Chapter 391 - Abigail Jillian Jackson

At four o'clock in the morning, Bryana felt the pain and heartburn so intense. Dr. Clara immediately handled it while Dean stood beside her holding her hand.

"Looks like it's about to be born," said Dr. Clara looked at Bryana's lower body which was now covered by a blanket. "Take a deep breath and then push. You can do it," she continued.

Bryana followed what had been suggested by Dr. Clara with one hand holding on to Dean's hand while the other squeezed the sheet until it was crumpled. there was one special nurse who helped her push her belly, helping the baby to come out quickly and carefully and according to the procedure.

"Aghh... I can't. It hurts so much!" Bryana cried in pain and shook her head.

"Honey, you sure can. Don't you want to be a mother who gives birth normally? I'm sure you must be strong. Don't just be strong in bed when making love," said Dean, who winced in pain seeing Bryana who was now looking at him sharply.

"Ughh… why do you say that?" Bryana annoyed then hit Dean on the shoulder. She was a little embarrassed because her husband was even talking about making love. Hahahha...

"That's reality," Dean muttered, glancing at Bryana in horror.

Bryana was in pain again because the contractions were even more intense until she screamed while grabbing Dean's hair so hard that suddenly the sound of a baby's cry echoed in the birth room. The woman breathed a sigh of relief, leaned her head against the pillow, and closed her eyes as she caught her breath again.

Dean looked at the newborn baby, still a bit of blood and mucus. Dr. Clara immediately took it to the available table near Bryana's bed and then give first aid procedures and cleaned the baby of blood and mucus, even sucking the nose.

"Honey, it is born," Dean said looking down at Bryana who was closed.

"Is it well?" Bryana asked, trying to open her eyes. She glanced at the table where Dr. Clara is cleaning her baby.

"I'm sure it's healthy. The sound of the crying is just too loud," replied Dean watching the baby cry from a distance until Dr. Clara picked it up again and handed it to Bryana to lay on her chest.

"It's a girl ... beautiful like her mommy," said Dr. Clara smiled warmly.

Dean put a smile on his lips looking at the baby. finally, he was so happy, had a little girl from his marriage with Bryana.

Bryana looked at the baby with teary eyes with happiness, even the pain seemed to have suddenly disappeared until she didn't realize the nurse had unbuttoned her shirt.

Dr.Clara immediately put the beautiful baby on Bryana's chest in a prone position with her head tilted and then covered her. Bryana immediately tucked her hand into the blanket and rubbed the baby's back for warmth while Dr. Clara performs the next procedure to clean Bryana's uterus of any remaining blood with a device.

"She's just like you." Dean bowed his head looking at the beautiful baby while stroking her fairly thick brownish-black hair.

Bryana smiled in relief, then stroked her baby's cheek. "She's also like Sofia."

"Finally ... we have a baby girl from our love. Thank you for everything. You are great," said Dean with teary eyes then kissed Bryana's forehead. "I love you so much."

"Don't cry. She'll be embarrassed if her dad is a crybaby," Bryana cried, rubbing Dean's eyes with her thumb. She didn't even feel Dr. Clara is back in action on her lower body. She was too happy with the birth of the baby girl.

"Her father was happy because she was born..and ... that means her name is Abigail ... Abigail Jillian Jackson," Dean said again stroking his baby's hair.

Bryana frowned when she heard the name. "She also Jill?"

"Yeah...because she's your daughter..you fought hard enough, then your name deserves to be on the list," Dean explained with a smile. He kissed Bryana again and again alternating with his baby girl moving on her mother's breasts.

Slowly, the baby started crying again. The nurse immediately approached her and helped her to quickly find her mother's nipple and finally she immediately sucked her first breast milk even though it was a bit difficult.

"She sucked my milk straight away," Bryana mumbled, looking at Abigail who was breastfeeding.

"She's smart, just like you," Dean said exasperatedly then kissed Abigail's cheek again.

Drettt.... Brett

His phone, which was in his pocket, rang. Dean immediately took it and saw an incoming call from Raymond.

"Hello, Raymond," said Dean.

"I've arrived at the hospital. Which room are you in now?" Raymond asked over the phone.

"In the birth room. There's Dany in front of this room," Dean replied with his gaze fixed on Bryana who was breastfeeding.

"Is your baby born yet?"

"Already."

"Is it...?"

"She's going to be a pretty girl, a playmate for Madeline and Sofia," Dean said, still smiling. The man couldn't hide his happiness at all, not even Dr. Clara and the nurse smiled at him.

"Ah yes, that's good. And that means ... now you have four children." Raymond sounded like he was laughing.

"That's fine. Lots of kids are fun for Jill and me."

"That's fine then. I'm going there now."

The phone line was cut off. Dean put his phone back in his pants pocket then turned his attention back to Bryana and Abigail. the baby girl has now stopped suckling and is taken by the nurse to be dressed and placed on the special baby cot available in the room.

"After this, Mrs. Bryana will be transferred to the joint with ..." said Dr. Clara stopped because she wanted to say the baby's name but forgot.

"Abigail, ... Abigail Jillian Jackson." Dean immediately told.

"Ah yes ... a beautiful name. She will be transferred to the treatment room with Mrs. Bryana," said Dr. Clara with a warm smile.

Dean nodded in understanding then approached Abigail who was now back asleep. He carefully picked up the baby and then carried it towards Bryana.

"Hi, Abigail... your brothers and sisters will be here soon..they will smile when they see your beauty," Dean said while cradling Abigail. The baby was wearing white baby clothes and swaddled with a pink cloth, then wrapped in a colored blanket that matched the swaddle.

"Put her down next to me," Bryana cried, teary-eyed. She looked sleepy but couldn't sleep, and shifted her position slightly aside, making room for the baby.

Dean immediately put Abigail beside Bryana and then she sat down on the chair, taking care of her.

"Go to sleep ... you haven't slept since last night," Dean shouted, rubbing Bryana's forehead.

"I can't sleep," Bryana said, looking down at Abigail beside her.

"What do you feel now?" asked Dean.

"Relieved...My tummy feels good and ... it's not as painful after a C-section," Bryana replied. She couldn't deny that it was more pleasant to have a vaginal birth than a C-section.

"Is that so, you're not in pain anymore?" asked Dean in surprise.

Bryan nodded. "I've read a lot of information on the internet. Normal birth is less painful than a C-section. And the healing process will also be faster," she explained.

"But you almost gave up," Dean said then leaned his head on the bed, staring at the cute Abigail.

"Earlier it was mixed feelings. There was a feeling of wanting to give up but the heartburn and pain made me dizzy, stressed and I screamed as hard as I could while grabbing your hair..apparently, it just left," Bryana explained with an amused smile, remembering that she had made her husband as an outlet for her pain. "Did your hair fall out?"

"No... I know you did it out of emotion from the pain. I'm fine." Dean smiled reassuringly then glanced at the atmosphere around which seemed deserted because Dr. Clara and the nurse are out. He got up and leaned down to kiss Bryana's lips very gently. "It's already morning because it's five o'clock. The French Kiss is not to be missed."

Bryana smiled brightly then pulled Dean to kiss his lips again and again until Raymond and Monica and the rest of the family came to see her and her baby girl.
