Normal Iron Rank would earn the same amount of CP with only half as much work as the Rusty Iron Rank

Good Iron Rank have the ability to become an F Rank adventurer since they are Shadowslash's subordinates they could earn 30% increase in CP from their quest of course the increase would only works on F Rank missions or any work they done

Bronze Ranks could now earn money other than CP but a person needed to use an amount of CP to increase his or her rank

Rusty Bronze Stage would earn 5% of the enumeration in the job accepted he or she also earn a 10% increase on CP he or she earn on any D Rank mission and a 35% increase on F Rank missions if he or she was not an adventurer they would still earn a bonus increase on any job they finished they would earn an amount of enumeration and a 25% increase on any CP he or she earned

Normal Bronze Stage would earn 7% of the enumeration in the job accepted he or she also earn a 15% increase on CP he or she earn on any D Rank mission and a 40% increase on F Rank missions if he or she was not an adventurer they would still earn a bonus increase on any job they finished they would earn an amount of enumeration that is 10% greater than on Rusty Bronze Stage and a 30% increase on any CP he or she earned

Good Bronze Stage would earn 7% of the enumeration in the job accepted he or she also earn a 20% increase on CP he or she earn on any D Rank mission and a 45% increase on F Rank missions if he or she was not an adventurer they would still earn a bonus increase on any job they finished they would earn an amount of enumeration that is 10% greater than on Normal Bronze Stage and a 30% increase on any CP he or she earned

Silver Rank would earn more money than a Bronze Rank personnel they also earn certain privileges such as discount on lodging in the guild or mansion and some of the guild items that was being sold

Rusty Silver Stage would earn 10% of the enumeration in the job they accepted they also earn a 10% increase on CP they earn on any C Rank mission and a 25% increase on D Rank mission they also have privilege of 5% discount on food, armors and weapons that was being sold in the guild there is also a 10% discount on the lodging in the guild hall if a person is not an adventurer they still have the perks of discount and earn an amount of enumeration of their jobs in which is 10% much greater than Good Bronze Rank they also obtain 35% increase on CP he or she earns

Normal Silver Stage would earn 15% of the enumeration in the job they accepted they also earn a 15% increase on CP they earn on any C Rank mission and a 30% increase on D Rank mission they also have privilege of 8% discount on food, armors and weapons that was being sold in the guild there is also a 15% discount on the lodging in the guild hall a person is not an adventurer they still have the perks of discount and earn an amount of enumeration of their jobs in which is 10% much greater than Rusty Silver Stage they also obtain 40% increase on CP he or she earns

Good Silver Stage would earn 18% of the enumeration in the job they accepted they also earn a 20% increase on CP they earn on any C Rank mission and a 35% increase on D Rank mission they also have privilege of 11% discount on food, armors and weapons that was being sold in the guild there is also a 20% discount on the lodging in the guild hall a person is not an adventurer they still have the perks of discount and earn an amount of enumeration of their jobs in which is 10% much greater than Normal Silver Stage they also obtain 45% increase on CO he or she earns

The rewards on Gold Rank was still being fixes but one thing is very clear once any slave achieved or reached Gold Rank they would be set free from the slave contract
