respect each other and that has given a solid foundation to our relationship. This Love triangle thing will definitely fail with me unlike the heroine of the play."

'I will never do anything that could hurt you in any possible way Ryu. I have hurt you once; I will never ever do that again…' mused Arya.
