As for humans and any other humanoid race.

12 - 15 stars = Emperor class

18- 20 stars = Ancient class monster

3. The third one would be the ability to create an immense amount of power... and transform the whole terrain under one's will heavily be based on attribute. (Basically a stronger version of the second one)( but you can call it an abomination level attack)

Below the emperor is the 10 princes. Each one of them is extremely talented but none of their faces or true name was made public. The reasons behind it will be mentioned soon.
