It was the day of Doris and Jay's marriage.

As she sat on a very dreamy bed, Doris anxiously waited for what would happen next.

Suddenly, the room door was pushed open.

Jay quietly walked in. He saw Doris quietly waiting on the edge of the bed.

He inched closer and closer. The smell of good wine filled the room, and Doris could smell it.

"Our act is over. Why don't you go to bed? Come on, what are you waiting for?" As soon as Jay said those words, he stared intently into Doris' eyes. The man had a certain slyness in his demeanor.

Jay carefully gauged Doris' reaction.

"Yes, of course, acting!"

Doris gritted her teeth.

"Or were you waiting for me? Do you want me to do something to you?" Jay's tone suddenly became scornful. As he raised her chin, Doris could feel the man's cold fingertips. Jay swooped in to kiss her. A sweet and savory sensation lingered inside Doris' mouth.

She was taken by surprise. Frozen and speechless, Doris took a gulp.

'Wow, is this still part of the act?'

Doris was losing her mind!

'Why wou

is. With a wave his hand, he dismissed the managers and bodyguards.

"What is it?" His voice was flat.

"Jay, I have made dinner for you. Will you be home in time for dinner?" Doris asked cautiously in a strange and flattering tone.

Hearing this, Jay was a little surprised. Then he smiled slightly. "So, are you flattering me?"

"No, I am not... If you can't make it in time, then I'll eat alone." Her cheeks bulged up as she pretended to be angry.

"Okay, I'll be back soon."

Strangely enough, Jay agreed.

He was somehow looking forward to her cooking!

His fatigue vanished after he had that phone call with Doris.

But suddenly, he stopped and frowned. Jay leaned against the wall and lit a cigarette.

Somewhat annoyed, he took a deep drag of his cigarette. Things were a little unusual for him. Jay was appalled by his submission to Doris' request.

He pondered, 'Why would she suddenly want to please me?'

He fought the urge to give in. Jay wanted to play hard to get!

The more Doris initiated, the more alienated Jay would be.
