Lu Zhen followed the staff to the base where Director Wei Ji’s script was filmed. In the base, the scene had already been set up. The main filming location was a supermarket chain. Because the story in the script happened in the future, a lot of future elements were added to the scene.

In future societies, the gap between the rich and the poor remains wide. High-saturation neon lights flashed across the screens of various high-end technological products,          the prosperity and beauty of the city. The dark buildings in the ordinary residential area, the wet ground, and the numb pedestrians walking on the streets showed the other side of the city.

When Lu Zhen arrived at the filming base, she saw such a contrasting scene. The script takes place in front of a grocery store, where music rickshaws, self-service beverage machines and a coin-operated Emotional Communication Robot are set up to attract customers.

This robot’s facial features were relatively good-looking, but they were the facial features of a robot that had been popular more than ten years ago. Moreover, the right side of its face was damaged to a certain extent, and the circuit board inside was exposed. At night, this face would look a little terrifying.

Lu Zhen was reading the script that the staff had handed her. She did not know which role she would play for the time being, so she read every paragraph very seriously. She did not look for long. Someone walked over not far away. She looked up and saw Yang Na.

Both of them were stunned for a moment. A moment later, Yang Na walked towards Lu Zhen and sat beside her. Lu Zhen was no longer so surprised and curious about why Yang Na had chosen Director Wei Ji t s script.

Perhaps Yang Na had also seen through Wei Ji t s potential. She was quite happy that the two of them had chosen the same script. In her opinion, Yang Na was a very outstanding actress. She had fantasized before that if she could act with Yang Na, it would definitely be a good experience.

In the previous performances, Lu Zhen’s acting skills were far better than her teammates in the same group. Most of the time, she was the one who led her teammates’ performances. However, she felt that a truly exciting performance was never a one-man show. Only an evenly matched teammate, or opponent, could stimulate an actor’s greatest potential.

Yang Na looked at the script in Lu Zhen’s hand and smiled. “Have you read the script? How do you feel?”

Lu Zhen shook her head slowly. “I’ve read a little. I haven’t finished reading it yet. The staff should bring the script to you later. I think this script is quite interesting. ”

Seeing that Yang Na did not have a script for the time being, Lu Zhen leaned closer to her and held the script in her hand, placing it in front of the two of them.

Yang Na did not expect Lu Zhen to suddenly approach. She immediately smelled the light sweet fragrance on Lu Zhen’s body. She looked up and could see Lu Zhen’s exquisite and beautiful side profile. In an instant, Yang Na’s heart skipped a beat.

No wonder so many people liked Lu Zhen. Who wouldn’t be confused by this face? Yang Na held back the complicated emotions in her heart and looked at the script in Lu Zhen’s hand.

The two of them read the script at about the same speed. After reading the first page, Lu Zhen glanced at Yang Na and turned to the second page. Halfway through the script, a few more celebrity students arrived, but there were not many of them. There were only three of them.

The three of them probably felt that the other directors’ production teams were too competitive, so they chose Director Wei Ji’s production team. It was not because they really thought highly of Director Wei Ji t s script.

When these celebrity students arrived at the base, they looked shocked when they saw Lu Zhen and Yang Na sitting not far away and reading the script. They didn’t go to the wrong place, right? Lu Zhen and Yang Na? Both S-rank actors chose the production team of Director Wei Ji?

In their opinion, Director Wei Ji was the least popular and capable of the four directors. They really could not understand why Yang Na and Lu Zhen did not choose a better opportunity. Could this be the casting couch of the production team? Did the production team want to forcefully support Wei Ji?

Many guesses flashed across everyone’s minds, but they did not say anything. They only sized up Lu Zhen and Yang Na before finding a quiet place to sit down.

When Lu Zhen and Yang Na were halfway through the script, Director Wei Ji finally appeared. He was followed by the production team staff, who were holding a stack of role cards.

Then, the staff began to distribute the role cards to everyone..
