Chapter 144: Great Harvest

Since Kritos understands the importance of these sleeping spirits, without further ado, his figure flashed as he jumped into the air.

Soon, Kritos conjured the bow from the system storage, a row of fire arrows slash the sleeping spirit one by one.

Thus, inside the spacious chamber, a human kid was now collecting and hunting all these sealed Spirits.

A total of 21 spirits were inside the chamber, one by one it reduces to zero.

A light smirk appears on Kritos face. He couldn't help but laugh after thinking about his gain.

"Haha, this time I really had a great harvest. I just want more sealed spirits, the more the better!" A delighted glint in Kritos's eyes.

Nonetheless, after searching all around the chamber, he didn't encounter a single spirit. Even the corners were not spared in his expedition. 

The chamber looked more like a hall with the addition of some plane pillars containing weird symbols.

Kritos signs and glances at the nearby gate. From the look of the gate, it must be the way for the main inheritance ground.

'Let's enter inside it.' Kritos waved its hand as he looked at the gate: 'That is where the real treasures are kept. However, I must be careful. The defenses there should be the strongest as well.'

Speaking of treasures, Kritos' heart could not help but begin to sizzle. As he passed through a gate, he seemed to be like caterpillars molting. Not only did he manage to obtain the formulation of Emperor Eye, he even obtained nearly all of the sealed Spirits as well.

Furthermore, he also understood that the items inside this chamber were not the true treasures of this legacy tomb… 

"Maybe I could find more sealed spirits, hehe!"

Kritos immediately transformed into a red shadow and dashed forth.

As he traveled at full speed, approximately ten minutes later, the seemingly never-ending tunnel gate finally began to widen, as a loud thud and a racket greeted him like a wave.

Outside the tunnel gate, was an extremely extensive hall, similar to a large stadium. Along the hall, were numerous different passages.

Right now, there were already several figures inside this large hall. Roughly speaking, there were probably all eight competitors. Amongst them, Kritos spotted Sasha and the other six.

"Boom boom!"

However, right now, Sasha and the rest evidently did not notice Kritos's arrival. All of the people in the area were directing waves of powerful attacks towards a glowing barrier hovering in the large hall. Their combined forces caused layers of ripples to continuously emerge on that glowing barrier.

Kritos's eyes swept across that glowing barrier before they stopped at the few glowing shadows dancing within. Through that faint glow, he could almost make out the glowing shadows which seemed to resemble blades, arrows, shields, etc...

"Mystic Rank Treasures!"

As he gazed at these glowing shadows, Kritos's pupils shrunk as he sucked in a breath of cold air. These six glowing shadows were all real Mystic Rank Treasures!

"Such a massive find!"

Kritos muttered to himself. In the whole cloud region, one could not find even a single Mystic Rank Treasure. However, at this moment and place, there were six Mystic Rank Treasures before him. Furthermore, amongst these six glowing shadows, the one that resembled a blade, was exceptionally resplendent. Based on its glow, even the other 5 treasures were not its match. Hence, it must at least be a High Mystic ranked Treasure!

Just the value of one high-ranked Mystic Treasure alone could probably surpass all the other treasures.

"As expected of a Mystic Realm expert!"

Kritos tried his best to suppress his rapidly beating heart. His eyes swept across the hall and found that practically everyone was staring at these six Mystic rank Treasures within the glowing barrier with hungry expressions. Right now, they were combining their forces to break the glowing barrier, before they started the fight for the Mystic Rank Treasures!

When that time arrived, in order to fight for these Mystic rank Treasures, there would definitely be a huge and horrendous battle!

To obtain these Treasures, it was worthwhile to put one's life on the line!

Kritos was certain that when the time comes the facade of their previous grace and dignity would be shattered into nothingness. They will not hesitate to hurt or even kill each other.

Nonetheless, it was pretty normal. 

Six Treasure but Eight people. It's a great injustice!

Kritos shook his head and silently concealed himself. The Innate Sneakiness trait was quite effective in this type of situation.

'It looks like the people with those six Mystic treasures could only advance further,' Kritos thought to himself after seeing six different passages.

'Maybe I am overthinking, but it's better to be safe than sorry!' 

None of them notice Kritos presence, moreover, Kritos's actions did not draw any attention, because he was not the only one with such a plan. While the rest of them were attacking the light barrier, they purposely held back as well. Once that light barrier shatters, they would instantly make their move!

Under the frenzied attacks of all seven people, the glowing barrier in mid-air began to dim. Based on its shaky appearance, it looked as if it was going to break at any time.

Upon witnessing this scene, the atmosphere in the large hall suddenly turned strange. At first, all of them were sticking closely together. However, now, all of them spread out simultaneously, as a vigilant look surfaced in their eyes.

Kritos also felt this peculiar atmosphere. However, he was not too surprised. Under the temptation of Mystic Treasures and advancement for legacy, this was a normal situation.

'Let's just seize the last treasure which will be left for the last three people,' Kritos made up a decisive plan to snatch the treasure without fighting them.

It is a matter of fact that he is no match for any of them.

All of them are in the Perfect Foundation Realm while he is in only Rank three foundation Realm. Only because of the System concealment they couldn't properly discern his cultivation realm.

'The battle is going to start soon!' Kritos murmurs to himself.
