The young man started to channel all of his power sources, suddenly he started to frown. The young man started to channel his powers again. This time, he frowns even more. Looks like his entire power source...

His power sources, it's been sealed?

Wait, why did I still have my memories and knowledge?

The young man was a young and powerful sovereign from the modern world. Along with his sworn brothers and sister, they become the seven emperors. They created an ultimate organization and watch over the world. Using every technology they could gather, they stand on the grand apex of world. However….

They have done it.

They created a wormhole generator to travel to any world they desire. Be it reality or fantasy. It was the grand apex of their creation. This creation was the reason they could cultivate different power sources. Travel to different worlds and learn from them.

What they didn't expect was it was going so well.

The young man remembered that the portal could travel to a fantasy world. However, the price of going to a new world was the cultivator must have their powers sealed.

His brothers and sister was preparing for their next adventure but the power channeled to the portal was too much and cause it to destabilize. The suction of the wormhole was too strong and it dragged the nearest person to it.

His beloved sister.

The young man treated her like a sister and over the time they develop feelings with one another. Originally, she was the twin sister of his fiance. However, the price of his power had a toll. She was killed when one of his generals shot down a drop ship carrying his fiance to safety. He confronted the general in a final showdown and killed that scum. Since then, he promised himself to take care of her twin sister.

His sworn brothers always plotting some scheme to get them together. The young man was only 17 years old. He lost his fiance before and refused to lose another one. He was not ready for such relationship but gave up after seeing her efforts and his brothers' scheme. Over the time, they were closer and he was willing to lay down his life for her.

The portal's suction was too much and dragged his beloved into the wormhole.

He wasn't ready.

He wasn't ready to lose another.

He did the ultimate sacrifice. He swapped himself with his beloved and was dragged into the portal.

When he was dragged, he managed to say some words. The words were muffled by the noise but his beloved managed to read his lips, clear as day.…
