Feng Bai closed his eyes and relaxed, he had taken over for a disciple of the inner sect and was helping them distribute medicine to the Outer Sect Disciples, at this moment he felt a presence appear in front of him. Opening his eyes he saw the figure of a person he was not familiar with.

"Senior Bai, my name is Chu Feng. I am here to receive the yearly resources the school gives to us. Might I please receive it?" He gulped down as he handed down the one single Spirit Realm medicine, which was extremely valuable for disciples like them.

He did not know why he just felt scared when he looked into Chu Feng. For a moment, he felt like his soul was observed by a being far stronger than him, causing him to feel inferior to the young boy, barely 2-4 years older than Feng Xiantian.

Feng Xiantian was merely 9 years old right now, while Chu Feng was around 12 to 13 from his appearance. For some odd reason, he was reminded of Feng Xiantian when he looked at Chu Feng.

Upon checking again, he found out that Chu Feng was merely a Spirit Realm cultivator, he even had the clothes of an outer disciple. He shook his head and chuckled,'It must have been merely a hallucination… Why did I volunteer to help that Inner Disciple again?'

The current Feng Bai was already eligible to be a Core Sect elder, having the power of the Profound Realm, but of course, he was the same as always, an honest person. However, with the senses of a Profound Realm cultivator, he could feel that in a way Chu Feng was not a normal person.

Just before he left he threw a badge at Chu Feng, who accepted it with a bewildered look, unsure of what he wanted.

"Young fella, I feel like you have something unique inside you if anyone dares to bully you just show them this badge. Any disciple from the outer or inner sect should immediately recognize it." Chu Feng nodded along as he cupped his fists in a thankful manner.

Feng Bai silently watched the figure of Chu Feng disappearing only his footsteps being heard. He could swear that his blood boiled for a second, and his eardrums nearly exploded, hearing a roar in the distance.

"Chu Feng." Feng Bai called out from a distance, making the boy stop walking and turn around to look at him somewhat shamefully.

"What might you need my presence for Elder Bai, I will make sure your concern is dealt with." Chu Feng was still young so he was very nervous when speaking to someone an entire realm stronger than his foster grandfather.

With such cultivation, he could wipe his entire family with a single swipe of his fingers. Feng Bai chuckled as he waved his hand."You can come later to my residence, I can give you a few pointers on how to improve your stances and cultivation."

Chu Feng's face was anxious for a moment before brimming with happiness. Feng Bai was not focused on what he was saying at the moment, a smile of happiness bloomed from his face, he felt that the future of this kid was bright.

But… He still could not forget the terrifying sensation he felt earlier.

Just who exactly were you… Chu Feng?

Feng Xiantian was fightingSpirit Realm Grade 5 Ghosts. He was getting teamed up by more than four of them at the same time. A single ethereal arm flew towards him and blasted him away.

He coughed blood and stood up. He wouldn't die, but if this continued he'd exhaust himself and would be immediately pulled out from the Eternal Realm, Training Room.

He breathed deeply and a cold expression covered his face. It was time to check if his mastery of that 'technique' had reached the level he could freely use it.

This technique could easily qualify as a Rank 7 Martial Skill, this was equivalent to the Void Zhenren's famed Martial Skill [ Blade of the Void Dragon's Cry]!

A clap of thunder followed as he unleashed the power of a Spirit Realm expert on the ghosts. Fatigue was easily visible on his face. A Martial Skill of the 7th Rank being used at such a low level of cultivation was not that easy to maintain when all your boosts like bloodline or body were removed.

Bolts of lightning started to fall on the ghosts, varying from a red to even a bolt of black colored lightning. In total there were about ten bolts of lightning being unleashed on the ghosts at one instant.

The ghosts let out a cry as they were forcefully dispersed from the sheer raw force of the technique.

He breathed out heavily. The physical requirement for this technique was insanely high, in his first life he had only mastered it when he had become a Core Forming Realm cultivator, forming his Mortal Spark.

The equivalent of the Core Forming Realm here would be the Heaven Realm. However, his current body was far more powerful than the one in his first life.

In his first life he was gifted with a powerful body, but here he had a powerful bloodline and body… In fact, he sensed a mixture of bloodlines inside his body, which existed together in harmony.

This Martial Skill could be 'ranked' as a 7th rank Martial Skill, however, it was infinitely near the 8th rank.

He was not the creator of this Martial Skill, instead, it was created by a Heavenly Immortal Realm cultivator, who soon became a Divine King before dying at the hands of… Feng Xiantian himself!

This technique could be counted as a Body Tempering Technique as well. Using Martial Power it brought forth the Bolts of Lightning from the Heavens themselves. At his peak, Feng Xiantian could summon billions of such bolts of lightning to struck down, destroying planets.

Alas, these were the days of glory for him. Now he was on a new journey where he could potentially surpass his old limits of strength!

Feng Xiantian stared at the moving clouds, a hobby he had picked from his previous life as he softly touched the black cat's fur. He had not given his black cat pet an actual name as of yet.

Despite searching for many months he was incapable of finding a race which looked exactly like a black cat. In fact if not for him feeling that the black cat was not normal, he'd have thought it was just your average common cat.
