The butler recounted what had happened in the villa. “Young Master, what would you like me to do? According to the rules, Li An’an can’t continue to work in the villa.”

Chu Yichen leaned back in his chair and rubbed the golden pen between his slender and strong fingers. He frowned, his brown eyes cold and businesslike. His lips curled up.

“Fine, do as you deem fit.”

With that, he continued working. Suddenly, Li An’an’s exquisite and beautiful face, as well as her jewel-like eyes flashed across his mind.

“Wait, don’t kick her out yet.”

Butler Chu, who was about to chase Li An’an out immediately, was stunned for a moment before answering respectfully.

“Yes, Young Master.”

After hanging up the phone, Chu Yichen leaned back in his chair and lit a cigar. He was exhausted from the morning’s meeting, but the unexpected situation in the villa piqued his interest.

“President, you have an invitation for a cocktail party at Hotel Pisa today. Would you like to attend?”

His secretary, Bess, came in.

Bess was also a mixed-blood. Her facial features were beautiful and her figure was superb. She looked at Chu Yichen with adoration.

“Not interested. I’m leaving work on time today.”

At the Villa

Bai Feifei saw that Li An’an hadn’t been chased out and questioned Butler Chu.

“Butler Chu, did Li An’an bribe you? She made a mistake, so why is she still here?”

In the resplendent hall, the butler asked the other servants to leave and turned around to explain to Bai Feifei.

“Miss Bai, this was Young Master’s order. No one can disobey him.”

Bai Feifei turned pale.

“Chu Yichen said it himself? You mean he retained Li An’an? How is that possible?”

By the swimming pool, Li An’an was squatting on the ground, waiting for the butler to fire her.

He walked around the roses to her side and looked down at her.

“I think you misunderstand. This is my property. You have no right to speak to me in that tone of voice.”

His tone was deep and authoritative.

“Fine, I understand. I’ll be leaving then.”

Li An’an took off her apron and prepared to leave. She didn’t want to see Chu Yichen at all, yet she was forced to face him every time. Now that she was leaving, it was a good thing, because she would never see him again.

Moreover, he would never know that he had three lovely children. He would never be their Daddy.

However, she had just taken a step when Chu Yichen stopped her.

“Who said you could leave?”
