"I am going to use my people to save this world. Until then, they will obey me and stay here," The elf said. "Soon, all the others will join my army as well. It is the only way and none of you can stop me. I will do what no one else can do it."

"I don't think so, bruh…" Luke said and then unsheathed his sword. "Your goal is admirable, but you can't force everyone to do things the way you want…"

Luke wanted to know how a random elf obtained that castle, the red crystal, and the power to control those specters, but he doubted that he would get an answer. In any case, the enemy didn't look sturdy, so Luke was confident that he could kill him pretty fast. However, when he bent his knee slightly before dashing, Luke felt a powerful impact on the left side of his head. Luke fell and rolled on the ground for a few meters, but he quickly recovered and got up while looking shocked. He had no idea what had happened, and the elf still was sitting on his throne.

"... He attacked with you a sound wave…" Shalia said. "He pulled the string of his bow to attack.

Was that even possible? For a single movement to make Luke feel that powerful impact… in any case, the elf was an archer, but his skills were very different from the norm. Luke prepared to attack again, but then he was hit in the stomach and lost the air in his lungs. It wasn't causing that much damage, but it was enough to stop Luke completely. The power and the effects of the weapons were changing more than a little bit fast...

"I heard that humans are even weaker than us… I guess that is indeed true," The elf said. "Still, that makes me wonder how you returned with our queen so soon…"

"You heard that? From who?" Luke asked, and then he cleaned some blood from his mouth. "From the guy that granted you this power and these things around us? It seems that fairies weren't the only ones who came to this world while promising to help… but yours came at a pretty convenient time… when Rina and the others left to look for help."

"That is irrelevant… as long as this world is saved, it doesn't matter who I am working with," The elf said. "Even if I had to dirty my hands or do unforgivable things, I won't hesitate… the people of this world won't fall like worms."

The elf pulled the string of his bow again, but this time, a small shield of ice appeared in front of Luke's face and then cracked upon impact. It seemed that Shalia managed to find a way to identify where the attack was going to land. However, in the next moment, the elf pulled the string light three times, and Luke got hit in his knees. Shalia only blocked the first that was aimed at his chin. The others hit him and he fell the weight behind them... it wasn't something to laugh at.

"My bad… but I can only do this much," Shalia said.

"It is cool… I can endure his much," Luke said with a pale expression on his face since those two strikes cracked his knees slightly.

Luke pointed his right hand toward the elf, and then his fingers snapped. Despite that, Luke smirked from ear to ear while looking at the enemy, and then he used Lightning. The spell flew instantly toward the elf, but then he pulled the string in the blink of an eye fully… the elf used the power of the bow to repel Lightning... and it actually worked. Billy knew the theory behind that, but it still surprised him since the enemy had more power than expected.

Luke and Shalia were left speechless. For a single bow to be able to do that and with a single move… That probably was a rare weapon. Perhaps the rank was even higher since the elf didn't look like he was using much mana or stamina.

"As you can see… I am way stronger than you, and I will be even stronger to protect this world," The green haired elf said. "In one way or the other, I will convince our queen to follow my plan… So, I will give you one more chance. Leave now."

"Don't make me repeat myself… I am here for the elves," Luke said. "If you are that confident, you should be able to reach your goal without brainwashing anyone… actually, never mind. I will have to smack your pretty face to calm down my anger… my fingers are hurting like hell, after all."

"Well, you should hurry up, then," Shalia said. "If Rina appears, she will say some nonsense and force to spare him."

Luke wanted compensation for the damage he suffered, and that bow would do. The castle also would do since Luke was increasing his mana and focus quite a lot recently. He didn't have to kill the elf, but leaving such a loose end behind might be troublesome…

Luke held his sword tightly, and then he saw the elf preparing the attack, but before the attack could come, Luke used Stinger and moved to the side. The impact of the attack crossed the room and then hit the wall behind Luke. As expected, the bow couldn't fire arrows that would hit Luke no matter what. Luke used Stinger again and began to dodge the enemy's strikes.

That same thing happened a few times until Luke realized that the attacks coming from the bow were truly like arrows. Since the distance between them was short, they were coming in a straight line. Seeing them was impossible, but blocking them wasn't. Still, trying that wasn't a good idea since he could even repel Lightning.

"I suppose that is natural… our queen's partner should be able to do this much," the green haired elf said and then got up.
