257 CAT AND MOUSE GAMES

Xiao Jun room was in the second floor, while her room and Xiao Tianyao' room was in the third floor. So she walked down the stairs.

Beside the stairs there was big glass window that show the back garden of the lodgment. Senja could see the pond where she was talking with Xiao Jun about the things regarding Riana and the stone.

That place also the place where Xiao Tianyao had kissed her. Wait! Don't go that way. Senja shook her head again.

She supposed to be not felt so timid like this, she had teased him many times and even daringly had kissed his neck. But, why Senja still feel embarrassed? Damn!

At that time, when Senja wanted averted her eyes from the garden, she caught a familiar figure who was hastily walked across the garden.

"Feng Chang?" Senja mumbled.

Not too long after that she saw Yang Yu sneakily following behind him. In her position, it was quite a clear scene. Senja stopped her step and stared at them. Curious to know, what they were doing there.

"Shit! No!" Senja saw another man had followed Yang Yu not too far as well and it seemed Yang Yu didn't realize about this person. Under the light from the torch, Senja could see something shiny on the man who had been following Yang Yu. It was a dagger!

Senja storm down the stairs to Xiao Jun's room, she must let someone knew about it and the nearest person from her position was him.

Once she arrived in front of his door, she pounded her fist on it with a loud noise. But, no one came out.

Senja tried to open the door, but it's locked. Afterwards, she assumed Xiao Jun wasn't in his room because if he was then with a loud noisy that Senja had created he must be coming out in the next second.

With that realization Senja directly ran down the stairs to the back garden where Senja last saw him. She maybe couldn't help Yang Yu much as she didn't know martial arts, but at least she could come up with something. Use her power for example, like she did when there was an assassin attacked at the Carnation Resort.

Senja didn't think about looking for Xiao Tianyao due to rapid attempt to forget him, finally she really forgot about him in this critical situation.

The moment she reached the back garden, Senja slow down her footstep and scuttled off when she arrived at the pond. Her eyes skimmed her surroundings under the dim light.

Senja couldn't see Yang Yu, but she felt something very intense at the certain direction.

Senja more or less could guess what it is. Their games of cat and mouse must be very excited to make them very tense until she was able to sense it. Right in this time a silly thought flew in her head. She felt like a human emotion detector. Maybe next time she could develop her ability to the next level, like find the missing person? Well, if she could do that, then the first person she would be looking for was absolutely Yun!

She stopped her train of thought that started ruin her concentration. For now, she has walked into the street outside the lodgment, but still couldn't see Yang Yu. Nonetheless, the tension she felt grew stronger.

They were supposed to be not too far. Senja clenched her fist and steel her heart as she tiptoe to the corner of the path. This place was right under her balcony, she could see her own room from here clearly and Xiao Tianyao's room beside her.
