25 Why are you here?

Li Bingbing couldn't help but be amazed at how softhearted her mother was. Although Li Bingbing was unsure of what Li Hua was planning she couldn't help but doubt him. What was he scheming?

Li Hua may be able to deceive Mu Xijiu but it would be harder for him to deceive Li Bingbing. No matter what Li Hua was planning, Li Bingbing wasn't going to allow him to win.

"So what do you want me to do?" Li Bingbing crossed her arms.

If it was for her mother, Li Bingbing was willing to stay low.She wasn't going to let Li Hua have his way, she will make sure that she will definitely show Mu Xijiu that her father was beyond saving.

"Just give him a chance, don't be too hard to him when he appears in front of you."

Mu Xijiu felt so nervous when she didn't hear any reply from Li Bingbing. If she said no then Mu Xijiu can't really force her into it.

Li Bingbing let out a sigh in defeat. "Fine."

Did he want to start anew? Ha! She will make him show his true colors to her mother.

Mu Xijiu heaved out a sigh in relief, she was glad that Li Bingbing didn't have any violent reaction. "Well then, now that this matter is solved, you can now go and wash the dishes."

Li Bingbing pouted, "Me?"

"Sweetheart, I'm the one who prepared our dinner, it's your job to wash the dishes tonight." Mu Xijiu smiled.

Li Bingbing puffed out her cheeks as she stared at her mother in disbelief. She was the one who would always clean the house and yet here her mother was, ordering her around when the only thing she sometimes does is to cook.

She decided to collect the dishes without arguing with Mu Xijiu since Li Bingbing wanted to go to her room so that she can have a video chat with Xia Sinian.

After washing the dishes, Li Bingbing went to take a shower before she hopped on her bed. She took her phone and started to video call Xia Sinian.

It took a few minutes before the call went through.

On her screen, she saw Xia Sinian lying down on his bed and his hair was messy. He had a sleepy look on his face as he stared at her through the screen, "Please don't call this late..."

"Ah... you're supposed to be still awake at this time."

"It's weekend tomorrow."

"The more reason why you have to stay late."

"..."

Li Bingbing chuckled, "I'm kidding. You've been staying late for the previous days so you should go back to sleep."

Xia Sinian sighed heavily. Even if he wanted to go back to sleep, he was already awake and just by looking at Li Bingbing, he can already tell that she wanted to tell him something, "I'm listening."

"Are you sure?"

"Speak before I change my mind and end this call." He said before he let out a yawn.

"Well... it's about Li Hua..." She trailed off as she looked away from the screen.

"What about him? Did he come and tried to force you again?" Xia Sinian asked worriedly.

"No, it's not like that." Li Bingbing then continued on telling Xia Sinian on what happened during her dinner with her mother.

After she told him everything, she saw Xia Sinian fast asleep. Li Bingbing wanted to get mad at him for falling asleep while she was talking but she couldn't do it since she knew that Xia Sinian must really be tired.

She leaned and kissed her phone's screen, "Good night, Sisi." She whispered softly before she ended the call.

"Why are you here?" Li Bingbing asked as she stared coldly at her father who was standing by the entrance of the planetarium.

Li Hua was wearing a simple navy blue shirt and black pants, despite wearing one, he still looked like a man who came from a rich family.

My Xijiu was surprised to see Li Hua there as well that was she also wanted to know why he was there.

"I just came to visit a friend who's working in this place." Li Hua said honestly but Li Bingbing didn't believe him, she thought that he must have sent someone to follow them.

Seeing him made Li Bingbing's bright mood dim but for the sake of her mother, she didn't give him any bad remarks to make him leave.

"And you two?" Li Hua asked as he stared at his ex-wife and their daughter.

"We came here to bond." My Xijiu answered with a small smile on her lips.

Li Bingbing's brow twitched when she saw the way her mother acted that's why she clung on her arm, "You're here to visit your friend so you should go, he might be looking for you. We'll take our leave now."

Without waiting for Li Hua's response, Li Bingbing dragged her mother inside.
