Name:Pokemon Pearl Author:Marc0702
By afternoon, Rico was training his Pokémon in the forest while the rest are doing their own thing, except Ash was meditating with his Greninja and Pikachu, as if it was their afternoon meditation time. Everything is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful by scenery.

"Alright, Lucario, again, use Force Palm!" Rico commanded Lucario in seriousness. Lucario then used Force Palm, running up to the tree and puts its palm on it. It then fires a huge light green blast from its paw at it, punching a hole through the log, heated clean.

"That was good and powerful, Lucario," Rico brightly commented that move. Turning around, Lucario happily responded.

Meanwhile, Piplup wandered off too much and too far, leading it to be lost in the middle of the forest. Piplup was afraid and desperate to go back, but didn't know its trail back. Then, out of the bushes, a young girl with yellow hair suddenly pop out and glanced at Piplup in amazement.

"So cute!" she exclaimed in enthusiasm. But, before she could grab Piplup and hug it, her older brother came and told her, "Bonnie, I'm not sure if that Pokémon is being owned or not. Can you please stop wan-" his sentence was cut off when he saw Piplup.

"A Piplup, that's strange," he goes on, "a starter Pokémon in the middle of the forest?" Seeing him, Piplup got afraid and backed off slowly.

"It's okay, Piplup, we're not gonna hurt you," the boy tried to calm it down." We're just gonna take you back to the pro-" his sentence was again cut off when Piplup freaked out and used Hydro Pump on them, covering them with water.

Back at Rico's spot, Rico and the rest of his Pokémon suddenly heard the two kids screaming from the distance.

"Piplup!" Rico called in alert.

"Litleo!" Litleo responded in alert.

"Lucar!" Lucario responded in alert. They then all ran towards the forest in the direction of where the screams came from.

Meanwhile, the boy, Clemont, and his younger sister, Bonnie, of the Kalos region, are wiping the water off and checking his backpack for some damaged tech by the Hydro Pump.

"Oh, man, I'm wet!" Bonnie commented in desperate while wiping off the water.

"I hoped my gadgets didn't got wet!" Clemont added while checking his backpack and wiping off the water with a towel. Bonnie's Pokémon, a little, cute Dedenne, then responded while shaking off the water. As Piplup covered itself in fear, Rico and his team came, with Lucario going up ahead of them. Upon seeing them and Piplup, Lucario signals its Trainer and the rest of its team. Running to the scene, Rico rushed to Piplup, pick it up, and hugged it in comforting it.

"Piplup! Are you okay?" he asked it in concern and alert. "Are you hurt?" After Piplup told him what happened, Rico turned his head on Clemont and Bonnie and demanded them to explain what is going on.

"Uh, we didn't do any harm on your Pokémon!" Clemont honestly told Rico.

"Yeah, no harm!" Bonnie honestly added.

"We didn't know that is your Pokémon!" Clemont added as well. Sighing calmly, Rico just responded, "That's okay, you two, thankfully Piplup didn't get hurt." Then to his Lucario in positivity, "Thanks, Lucario, for helping me find Piplup." Lucario then responded with happiness and gratitude. Upon seeing Rico's Lucario, Clemont and Bonnie are stunned by it, with Clemont readjusting his glasses.

"Wow, a Lucario!" Clemont commented in interesting. "Is that yours?" Rico then positively nodded off to say yes, and answered, "That's my first Pokémon." This stuns them a lot.

"First Pokémon?" Clemont commented in surprise. "That's rare." Scratching his head in mild embarrassment, Rico responded, "Yeah, I think I am lucky to have it." And upon seeing Dedenne, Rico was surprised by its cuteness, asking, "Who's that Pokémon?"

"Oh, this one?" Bonnie brightly answered. "This is Dedenne." Dedenne then responded with cute happiness. He then pulled out his Pokédex and point it towards Dedenne; his Pokédex then responded, "Dedenne, the Antenna Pokémon. An Electric and Fairy-type. It uses its tail to absorb electricity from power plants or from outlets in houses, and then it fires the electricity from its whiskers."

"Wow, so cute and clever in the same time," Rico commented in surprise. He then put his Pokédex back in his pants pocket and said to them, "That was a cute Pokémon you have, little girl." Litleo then responded with a greeting.

"Thanks," Bonnie happily responded. At this time, Piplup ended up fell asleep on Rico's arm, not knowing what is going on.

Shortly thereafter, the three of them are now walking back to the Pokémon Center, with Rico's Pokémon walking with them. Clemont and Bonnie are planning to spend the night there. They were at high spirits.

"So your name is Clemont, gym leader from the Kalos region?" Rico asked him with friendship. "And this young girl with you is your little sister named Bonnie. Right?"

"Yes," Clemont answered back. "That's us." This follows with a short silence for a while with walking, as the sun goes down on the horizon. Then, suddenly, someone in the trees was spying on them, and then zoomed across above them in ninja speed. This alerts them quickly.

"What was that?" Clemont asked about the situation. Since he knows Ash's speed as Blue Ninja, Rico grinned in a bit of mischief, and then, snickers a bit. And then, as the other two kids are mildly scared in unexpected terror, Ash hang upside down on a tree branch and scare his friends with a "boo", causing them to get surprised. Rico then laughed at their faces and Ash get off the tree and landed on the ground on his feet.

"Hi guys!" he greeted Clemont and Bonnie as he pull down his mask.

"Ash?!" Clemont responded back. "You scared the life out of us!" Rico then stopped laughing and instead asked them in surprise, "Wait, you guys know Ash?" Getting up and dust themselves, Clemont and Bonnie answered him back, "Yeah, he's our friend."

"Oh, I get it now," Rico replied back in knowing. His Pokémon then understand everything. After that was settled, they all walked together back to the Pokémon Center as the sun sets beautifully over the horizon.

"Wow, you're a gym leader from Kalos?" Trip asked Clemont while eating.

"Yes, of Lumiose City," Clemont replied.

"He's my brother!" Bonnie happily responded.

"Nice to meet you again, you two," Serena greeted them.

"Nice to see you again, Serena," the two greeted her back. Watching them from one side of the table, Rico thought in wondering, "Wow, they know each other well. I wonder why..." Before Rico could continue thinking, Ash called him to introduce himself to Clemont and Bonnie. In response, Rico did so, stand up leaving his meal, walked to Clemont and Bonnie, and introduced himself to them.

"Nice to meet you, Rico, I'm Clemont," Clemont introduced himself in return.

"And I'm Bonnie, his little sister," Bonnie happily added.

"Nice to meet, you two," Rico happily replied. He then turned back and went back to his seat and continue eating his meal.

Shortly thereafter, Ash introduced Iris to Clemont and Bonnie, and, in response, they exchanged handshakes to her.

Later on, when the main course was over, they move on to dessert: the delicious and colorful macarons. As Clemont opened his small basket of macarons, everyone delighted in expectation, but it slipped away when they see the inside. It's empty! Someone or something must have stolen it.

"It's empty!" Ash commented in surprise.

"Where are they?" Bonnie added. When seeing the inside of the basket, Clemont was shocked to see that all the macarons are being stolen.

"Ah! Where are they?!" he asked in alert while inspecting the basket around frantically.

"Who must have stolen them?"Rico asked frantically. Lucario and Pikachu then responded in asking, so as for Litleo, Serperior, Piplup, and Pancham. But Serena turned positive due to having baked a basket of macarons just in case. But when Serena showed them her basket, again, it's empty. Stolen!

"Ah! Mine too?!" Serena exclaimed as she looked at her basket. And as Clemont and Serena wondered who stole the macarons, Ash was thinking about it, and then remembered how Clemont's Pokémon, a Chespin, likes macarons a lot. With this fact, Ash stand up and revealed to them, "There's only one culprit behind this!" Everyone then turned their attention towards him.

"Who is it?" Rico asked him.

"You know it, Ash?" Iris added a question, so as Axew as well. Just in time, they heard someone's munching and eating blissfully behind a counter. Crumbs of soft and colorful pastries splashed unexpectedly in their view. It was Chespin and its blissful eating can be heard. Shocked by this with realization that it was his Pokémon, Clemont called it, "Chespin! Again with the macarons?!" Hearing him, Chespin showed up with a blissful smile and then got away with the remaining macarons, prompting Clemont to give chase to it. Both of them ended up chasing in circles, as the rest watched them in mild distraught. This lasts for a few seconds until Litleo, having very annoyed by this, interrupted this by headbutting Chespin. As Clemont catches the remaining macarons, Chespin snapped out and got mad at Litleo, pointing at it in retaliation for ruining its blissful time. Litleo then responded with resentment and anger, sparking a new rivalry between them. Piplup and Axew then tried to separate them in an attempt to quell the fight. After this, Clemont apologized to everyone about his Pokémon's behavior. Rico then apologized to Clemont for Litleo's aggressive behavior. The rest then accepted Clemont's apology and accepted the fact that the macarons are being eaten by Chespin. But Rico had baked brownies back at Viridian City's Pokémon Center before leaving and suggested to them about it for dessert. In response, they accepted it and eat up with delight and feeling the sweet and chocolate taste. Though the night was ruined by Chespin, but was rebuilt by Rico's substitute, the delicious brownies, and Clemont's remaining macarons. That was crazy, yet still the best.
