In an unknown place on the Demon Continent.

"Wierd, where did the apple go. I'm sure I placed it right here." A woman says as she looks towards the Demon guards sitting there with fear in their eyes.

One of them finally gaining enough courage answers. "It disappeared within the hour, Ma'am."

"It really chose an owner. The world tree said that it would choose someone worthy but it's been decades and it hasn't moved." She says as she takes in that the fruit is really gone she walks out of the room while thinking out loud.

As soon as she left the room she looked over to the person kneeling at the entrance and said, "Find out where the apple went and give me a report about the person it chose. You have 3 days. Follow the aura that the apple gives off and you should find it."

"Yes, Ma'am." The guard says and then disappears into thin air only to reappear on the Human Continent.

"The aura is in the direction of the City of Light. Ugh, this is gonna be a hard task." The guard says as she disappears and reappears on the outskirts of the City of Light.

"I'll just wait here for them to leave the city." The figure says as the ground comes up on its own into a makeshift chair as she sits and waits.

----‐-----------------------------------------

As I read the description Finn walks over to me and grabs my hand that has the apple in it.

"Where did you get that." He says he loses control of himself and his voice shakes.

"I got it as a reward for helping someone a couple of weeks ago. It was an old woman, I found her in the forest and she was lost so I carried her to the nearest town and made sure she was safe." I say lying with just whatever came to my mind at the time.

"Dammit. You shouldn't have that." He says very angrily.

"I know the owner of that apple, she would kill you if she found out that you have it. When I was her apprentice she would beat me until I was half dead for being in the same room as it. Get rid of it as fast as you can without leaving any evidence." Finn says in a panic trying to sway me to get rid of it.

"I understand. How about we head to a Dungeon so I can get rid of it there?" I say decided to just tell him I got rid of it instead of actually getting rid of it.

'I trust the system. It wouldn't say I needed it if I actually didn't.'

As we go into the adventurer's guild Finn takes me up to a receptionist and starts to talk.

"What can I do for you today." The male receptionist says towards us.

"I need to get Bell permission to go into the intermediate dungeon." Finn says to the receptionist.

"Sure, to get permission all we have to do is have someone test him to make sure he is ready. You're in luck today, the only test administrator in today is Shin. He just came back from his business today so he will be free for a while. I've signed you up for the test and Mr.Shin has been notified about the test. Please go through that door and he will be waiting for you there." The receptionist says with a smile as he points towards a door with a sign labeled "Testing Arena" above the door.

"Follow me, you probably won't have to fight again." Finn says as he smiles and leads me through the door.

"As I thought it was you." A voice says as soon as I enter the room.

Looking over it was Shin from the duel, he looks completely healed from the fight. I guess my heal really helped him recover.

"Hello Mr. Shin, I'm Bell. I wish to get permission to be able to enter the intermediate dungeon." I tell him my purpose of being here after greeting him.

"No problem, our duel was public so I've already approved your request. It'll take a couple of minutes for it to go through but in the meantime let's talk." He says pointing towards a bench nearby.

"Sure." I say and take a seat.

"Why are you guys going into the dungeon so fast for?" He asks.

"He levels incredibly fast so I thought it would be a good time to show him a dungeon that isn't guided by the guild. It's already that time for him by now so I wanted him to experience a bigger dungeon." Finn says answering Shin's question.

"I understand. I would like to stretch my muscles and visit the dungeon as well. Would that be fine with the two of you?" Shin asks.

"I'm fine with it if Bell is okay with it." Finn says as he looks at me.

"Sure, I don't mind. We can head out after the permission goes through." I say being okay with it. I'm fine with it as long as he doesn't steal my experience.

As we leave and update my guild card which is the permission to go into the intermediate dungeon.

"Let's head out then. I placed a teleportation array so we can go there immediately. It's located in my house though so we have to walk there." Finn says as he leads the way and I follow closely behind him.

As we entered into Finn's house he leads us into an extra room in the house. Looking in the room the array is a circle looking enchantment. The unknown words glow purple and brighten and dim at random intervals.

"Step inside the circle and close your eyes, you'll get dizzy looking at the transfer." Finn says as he leads us into the circle and activates the array as we all were inside.

As the array activates my body starts to feel as if it wasn't real. I try to feel my arm but my hand goes through it as though my body wasn't part of this plane of existence.

After a while, the feeling goes away and I open my eyes. Looking around I see that we're in a dungeon.

"Welcome to the First Floor of the Dungeon Goblin's Rage." Finn says while smiling.
