“Those dumb fish and flowers? That’s easy for you to say. Do you have any ideas how much time we have spent on them? Those magic fish take hundreds of years to be fully grown. Now we finally can extract it, but you just grilled them all and ate them.” Bai Hao was going nuts for Jiang Sheng’s reaction.

Those magic fish might sound expensive, but considering the time they had spent on it, they would actually not make much money from it.

“Well, but all of you have eaten it too, right? And you even said it tasted good, didn’t you? Then you all should share the debt with me! Why should I pay it all by myself?”

Jiang Sheng’s mind was racing and he questioned Bai Hao.

Bai Hao became speechless all of a sudden because the fish were good indeed.

“Look at him! He’s still eating it now! Why don’t you ask him to pay but me only?” Jiang Sheng pointed at Pei Siyan who was still eating.

“Well! You are the one who demanded to grill the fish anyway, right? It would be a waste if we don’t eat it, and those fish are worth ten million yuan! It would be stupid not to have it.” Bai Hao took another path to answer his question and won the conversation back for one time.

This time, it was Jiang Sheng’s turn to be speechless. After all, he was the one who had caught the fish and demanded to grill them indeed, so he couldn’t refute that.

“Fine! Then you may need to wait for me for a while, and l’ll tell Xi Que to stop grilling.”

Jiang Sheng walked into the kitchen after he said so and yelled, “Xi Que! There’s no need making any more of those grilled fish. You guys can have the rest of it! I’m gonna pay for it anyway.” Clearly, Jiang Sheng had accepted his fate.

“Yes, I understood.” Still, Xi Que answered him in a robotic way. She had always been this obedient.

“This fish seems dead!” Jiang Sheng saw the magic fish that had turned itself over in the bucket so he extended his hand to poke it, but unexpectedly, the bones of the magic fish somehow pierced the skin of his finger, so it started to bleed.

“Damn! How could it be this sharp?” Jiang Sheng took his hand back in no time, but to his surprise again, the wound didn’t hurt at all and it healed within seconds.

Jiang Sheng checked his finger for a while and mumbled, “What just happened? That is way too fast for a wound to be healed!”

‘Never mind, it’s probably because of this body’s crazy healing power!’

Jiang Sheng didn’t pay much attention to it and walked out of the kitchen friskily.

As for Pei Siyan, he was frowning because the wound had just transferred to his body.
