After Finding a bug catcher kid and easily defeated him since he only had a level 6 Weedle and Caterpie while you had a level 9 Charmander with ember.

Efficiently using your map; you, Charmander, Wartortle, and Pidgey went on a leveling up spree. Making Charmander Level 13, Wartortle Level 17, and Pidgey Level 14.

Since leveling up became stagnant, you decide to just go to Pewter City, Defeat Brock, and then move on to the next route for a better leveling up area.

Considering that Brock only having a level 12 Geodude and level 14 Onix, you think that you'll be finish. Especially since you have Wartortle.

Luckily that Pokémon can heal by just resting since it would be annoying having go to the Pokémon center every time they were low on Hp.

The system also had a large camping kit and clothes in its stores so you could camp out in the woods. The Large camping kit came with a tent, portable 2 burner, small solar panel, and cooking utensils and bakeware.

You bought the large camping kit just in case you get the chance to sleep with any of the female characters.

Not wasting any time, you head straight towards the Brock's Gym.

...

Reaching there, you open the two large doors. Seeing Brock across the arena sitting in the lotus position on a stone slab, you walk to the challenge standing area. Luckily there isn't any other trainers you have to battle like in the game.

Anthony:"I'm here to challenge to a Gym Battle"

Brock:"I'm Brock! I'm Pewter's GYM LEADER! I believe in rock hard defense and determination! That's why my POKéMON are all the rock-type! Do you still want to challenge me?"

Anthony:"Of course"

Brock:"Fine then! Show me your best! Geodude I choose you!"

Anthony:"Let's do this, Wartortle I choose you"

Although you want to Charmander and Pidgey to warm exp from this battle, your not going to make the same mistake as Ash in the anime and send Pidgey into battle.(Episode 5)

Anthony:"Wartortle use Bubble"

Brock:"Geodude dodge" Using the rocky terrain, Geodude dodges the attack.

Brock:"Geodude use tackle"

Anthony:"Wartortle bubble again"

Since this time, Geodude was so close and couldn't dodge this time. Geodude took bubble at almost point blank, making its Hp very low into yellow.

Anthony:"Wartortle use tackle while it's still down"

Wartortle:"WARtortle!" following your command, Wartortle charges into Geodude while it's still in mid air and sending it into the Gyms wall.

Brock:"Geodude return. Hmph, let's how you deal with this. Come on out Onix"

Anthony:"Alright, let do this. Wartortle use bubble"

Brock:"Onix hold and use tackle" Onix holds on strong but you can see that Onix's Hp is yellow.

Anthony:"Wartortle dodge and keep at a distance while using bubble"

Due to Onix large body, Wartortle doesn't have to really aim and could always hit his attacks. While Onix is having trouble since Wartortle small body and the rocky terrain makes it impossible for Onix to hit Wartortle since it only has physical type attacks. After Wartortle use bubble 3 more times Onix is defeated; seeing his Onix go down, Brock returns it into its poké ball.

System:Ding! Mission Complete: Defeat Brock, Reward:Brock companion or 10% attack and defense against Rock type POKéMON.

Seeing the system notification, you pick your reward; 10% attack and defense against Rock-type Pokémon since if your going to start a party, it'll be with cute girls and not a squinting middle age man who can't tell the deference between onigiri and jelly filled donuts.

Brock:"I took you for granted. As proof of your victory, here's the BOULDERBADGE! That's an official POKéMON LEAGUE BADGE!" Saying that, he throws the badge over to you. Catching it, you hear another notification from the system.

System:Ding! User has Unlocked the Move [Flash]

System:Enchanting... Ding! Enchanting complete

Anthony:"Enchanting?"

System:The system has enchanted the [BOULDERBADGE] as a mean to give User the 10% attack and defense against Rock-types reward.

Anthony:"Will all the rewards for defeating Gym Leaders be like this?"

System:Yes

Putting away the badge into your inventory, you return Wartortle into its poké ball and leave.
