Chapter 17 - 17 - Interference

Later, at 11:17 a.m., Rico went shopping in Kawayan's Central Mall with his parents. In the supermarket, as they ventured through the aisles with a shopping cart, Rosario asked Rico, "Oh, son, can you get some milk? And some biscuits if you want." In response, Rico nodded in agreement, and went to an aisle to get some milk, and another for biscuits. There he met Dawn again. She was there to buy some food and drinks for herself, and some for her family back in the Sinnoh Region.

Later, after having lunch at the mall, Rico and his parents went home, with their purchases. Later at 2:07 p.m., while Rico was playing his piano, someone was spying on him outside his room window. Again, the Pokèmon Pinchers appeared outside his room window. Annoyed, Rico closed the windows and curtains, and continue playing his piano.

By the next few days, after school, Rico took Dawn to a plaza in the city. There they took long walks, ate donuts, ice cream, and macarons, and chatted for the rest of the afternoon. But didn't notice that they were spied and watched by the Pokèmon Pinchers, again.

The day after that, Dawn decided pack up and go to another place in the region. At the West Kawayan Railway Station, as Dawn is about to enter the station, Rico said goodbye to her and even asking her phone number. In response, Dawn gave her phone number to Rico, who in turn, gave his phone number to her. They then exchanged phone numbers, before Dawn proceeded to the station. And as she left, Rico happily wavered goodbye to her.
