Dean and Kareen stared at Bryana who was being examined by Dr. Clara. Monica was in her room getting ready for work because Dean wasn't going to the office.

"This is only because of the effect of being less-than-six-month pregnancy. I will give you nausea reliever and pregnancy boosters," said Dr. Clara after finishing checking on Bryana.

"There's no serious illness or harm to the fetus, right?" Dean asked worriedly.

"Nothing. This is purely due to the condition of early pregnancy and this is the third pregnancy, Mrs. Bryana's condition is not as strong as during the first pregnancy," explained Dr. Clara.

dean breathed a sigh of relief and smiled at Bryana, who had been silent for a while with a flat gaze, occasionally glancing at Kareen who was standing beside him. Was she holding back the urge to vomit or was she blindly jealous of Kareen?

'Her pregnancy is fine, how can that be? there hasn't been a reaction to the poison yet,' Kareen thought to herself.

"Kareen, you better go now. I'm not in the office today," Dean called flatly.

"Okay," Kareen said then walked out of the room. She walked down the stairs and saw Dany waiting for her in the living room but didn't look like he was going to take her because he was still wearing black jeans combined with an oversized white t-shirt without any bodyguards attached to his clothes.

"Miss, it seems I can't take you. I'm not feeling well and I feel very weak. .maybe this afternoon I can pick you up, and this morning I asked Beny to take you," said Dany with an uncomfortable expression, as if to show that he was indeed not well.

"Yes, it is okay. I can go by taxi, you don't need Beny to accompany me," Kareen replied with a friendly smile. "You just rest, you don't have to pick me up. I can take a taxi home."

"But, Miss, Mr. Raymond won't let you go alone."

"It is okay. I don't think terrorism will dare bother me again. You calm down and don't tell Raymond this if you don't want him to get angry," Kareen said.

Monica who was ready to go to work and had breakfast with Calvin and Sofia approached Kareen who was talking to Dany.

"You go with me, Kareen. We work in the same place," said Monica who couldn't let Kareen go out alone. She felt that her cousin should still be spied on because Dany had already told her about the poison.

Kareen let out a shaky breath while glancing at Monica. "Well, I'm with you," she cried resignedly.

Monica immediately walked out of the house, as well as Kareen immediately followed her. They will go together with Beny escorted. Dany also came forward to the terrace to make sure Kareen and Monica left together.

"Now I have to test the milk," Dany whispered as he walked towards the kitchen through the living room to the deserted dining room. Maybe Calvin and Sofia saw Bryana's condition before going to school.

while making sure Susan or anyone but himself wasn't in the kitchen, Dany took a measuring spoonful of Bryana's milk powder and put it in a small saucer, then brewed it with warm water.

"I will give this milk to the mouse. I hope it doesn't die and I can make sure this milk is not poisonous," he whispered. he immediately walked to his room until he entered the secret room to give the milk in the cup to the little mouse as a test material.

while on the way to the office, Monica and Kareen just kept silent. They seem indifferent and prefer to glance at the roadside view from the car window.

"Kareen," Monica called curtly.

"Why?" asked Kareen curtly too.

"Last night my mom called me. She said, your mom complained that she borrowed money from her because she didn't have extra money for your brother's college tuition. Aren't you helping your mother financially?" Monica asked.

"Oh, about that I forgot to send money to them, but last night I sent the money and I make sure it's more than enough," Kareen explained, then turned to look at Monica who was sitting in the right seat. "Next time don't interfere in my business. I can handle my own business," she shouted curtly.

"I care about your family, not your business!" Monica confirmed.

"My family is my business!" Kareen replied.

"But you don't care about them these days. What do you spend your money on? Isn't your salary very big? Why don't you send them to them?" Monica continues to chide Kareen with her questions.

"Never mind. It's none of your business what I use my money for. You'd better shut up and don't talk too much!" Kareen asserted, ignoring Benny who was driving and watching him from the top window. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Sorry, Miss," said Benny then focused on driving, while Monica chose to remain silent because she was lazy to argue with Kareen.

At nine o'clock in the morning, Dean was in the room accompanying Bryana who was having breakfast with his beef rib soup menu. he sat on the edge of the bed while looking at his wife who was sitting with her back on a pile of pillows.

"How is it, does it taste good?" asked Dean looking at Bryana who had just fed a mouthful of ribs with rice.

"Delicious, your cooking is always good for me," Bryana replied while eating.

"Really? Susan taught me how to cook, so it's only natural that it's delicious."

"Then give it a try," Bryana exclaimed and then shoved the ribs with gravy into Dean's mouth.

"It's delicious, I like it just right," Dean muttered as he ate.

Bryan smirked. "Then let's spend it together can't afford to spend it alone," she exclaimed.

"No, you have to spend it. To get back on your feet and our child will be healthy," Dean replied reassuringly.

Bryana sighed and placed the bowl of rib-eye soup on the table. She held her belly because it felt churning again. "I want to go to the bathroom," she said later.

"Oh my God, are you sick again?" Dean asked worriedly.

Briana nodded, covering her mouth. She immediately got out of bed and walked to the bathroom with slightly staggered steps because she was still dizzy too... Dean immediately followed after Bryana, then led her.

"Shouldn't we just go to the hospital?" Dean asked worriedly.

Bryana just shook her head until she arrived at the bathroom. She immediately vomited what she had just eaten, then turned on the tap water and washed her face.

"I'm so dizzy," Bryana softly leaned her head on Dean's chest.

"Let's go back to our room, okay? You just rest and I'll make milk for you so you don't get nauseous," Dean exclaimed, remembering that Bryana hadn't had milk since morning.

"Carry me." cried Bryana weakly but spoiled.

"Yes, dear. I'll carry you," Dean replied encouragingly with an amused smile seeing Bryana who was sick even more spoiled.

Dean immediately carried Bryana to the bed and leaned her against the pile of pillows. Bryana glanced at Dean's soup, which was still warm and she had just eaten a little.

"You don't need to make milk, because I want to eat soup with you. After this, I will take medicine and rest. I will fight this nausea," said Bryana with confidence.. Because she didn't want to disappoint Dean or womb in danger.
