Sam came to Mewtwo and treated him. After a while Mewtwo returned to full health. But Sam felt a little weird as Giovanni didn't came till now.

"Mewtwo what did you do with Giovanni?"

"Who is Giovanni?"

"The boss of Team Rocket and the person who was controlling you."

"As soon as I freed myself I killed him and turned his body to ashes." Mewtwo answered in cold voice. He absolutely hates Giovanni for controlling him.

'No wonder the Alliance didn't found him and neither did he come today, he was already killed by Mewtwo.' Sam thought.

"What is your plan next?" Sam asked.

"I will observe humans for a while and try to understand them, if they are really not bad as you said then I will spare them, otherwise next you will not be able to stop me from destroying humanity." Mewtwo answered.

"Oh, so confident, you were the one who was just defeated." Sam teased Mewtwo.

"Hmmmf" Mewtwo just snorted and remained silent.

"Yes, we have to delete the memories of these people and pokemons as they knew a lot of things today that they are not supposed to know." said Sam.

"Ok" Mewtwo raised his hand, used psychic and deleted the memories of everyone of tonight except Sam, shiny Mewtwo and the two Mews.

"Hey, Sam, what should I do about the cloned pokemons?" Mewtwo asked Sam.

"You can leave them to me, I will send them to a nice place." Sam said and took out a horn whistle and gave it to Mewtwo and said, "Keep this, it can help us to communicate if necessary." Mewtwo took the whistle as Sam is currently the only human he can trust.

"Then, I will be going." Mewtwo said and disappeared using Teleport.

Sam looked around and saw everyone sleeping on the ground, "He left the mess for me to clean." Sam smiled bitterly.

Sam then transferred all the cloned pokemons to his Small world, said goodbye to Mew and then left there with shiny Mew and Mewtwo on the back of Giratina. The whether had already cleared and soon someone will come to the island to check what happened. They will also escort everyone out of there.

On the way to Pallet town, shiny Mewtwo asked Sam, "Sam, why did you lied to Mewtwo that you found me in secret realm and didn't tell him that I was also cloned."

"Did you think I did something wrong by telling this lie. The point is not about the origin of your species. You consider yourself an individual because of what you have learned simce birth but the experience of other one had confused his thinking so if a little lie can solve the knot in his heart then it is worth it. Moreover Giovanni is dead, Team Rocket is in pieces, now no one except me can artificially create Mewtwo and I don't need to do that. So the other will never know if what I said to him was lie or not. Moreover the mega stones are really formed by nature and if your species didn't exist in ancient times then these stones should not have formed but they are. So it is also possible that what I said can really turn out to be truth. Ok, now stop thinking about it. There is little more than a month left for Indigo league after which you can meet with your other partners." Sam said.

Soon they reached near Pallet town and saw the sunrise. Upon seeing the sunrise, Sam called out all his pokemons on the back of Giratina and told them, "We have to become stronger so that we can become like the sun. No matter how much darkness is present in world, we can use our strength to clear ut out just like sun clears out darkness as soon it comes out."

Upon hearing Sam saying these things, his pokemons got excited and all of the roared loudly to show their determination to become stronger with Sam.

Unconsciously Sam was radiating a large amount of King's aura from his body and wherever they passed all pokemons prostrated in his direction and cheered as if celebrating the crowning of a new King.
