Chapter 62 - Come out, Azure-colored Shenron!

Jean summoned his zombified Fierce Storm Hawk and hopped over it, surprising Little Fairy.

Jean: Follow that son of a bitch of your own kin!

Hawk: Kaww!

Then it spread its wings and shot out in the sky like lightning, followed by Little Fairy who was doing her best to reach him.

Jean glared at the Fierce Storm Hawk that was some kilometers away from him, in a matter of minutes, his beast reached the other party, there was a bit less than 1 kilometer of distance between each other.

At that moment, the Fierce Storm Hawk turned around and noticed Jean coming at him, it squeaked in fear and accelerated at his fastest speed, maintaining their distances.

Jean gritted his teeth because he knew that this was the fastest speed his zombie could reach, but so what? How could the stamina of a Spirit Profound Beast compare with the non-existential stamina of a living corpse?

Hours passed, and soon the sky was darkening, Little Fairy was still behind Jean, while the Fierce Storm Hawk was gettin tired, however Jean didn't notice that he was currently some kilometers away from the center of the Wasteland of Death.

And just then, the Fierce Storm Hawk's wing suddenly jerked as it let out a weak cry; its body plummeted to a low mountain below without any strength.

Jean's zombie followed it down, before Jasmine's cry sounded in his mind.

Jasmine: Use Version 2!!

Jean's eyes widened and immediately turned intangible, going through his zombie's body and starting to fall down at the speed of a lightning, not before putting the Fierce Storm Hawk in the Sky Poison Pearl.

An enormous silver shadow emerged from the low hill below. The silver shadow rushed towards them like lightning and its ferocious mouth which was set with frightening teeth opened wide and rushed at him.

While he was falling, Jean turned back and called out Little Fairy.

Jean: SCRAM!! I AM SAFE NOW, I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!!

Little Fairy obviously heard him and stopped flying towards him, the shadow's mouth engulfed Jean, before he came out from his body as if nothing happened.

However, it didn't ended here, another ferociously wide mouth which looked practically the same came snapping from his back, and like before, it passed through him.

Jean deactivated his intangibility and summoned a blanket from his Sky Poison Pearl, using it as a parachute.

He fell in the ground unharmed, and immediately turned on his intangibility before checking his watch.

[23:50]

[23/7/1995]

[V: "Vanishing Point"]

Jean: Huh, 10 minutes before Visionary… I never used it to fight, did I?

Jean looked in front of him, and saw two silver scaled dragons glaring at him.

Both gigantic silver dragons that rose in the air were over a hundred meters long. With one in front and the other in the back, they circled around him on both sides.

A field of dragon scales reflected a cold silvery light, as if there were currently a numerous number of silver-colored snakes in motion.

Jasmine: These aren't true dragons, but rather, two variations that have become Flood Dragons. Their bodies permeate a thick, toxic aura into the atmosphere…. Quality-wise, they are high-leveled Sky Profound Beasts! Their strengths are at the pinnacle of the Sky Profound Realm and in ten more years of fighting against experts of the tenth level of the Sky Profound Realm, they will be able to step half a step into the Emperor Profound Realm.

Jean: Any suggestion?

Jasmine: ...They will be useful for your army when you reach the middle stage of Earth Profound Realm.

Jean grinned and looked at them with a confident face.

Flood Dragon 1: It's another foolish human's futile attempt to pollute the Dragon God's treasure….. Die!!

The voice was solemn and ear-splitting, and when it fell, two Flood Dragons surged into the sky simultaneously, and two waves of berserk auras rushed at Jean one after the other.

Jean: Hey, did you hear them?

Jasmine: I…

Jean: I told you that there was a legacy!

Jean: First…

Jean turned from Version 2 to Version 3, turning non-existent, surprising the dragons who forgot about him and whispered to each other, but Jean was just walking towards the unconscious Fierce Storm Hawk, he picked the pendant on its talong before he took his taser and used it for the first time on the beast, killing it.

He used the taser instead of the sword because he wanted to keep the beast in perfect conditions in case his current zombie beast died.

After that, his watch vibrated, signaling him that midnight passed, and so was his invisibility.

Right at that moment, he felt two auras at the Sky Profound Realm locked on him.

Jean: Well, let's do this…

Flood Dragon 2: Tch, it's just a weak human, no matter, you will die here!

Jean quickly used "Visionary" to stop them in the spot, surprising them.

Flood Dragon 1: WHAT?! W-What's this?!

Since it was too hard for him to imagine their bodies turning into paste, he imagined two enormous and thin spikes made of iron, which appeared on air, and they pierced the dragons' heads like buŧŧer.

He can't destroy their bodies, they will be useful when he can zombify them.

The Flood Dragons struggled a bit, but they were unable to move, so they soon died, Jean stopped using Visionary and smiled, before collecting their bodies in the Sky Poison Pearl.

Jean: Hehehe, finally I got something good… Not only that, but there is the Dragon God's treasure…

Then Jean walked inside the cave on the mountain that the dragons seemed to guard, it seems that Little Fairy left him when he used the Version 3, better for him, he wants all the power for him, he will not share with others that easily, fuċk communism.

When Jean entered the cave, he noticed that it was incredibly dark, so he created a flashlight and walked forward.

Jean: Dragon God? Are you here? *Whistle* *kiss* *kiss* Hello?

A voice rumbled on the entire cave, surprising Jean from the loudness of the sound.

?: Human, are you connected to the Phoenix?

?: Yes, I am a wisp of a residual soul left from the Primordial Azure Dragon to watch over this trial ground.

Jean: Then yes, I got 5 drops of the Phoenix's Bloodline.

A pair of mysterious azure dragon eyes suddenly opened in the pitch-black space overhead. These two eyes were huge, yet long and narrow; they were about the same shape as a human's eyes.

Jasmine: What? Primordial Azure Dragon? Head of the various Divine Beasts in the Primordial Era, the Dragon God, Primordial Azure Dragon!?

Jean: ...Neat?

Jasmine: Neat my loli ȧss! That one is the strongest Divine Beast that ever existed!

Jean: Calm your non-existent tɨts, so this is another trial ground?

Primordial Azure Dragon: Correct. The Era of the Gods had long since ended, and True Gods had also completely vanished.

But we were not willing to completely disappear from the world, and would attempt to use various sorts of methods to leave behind a vestige of our strength to pass onto those of the future generation we had an affinity with, who would then pass on what used to be our strength to their future generation for an eternity...

Jean: *Whistle*

Jasmine: No wonder there's actually this many profound beasts gathered here, so it's because of the Dragon God aura's existence.

The gathering of so many profound beasts in the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range is because of the Phoenix's aura, and the reason behind this region's, is because of the Dragon God's aura!

Out of all the Primordial Divine Beasts, the Dragon God is at the top of the list; its level, far surpasses that of the Phoenix! After the fall of numerous gods, there were so many who wished to find any vestiges of the Dragon God even in their dreams; with the extravagant hopes of obtaining any power the Dragon God had left behind.

Never would they have expected that it had actually left behind its legacy in this little Profound Sky Continent.

Jean: Funny, right?
