Chapter 30 - Too Sensitive

He didn't leave her for the world to destroy her.

Five years ago, Lu Jianjun had the strongest position, he was just a step behind, to hold an invincible power that every ambitious man dėsɨrėd to reach, nevertheless, only a worthy man can succeed.

However, his stakes were on someone's life as he didn't flinch before wiping out an entire clan. Every single person was annihilated without mercy.

These thoughts were slowly eating his inner conscience.

For God's sake, she was underage. Maybe this why he doesn't want to see her ever again. What happened between them was a huge mistake?

Later on, Li Na hid about her pregnancy. If not for suspicious Lu Junhui, Lu Jianjun would have never known about his yet to be born child.

Privately, Lu Junhui did a check where Li Na was spending this huge amount of money. She paid some debts and medical expenses. Some money was transferred overseas and some of it was spent like an extra payment to the hospital, for keeping a secret about her pregnancy.

If not for Lu Junhui's meddling Lu family wouldn't have known about their Heir to be born. Li Na didn't abort the child, obvious, she wants to keep the baby.

Honestly, Lu Jianjun didn't expect her to get pregnant. He wasn't ready to be a father so suddenly. It happened too fast to be real, and he didn't trust her.

What if she had someone else's child. If so then he doesn't have to be bothered.

Despite been doubtful, Li Na was provided with the finest treatment during her pregnancy. Though, her co-occurring mental health disorders, which commonly accompany addiction caused the physical changes that disrupt the development of the child in her wȯmb and led to premature birth.

When Little Tiger was born he had difficulty breathing, and his organs were undeveloped as he was kept alive with intensive medical support for months.

Lu Jinajun didn't know that Li Na gave birth to a boy and, later on, Doctor's confirmed in DNA reports that the child was his.

After knowing the results, Lu Jianjun immediately went to Hospital canceling all the important work. To be honest, during all these months he was contrasting himself.

What if he was the real father of the child? Will he be able to accept this unwanted baby? Let alone raising him properly.

He wasn't ready to welcome anyone in his life.

There were numerous doubts and conflict steaming inside his head until Lu Jianjun saw his baby boy.

Like a snap, all his conflicts and doubts vanished, within a second when he saw the child fighting for his own survival he felt something.

How ironic! their conditions were somewhat similar.

Both the father and son duo were fighting for their continuation. And the reason for their current circumstances was obviously a woman.

Once a wise man said is correct, " A woman can either make you or break you."

It's up to her to be a blessing or a curse because that's the ultimate power every woman has within herself.

And their situation depicts it conventionally, as one woman broke the world's most influential man and another one broke the little one who has yet to see the world.

Lu Jianjun doesn't know why but after seeing the baby caged in a glass chamber who had a minimal rate of survival, he wanted him alive, safe, and sound.

Genuinely, He dėsɨrėd to raise this kid.

Lu Jianjun wanted him to exist. Luckily, Little Tiger survived.

Apart from accepting Li Na's proposal, Lu Jianjun granted Little Tiger's every wish.

Lu Jianjun was resolved because of the peace he found in Little Tiger. His world began to revolve around that pure soul. Apart from his compact work-life, he had a content personal life. He didn't felt lonely, he had a little companion. And no one in this world could dare to snatch away his newfound alliance.

They can live peacefully, but the problem is Lu Jianjun's little companion is too sėnsɨtɨvė by heart.

Naturally, Little Tiger hasn't experienced the outside world but he wasn't even amused to look outdoors.
