Chapter 10 - Ho-Oh And Parting

The Spearow community kept following Ash and Pikachu till the waterfall and Ash jumped into it. Sam came there after Spearow group followed Ash down the river. He also dived down the river to follow Ash. The rest went same as anime. Ash got fished up by Misty and then Ash took off on Misty's bicycle. Soon Sam also climbed up from river and saw Misty staring in the direction of Ash's departure. "Hey, if you want to see something special then follow him." said Sam and then he went ahead. Misty came back to her senses and followed Sam weirdly. "Hey, wait for me."

Soon weather turned dark and it started raining. Sam took out an umbrella from his bag and opened it. He was still running in the direction of Ash at full speed. Soon he saw the scene of thunder falling down on the Spearow group. He stopped there and kept watching towards the sky. After a while the sky cleared out and a rainbow appeared. A whole golden bodied phoenix like bird pokemon appeared in the sky. Sam quickly took out his camera and took a few pictures of it.

He opened a small window in his Small world and sent a message through ECG to all his pokemons. [Come and look]. "This is the legendary pokemon Ho-Oh." Sam said to his pokemons. Meanwhile Misty also came near Sam and was watching Ho-Oh as it heard what Sam said. She thought that Sam said it to her.

All the pokemons of Sam were busy seeing Ho-Oh. Meanwhile Sam took a decision. He decided to let his legendaries except Mew to travel out freely so that they can grow fast. He told his idea to his pokemons and they agreed. Sam was about to release them as he heard the voice of Misty, "How do you know that it is Ho-Oh?" "Oh that's because I was ȧssistant of Professor Oak for last five years and I have seen its pictures before in his computer before."

"Hey your bicycle got scrapped in the thunder."

"What? My bicycle..." Misty ran towards her bicycle and then kept arguing with Ash. In the mean time, Sam released Rayquaza , Dialga , Palkia , Giratina and Kyurem and send them from sky with one last messages, [ We will meet after a year at Indigo league, till then train well and be safe. ]

Both Ash and Misty felt a gust of wind but they both ingnored it, only Pikachu has seen them but Sam gestured it to be silent and Pikachu kept his silence as they have a good relationship while they were at Professor Oak's lab.

Soon Sam came near Ash and Misty and stopped them from arguing and said, "You two can argue later first of all we should go to the pokemon center of Viridian City as Pikachu is still injured." Both of them stopped and looked at Pikachu with concern.

We introduced ourselves while walking towards the Viridian city. Viridian city also has a Gym but it's Gym leader is Giovanni, Boss of team rocket so Sam doesn't plan to challenge the gym now. He wants to leave the Viridian Gym for last.

They were about to enter Viridian city but Officer Jenny stopped them there. "Who are you? Show your Id." "Here, Officer Jenny" All three of us gave our pokedexes to Officer Jenny to check. "Sorry, everyone. There are a group of pokemon thieves moving freely in the city so it is necessary checking. You can go now." "Thank you Officer Jenny"

'The Team rocket trio will make trouble here soon, so I might as well slip out of here.' Sam thought.

"Hey Ash I have to call Professor Oak so I will be going to call him." "Ok Sam"

Sam went near the phone booth and called Professor Oak's lab. Professor Oak picked up the call after a while. "Hello, who is it?" "It's me, Sam, Professor" "Oh Sam have you already reached Viridian city, but be carefully as the Viridian city is not safe nowadays."

"I will be careful Professor, I got a few pictures of Ho-oh today. I am sending them to you."

"Did you say you saw Ho-Oh?"

"Yes , professor"

"Thats great, it is said that thise who saw legendary pokemon will become lucky for a while. You are already lucky, don't know what you will encounter next."

As they were chatting, a sound of explosion came from behind Sam. "What was that ?" "Nothing professor just Ash and his Pikachu."

"Ahh, two of them." professor sighed. "Ok i will not disturb your sleep now goodnight."

'Goodnight not so soon I still have to slip away before Ash finds me.' Sam thought. He then quietly went outside the pokemon center and went towards the Viridian forest. He plans to sleep in the wild tonight. Soon he reached the Viridian forest and took out his camp , made dinner, called out Mew, Charmeleon and Eevee out to eat together and then went to sleep.
