Chapter 45 - The Fight Between Two Groups of Fans

A few days ago, it came out that Gu Mo and that actress became lovers.

But the actress was still smarting from what had happened between Jian Rushi and Gu Mo before, so she had said in an interview the day before yesterday, “An actress who played the role of a corpse once tried to sabotage my relationship with Gu Mo.”

That actress insulted Jian Rushi by saying that she played the role of a corpse, but in fact, she played a sickly lady at that time. Most of her scenes had been shot on the bed, and then in the coffin.

Gu Mo, that shameless man also admitted that Jian Rushi had once knocked on his door only wearing pajamas in the dead of night.

Their words caused quite a stir. Many people followed up the clues and soon found that the woman they aimed at was Jian Rushi.

Jian’s fans didn’t believe it and defended their idol against an injustice.

On hearing this, Tang Ge sneered, “How dared he regard himself as a popular young male idol? He had lots of plastic surgeries to improve his appearance!”

Jian Rushi couldn’t agree more. Mr. Helian was so handsome that Jian’s aesthetic taste was greatly improved by his perfect face.

In order to live up to the expectations of her fans, Jian Rushi took out her mobile phone, searched the WeChat for the chat history with Gu Mo and showed it to them.

“Look at this! Gu Mo once asked me to be his girlfriend, but I refused him.”

Her fans immediately took pictures of the chat history, posted the screenshot on the micro-blogs of Gu Mo and that actress and openly condemned their immoral remarks. However, those lovely fans were jointly attacked by the hare-brained fans of Gu Mo and his girlfriend.

The hare-brained fans often said, “No matter what others say, I only believe you in you.”

This remark seemed to be full of affection, but in fact, it only provided irrefutable evidence of their blind faith in their idols.

Gu Mo and his girlfriend had far more fans than Jian Rushi. As expected, Jian’s fans were defeated.

They were all angry as hell. One of them said, “Those who left comments on micro-blog must have been hired by Gu Mo or that woman to attack us! Look at this user, he supports more than ten stars!”

Jian Rushi didn’t care about what outsiders thought of her. With a smile, she comforted, “It’s not a big deal. Don’t be angry. Maybe that man is a fickle guy.”

Jian’s fans were really angry. “We can’t outargue them!”

Tang Ge suddenly shouted, “Oh, no!”

Jian Rushi wondered why Tang Ge seemed to be frightened by such a little thing. “Take it easy! I know they are blackening my name by spreading rumors, but it doesn’t matter to me.”

Tang Ge shrank back in fear and said, “It’s not about public opinion. You’d better look back at once.”

Jian Rushi looked back over her shoulder and was frozen to the spot. Mr. Helian, who was wearing a suit and a dustcoat, strode towards her.

When he approached, Jian Rushi instantly apologized, “I know I was wrong.”

Mr. Helian couldn’t help smiling. “You are pregnant now, but you are still keen to run around. Jian Rushi, I have to say you are really an energetic pregnant woman.”

They stood close to each other whispering, which caught the eyes of everyone present. Jian’s fans got excited at the sudden arrival of such a peerless handsome man.

Jian Rushi didn’t have the heart to let them down. She patted Mr. Helian on the shoulder and said to her fans, “Let me introduce this handsome guy. He’s my husband. Due to personal reasons, I haven’t made him known to the public. You are the first to know.”

The fans couldn’t restrain their excitement. “Wow, he’s so handsome and much better than that young male star!”

Mr. Helian raised his eyebrows in a show of manly beauty and asked, “Who’s the young male star you mentioned?”

Mr. Helian’s perfect face dizzied Jian’s fans. They passionately told him everything they knew about Gu Mo. From their answers, Mr. Helian knew that the young male star named Gu Mo was a second-line actor who had had plastic surgery and was known as a soulful man. His new girlfriend harboured resentment against Jian Rushi.

Mr. Helian didn’t need to say too much. As long as he stood in front of Jian’s fans with a curious look, they told him everything about Jian.

They remembered everything that had happened to Jian Rushi. They knew who had once bullied her and who had once courted her. After all, they were her fanatical fans. Time had wiped something from her memory, but all that was deeply engraved on the memory of her fans.
