Death.

Utterly painful.

The last thing she remembered was being hit by the bus, with the impact simultaneously pushing her off the bridge she was walking across.

The pain was immense, it felt as if her brain was forcefully ripped out and stuffed back in her head viciously and carelessly. She couldn't believe she died, like that - pathetic. She hadn't even graduated from high school yet. She wished she did something with her life, what about her parents?

They must've felt horrible, losing a child. She was really selfish to leave them

in that world alone. Would they be ok? She hoped so, they had stood with her and took acre of her, they deserved better.

So what would happen now? The afterlife?

She found her self surrounded by darkness, seeing nothing but a tiny speck of light that came floating towards her.

What was that?

What did it want?

Was it alive?

Could she touch it?

She slowly reached out to touch it, it felt warm and round, but suddenly it spoke. "If you were to be reborn, if I let you, what power would you be reborn with?"

She was a bit taken back, the white light had spoken to her and it's words....

What power?

If she was really allowed to chose a power then...

" Imagination ."

There was an eerie silence, she was a bit afraid that it didn't understand her.

" I see..... then your mind will be your power... what you imagine is what you will be."

What happened?

Her eyes slowly opened, found herself lying next to a stream. Where was she? She stared at herself, beautiful emerald eyes with white silk hair, she looked roughly around five years old, she was wearing a cloak.

It was an odd cloak. Black with a red and white yin and yang sign. Under it She was wearing plain black trousers and a white top, She didn't mind but she had to keep it clean.

She might as well find somewhere to stay for the night.

But did she not have a special power?

[ Imagination ]

Does it work?

She closed her eyes and breathed in slowly, she imagined herself floating off the ground into the air to fly, opening her eyes she smirked as she noticed she was indeed floating.

She pushed off and found her self high in the air. She turned and saw a village nearby, she had no intention of being seen flying so she got down and began to head towards the village she saw.

She began her journey, with a power like hers, her life would be easy here. It didn't really matter where she was, she would survive. But she didn't mind knowing where she was.

Now, her power.... what is her limit?

She soon saw the village in the horizon, she was close and she grew excited. She needed to get a map and maybe someone would tell her where she was.

"Excuse me, sir?" She called out to the figure up ahead. He turned around with his odd eyes staring at hers.

That answered her question, she was in the world of naruto.

The man ahead was kakazu, a member of the akatsuki, without his cloak. That meant he hadn't joint the akatsuki yet, or it hadn't been made yet, either way her luck seemed to be pretty good.

She was really early, but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

"What do you want brat?" Kakazu snapped back, his voice cold and rough like the original, simply amazing!

"Em.... do you mind being partners with me?" Suddenly his hand shot out, going directly trough her chest not giving her a chance to explain herself. She was shocked, she had expected to die, but she was someone alive and well even if she wasn't breathing and there was a gaping hole i her chest, she smirked. She let out a sigh of relief as her confidence increased and she took a step closer to the rouge nin.

"That wasn't very nice mister".

His hand retracted and the hole in her chest slowly closed, muscles and bones reforming replacing the discarded, she found this a rather nice development. This her new power was imagination right? In that case..

She smirked and launched at the man, his limbs flew at her and she dodged them swiftly, her body becoming lighter and more nimble like a snake. He severely underestimated her, she might be immortal, but so was he - in a way. she reached out her hand to touch him and his eyes narrowed.

Was she trying a jutsu on him?

She tried to grab him but he jumped out of the way not ready to take any chances. Again, she imagined herself flying and she was lifted up from the floor.

Kakazu was surprised, he had seen people float but he couldn't feel an ounce of chakra from the little girl, it was as if the world was letting her defy its rules for free. just what in the world was going on!?

"What are you?" He asked curiously but cautiously and she shot towards him. "What do you want?"

"I only want you to join me in saving the world," she said imagining her fist harden to become impenetrable. She threw a punch at him which he blocked with a hand, that wasn't such a good idea. His hand cracked, breaking and he was sent flying a few feet away.

She smiled to herself, this power was amazing, completely incredible!

Her thoughts were interrupted by a grunt, Kakazu jumped up not underestimating her anymore. She had succeeded in coming in contact with him, she had shown him her memories of the anime she regularly watched as a teen, naruto.

"You want me to help you save the world brat? What's in it for me? I'm not cheap." he said still unconvinced that she wouldn't just use him and dispose of him later on.

She mentally sighed, he was still obsessed with money, but she couldn't criticise.

"I have money, I can pay you In advance, you naturally get the rest when the world is safe." She said handing him a bag of money that seemed to appear from nowhere but she had obviously created from her hand replacing all the dead skin cells with coins and even a leather bag.

He snatched it and opened it to observe what was inside. She had only known kakazu through the anime but she was sure of one thing, when it came to money he wouldn't betray you.

"Hn," he said stuffing the bag in his sleeve. "So brat what should I call you?"

She pursed her lips, she hadn't thought of a name for herself.

"Yomi" She said as a smile graced her lips, "Tsuki Yomi"

Kakazu sized her up, she was a tiny pipsqueak but she was strong. His bone had been brutally smashed, if he hadn't been showed the memories of his downfall then there would've been a full-scale battle.

"Tsuki Yomi, what do you plan on doing?"

"Tell me, has the war ended yet?"

"Not quite, it might soon end.... in a few years." She smirked. She was early but she didn't mind. She had to gather the akatsuki personally before that person could gather them.

"Let's head towards the land of waves to pick up someone, let's go through konoha"

He had to get used to her giving out orders. It hardly bothered him that she was a kid, what bugged him was how she got that money. If he played his cards right he might get more.

"First let's get something to eat, I'm starving."

It couldn't be helped, she was still a child after all.
