“Now, go back to sleep.”

Pei Siyan slapped Jiang Sheng by his butt as a hint to tell him to get up.

“Fine! I’ll just get up! Why do you have to slap my butt?”

Jiang Sheng got up lazily, but maybe because his legs were on Pei Siyan’s laps for too long, he couldn’t feel them anymore. That was why he stumbled and almost fell when he stood up. Just as he was panicking, Pei Siyan held him by his waist in time, “Are you a kid? You don’t even know how to stand properly.”

“Well, I just can’t feel my legs all of a sudden!”

Jiang Sheng argued diffidently for it was because of his carelessness that he almost fell just then.

“Go back to the room first. I’ll need to deal with something.”

Pei Siyan’s voice was cold while he was helping Jiang Sheng stand steadily, but he was not mad.

“Okay!”

Jiang Sheng sounded careless because it didn’t really matter to him if Pei Siyan came back to sleep or not.

Thus, he got upstairs himself and left Pei Siyan, who was still frowning in the dining room.

‘This little thing just doesn’t know how to say thank you, does he?’

Pei Siyan mumbled to himself, yet a smile showed up on his face unconsciously.

‘Oh crap, Siyan is smiling! Come on, Lan Yuan! My brother is going to be taken by someone else if you don’t reincarnate immediately!’

Pei Lele was anxious about what she was seeing. What she didn’t know was that the Jiang Sheng in front of her was actually the reincarnation of Lan Yuan.

Inside Bai Hao’s room.

“What? You want me to cook you some food now? Have you lost your mind? Don’t you know that Pei Siyan has been back already?”

Bai Hao was outrageous and stared at Hei Ming who just got out of the shower from the bathroom.

“What? I was the one who was doing all the ‘hard work’, and now you won’t even cook me some food for that?”

Hei Ming joked about it and the “hard work” he had just said sounded extremely evil.

“F**k off.”

Bai Hao shouted; he didn’t want to waste his time on a prick like Hei Ming.

“Is it really okay for you to be that loud?”

Hei Ming walked up to Bai Hao and asked with a smile on his face. He then bent over and kissed him naturally.

Bai Hao slapped him in the face as a response, “Did I ever allow you to kiss me?”

“Wow! Now you got over your estrus and you don’t need me anymore, do you? That was a hard slap indeed.”

Hei Ming didn’t get mad for being slapped. He put on a smile instead and held Bai Hao in his arms with his big hands. But the next second, he got stomped by Bai Hao and pushed away.

Still, Hei Ming just smiled and didn’t mind that at all.

Knock knock…

Somebody was knocking on the door at this time.

Without any second thoughts, he combed his wet hair with fingers lazily and opened the door.

Bai Hao opened his eyes wide. Before he even managed to stop him, Hei Ming had already opened the door. What came into sight was the cold face of Pei Siyan.

Bai Hao felt every drop of his blood was draining, and his face went pale immediately.

As for Hei Ming, he just smiled lightly, “Here you are.”

He said it like he had known Pei Siyan was going to be here.

Pei Siyan frowned and didn’t say a word; his eyes were fixed on Hei Ming with coldness.

“That is not a friendly look you prepared for your younger brother whom you haven’t seen for years. That is harsh, my second brother!”

The smile was still on Hei Ming’s face, and then he moved to make way for Pei Siyan.

“I’ve left the Pei Family already, so I’m no longer your second brother.”

Pei Siyan said indifferently, he walked into the room. Bai Hao buried his head down in panic and fear, trying to avoid the eye contact with Pei Siyan.

“So I should call you ‘Siyan’ as Lele does?” Hei Ming shut the door and asked calmly. He was clearly not afraid of Pei Siyan.

The original name of Hei Ming was Pei Ming; he was the legitimate child of Pei Siyan’s father and a prostitute.

Hei Ming was deprived of his family name because of his mother’s identity and lived as Hei Ming ever since.

That was why Bai Haotian couldn’t inherit the family but named after the family name of Bai Hao instead.
