61 Inspecting the truck

Satisfied with the exterior looks of our food truck, we start to look at the interior of the truck. The front cabin is like an ordinary truck with steering, brake, gas and transmission gears. It also equipped it radio and disc player to play music. When Ming Er tries the horn, there's another tone available in the truck. Like what usually installed on an ice cream truck, it also makes melodious sounds.

"Hubby, the horn is good"

"Haha…yeah. It's can use for the reminder that our food truck is coming and ready to sell the food"

"Brother He is great, he knows what the truck needed"

My brother in law come out from the house, he seems already finish eating his lunch. With a wide smile, he looks on us

"Sister, do you like that horn sound?"

"Um, I like it very much. It's really cool bro"

"Haha…I'm glad you like it. I special order it and customize the sound. Alright, let me show the other part of this food truck then"

We follow brother He to the back part of the truck cabin. In there, brother He explains something for us

"Behind this truck cabin is where the water tank stored. It has 100l water capacity for cooking or washing. Is that enough?"

"Oh, that is more than enough brother, we use disposable plates so maybe we will not need much water for washing. Only to cleaning the cooking utensil maybe"

"Sure, now let me show the interior part in the cargo box"

We follow brother He that acts as a guide and show us how this food truck has been changed after the modification.

"Now, this side part of the cargo box will become the front side of your shop"

Brother He opens the cover on the right side part of the truck, put the holder and take a plate down.Revealing a counter type storefront.

"Do you like it, brother You?"

"Wow, it looks like a mini store. Perfect!"

"Yup, you can put the finished order in this counter and also put additional sauces bottles too, like ketchup sauce, chili sauce or vinegar. People's taste is very various, right?"

"Yes, you're right brother He. You remind me of something important"

"Okay, let's see another place"

We move to the rear part where the entrance of the cargo box located

"Look what happens when I open this door"

Brother He opens the back door slowly while giving a clue that there's something coming when the door is open. And a folded foot stepper is slowly coming out from the truck chassis like a ladder.

"This cargo box is a little high, so I put this folded ladder that coming out when the door is open and fold back to the truck chassis when the door is closed"

Brother Shao He closes the door slowly and the foot stepper is retracted back to its previous place.

"That's really convenient brother He, you really have knowledge about truck after all"

"Haha….that's the exterior modification. Now let's look on the interior"

He opens the door again, and foot stepper coming out again. We use that to enter the cargo box. When I see the interior part of this cargo box, I almost hold my breath because surprised. It's really like a small kitchen with cooking equipment placed in a neat row within the cargo box. I'm checking the cooking equipment one by one, start for the stove by trying to ignite the fire and see the blue fire coming out from the stove, until to the washer sink. When I turn on the water tap on the sink, there's water flowing from there. Also, all the cooking equipment already reinforced with bolt on their legs, makes them fixed on the floor and not moving around following the truck movement

"Is there anything else that you still needed on this part, brother You?"

"No, all I need is already here. Brother He, you do the incredible thing on this truck. I can start doing business right away with this truck!"

"Glad to hear that. Oh right, do you see the truck's floor?"

When brother He is asking that, I take a look on the truck floor that I stepped have small holes like a sieve.

"Oh? What is this brother?"

"I order special floor type that if you accidentally spill water or broth on the floor, the water will immediately go to disposal channel. You don't have to worry that water will remains on the floor. Make you easier to clean up things"

"Thank s brother, you really full of consideration. Right, what is that disposal channel? Is there where the water from washer sink goes?"

"That's right, it goes to certain disposal tube that attached to the truck. Let's go out, and I show you that tube. You need water hose to connected the disposal tube to a sewer or drainage hole"

We get out from the cargo box and brother He shows me a tube on the corner of the truck that leaking some water. That water must be from the water on the sink that I just test a moment ago.

"That's the tube, brother You. You see the water that leaks from there? To keep your truck surrounding clean you need to attach a hose to that tube and connect the other side of the hose on the sewer or drainage. Or put a bucket over there"

"I get that brother He, you already think about the cleanliness aspect of this food truck, that's great"

"Haha…I don't want you to get trouble for littering later, brother You"

Ming Er that leave us a moment ago already return with her camera. She handed the camera to brother He and said

"Brother, take our picture together with this truck as background please?"

"Sure, no problem"

We make many pictures together with the food truck as the background. In front of the truck, on the side truck, in the rear side and also inside the cabin and cargo box. We also make many poses on each place, holding the hand, hold each other shoulder, hugging each other and many more. The last picture taken is using a tripod with me, Ming Er, brother Shao He, and her parent together in front of the truck.
