Chapter 351 - CHAN GU THE LADIES'S MAN (1)

"Ohh.. sorry about that my lady. My friend over here did not mean to say it like that. He doesn't mean to offend you at all. Well, you know, he was actually not good right here. So I beg for your understanding"

Long Ye said as he gestured to his head, indicating that Yun Xue was not good over there.

"Yes, our apologies, really. Our friend right here must had hit his head really hard this morning somewhere along the way. So I hope you won't take it against him."

Chan Gu seconded as he whispered next to the student assistant,

But his voice was still loud enough to be heard by Yun Xue.

'Are you implying that I hit my head so I'm sick or something?!!"

Yun Xue suddenly blurted out when he realized that his friends were talking bad about him behind his back.

Err...  Well, not exactly behind his back since they actually were doing it in front of him

But thinking about it, that was even worse!

His friends were ganging up to bad mouth him right before his eyes.

That was obnoxious!

Yet before he could even speak another word of complaint, Mu Lingxi already made a move on him.

' SPANK !'

The sound of hand hitting someone's head followed afterward.

Mu Lingxi hit him hard and squarely on the back of his head to the point that Yun Xue almost blackout for that split millisecond.

"There you have it. You now got your head hit. Are you sober now??? Could you please stop messing around?! How are we supposed to see Teacher Nana if you will keep arguing at her student assistant??!"

Mu Lingxi chastised Yun Xue right after hitting him.

She was currently whispering next to Yun Xue's ear that unintentionally allowed her breath to blow hot air in the other party's earlobe.

This in return made Yun Xue start feeling hot on his cheeks as a weird sensation started to build up in his body.

Instead of getting mad for being treated in such a way, he instead became mute and stood frozen on the spot like a fool.

But good thing that Yun Xue had good control over his body and facial reaction, so he did not stay like that for that long.

After he recovered from his awkward situation, he rebutted at Su Yan (Mu Lingxi)

"Don't you see what she is doing to us? She is bullying us! She was looking down at us! I won't take that coming!?! I'm no pushover???"

He said in the same whispering manner.

"Ohh c' mon? Of course, we saw that too. But we have to look at the situation carefully. We need to get to her good side if we wanted to meet Teacher Nana. And you know that you are doing it the other way."

Mu Lingxi rebuked with clenched teeth.

"Why do we even need to please her??? She was just no one!"

Yun Xue insisted but Mu Lingxi just sighed at him in exasperation.

"Do you think, she was stopping us to meet Teacher Nana just because she wanted to make things hard for us? It was obvious that Teacher Nana specifically instructed her not to receive any guest that was why she got that big guts in the first place. Now, we need to be on her good side so she could put a few good words on her behalf so Teacher Nana would spare us some of her time. Do you understand now???"

Mu Lingxi tried her best to explain the situation to her friend, Yun Xue, just in case he did not understand what was their current situation.

Just what was with Yun Xue, really?!!

Did he really got his head kicked by a donkey lately???

He should know better than to act like that in this kind of situation!

Mu Lingxi could not help but think to herself

"My bad, okay? I admit it. My temper must have got the better of me. It was just that I really could not take it coming from her. How dare she looked down at us??? She was not even a big shot?! TSK!"

Yun Xue tried to reason out when he got reprimanded by Su Yan (Mu Lingxi)

But there was a noticeable change in the tone of his voice and attitude when he said that.

From how Yun Xue sounded right now, it seemed that he had no longer had any intention of arguing at all

That might better be the case for him, or else he might have another taste of Mu Lingxi's other hand.

The group let Chan Gu handle the situation instead.

Since Chan Gu was the most smooth talker among them, especially to ladies, then there was no one better than him to do the work

From that point onward they made it sure that Yun Xue would not get a chance to wade in the conversation with his tact as if a bull in a china shop.

They heard Chan Gu told the student assistant after their long private chit chat. To which the other party replied to him with her sweetest voice as if a high school girl talking to her crush

She even made a girly gesture of tucking her lousy afro curled hair at the back of her ear and touched her eyeglass that sat on her pug nose.

Trying to make it sat nicely on her nonexistent nose bridge, although it did not make any difference at all.

"Sure will.."

She said with a winked.

Then after that, she turned on her heel and knocked at Teacher Nana's door and went inside. But not before taking another quick glance at Chan Gu's direction and blowing him a kiss.

"Woah, man! What sorcery did you put on her??!!!!"

"Long Yue asked Chan Gu with disbelief clearly written on his face.

They have seen with their own eyes how that same student assistant acted as if like a fierce tigress.

Yet with just a few exchanged of words with their friends Chan Gu, the fierce tigress suddenly turned into a fluffy little bunny?!

That was quite a bit too fast for a change of a heart!

How did he do that??!!!

"Ohh... Well, I guess knowing how to use your tongue wisely will do the trick."

Chan Gu said with a wide smile before he got back to his seat.

"Err?? What does he mean by that, brother???"

Long Yue asked his brother Long Fuzi who was standing next to him.

"Ohh... Just keep your mind pure and untainted like that my brother. Forget about what he said."

Long Fuzi kindly advised his younger brother before he affectionately tapped him on his shoulder.

[Hmm.. Being a ladies' man was indeed a talent as well. But I must say, Chan Gu really had a strong stomach. He deserved two thumbs up for that.]
