“Of course your mother will recognize you,, but you have to give him some time to digest!”

Hei Ming tried to speak for Bai Hao. He originally thought that he would tell Bai Hao about Bai Haotian when he was ready.

Who knew that Bai Haotian would come over by himself? So things went out of control.

Fortunately, he had calmed down, otherwise he wouldn’t know what to do.

“Then I’ll tell me when you’re ready.”

Bai Haotian lowered his head and accepted it carefully.

Bai Hao didn’t know how to treat Bai Haotian. He was his son though, but after all, they had not seen each other for hundreds of years. It was impossible for them to cry and then recognize each other in such a short time.

“Although it will take some time, I will try to get used to it.”

Bai Hao scratched his head feeling sorry. He didn’t know if Bai Haotian could accept.

“Okay.”

Bai Haotian immediately smiled. Although Bai Hao did not hold him and cry to recognize him as he expected, there was some development anyway. He had been waiting for so long and it was OK to wait a bit longer.

“Then you can hug your son!”

Hei Ming did know Bai Haotian. He pushed Bai Haotian into Bai Hao’s arms even before he agreed.

Bai Haotian immediately gave his dad a thumbs-up and praised him for doing well.

Hei Ming rubbed his head and smiled without saying a word.

However, it was a bit rush for Bai Hao, fortunately, he managed to stabilize himself.

With Bai Haotian in his arms, Bai Hao suddenly felt real and was about to cry.

“What’s wrong with you, Mom?”

Bai Hao’s eyes were suddenly filled with tears. He was shocked.

“Nothing, I’m fine.”

Bai Hao turned his head trying to hold the tears.

He probably didn’t expect that Bai Haotian was still alive and that he could hug him like this.

“Honey.” Hei Ming instantly panicked.

So did Bai Haotian. “If you don’t want to hug me, I won’t force you.”

Bai Haotian was about to get out of Bai Hao’s arms, thinking that he had scared Bai Hao and made him panic.

But before he could come down, Bai Hao suddenly hugged him tightly, burying his head in Bai Haotian’s neck and said with tears, “I just didn’t expect you to be alive. I’m very happy that I can hug you. I’m not angry.”

Hearing this, Bai Haotian and his father realized what was going on.

I was scared to death.

The two of them let out a sigh of relief and looked at each other.

Bai Haotian frowned to complain, while Hei Ming blamed him for choosing the wrong time.

But afterwards, the two of them sighed, because it was not the time to blame each other.

Hei Ming opened his arms and hugged his wife and son. He kissed Bao Hao’s head and then Bai Haotian.

To be able to reunite like this and to hug each other is something that Hei Ming never dared to think of before.

He always felt that hiding the truth was good for Bai Hao.

But seeing how happy Bai Hao was to see his son, he realized he was wrong.

Even if Bai Haotian couldn’t live for long, Bai Hao had the very right to know that his child was still alive.

“Even if I die now, there is no regrets.”

Bai Haotian smiled happily like a child.

But heareing that, Hei Ming’s eyes immediately dimmed, and his heart ached.

He had been trying so hard for Bai Haotian, but didn’t find any solution. All he could do was to watch Bai Haotian consuming his life, incapable of doing anything.
